Terrible service, uneducated, untrained employees, over charged me for moving boxes and when I wanted to return them they asked for a reciet apparently they dont have any way to track a sale and match my card details. the whole team is ridiculous.

This store is great!! From the customer service to having my packages on time! Every time I come into this place, I leave with a smile on my face. I will for sure doing business here again. Just outstanding!

Waited 20 minutes for the store to open at its scheduled time of 8AM on a Monday morning, trying to deliver a return package to Amazon before work. They cant even open on time! Me and at least 5 other customers were waiting and finally gave up. May reconsider doing business with a company whose employees cant open up on time.

John and Megan both greeted me as soon as I walked in and took care of my need right away. They have a great team here. Thank you guys again!

I was very fortunate to have selected the UPS store in Addison. Megan and Gene helped tremendously in designing some important picture posters. Their input, creativity and experience was was invaluable. They made suggestions I wouldve never thought of, and it drastically improved the results of my project.After submitting my order, Megan emailed back and forth with me to clarify details, ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. The level of personal customer service was impeccable.Id been in UPS stores previously but never realized the extent of services they offer, especially at this Addison branch. Found all sorts of useful last minute products available like paper supplies, really cute greeting cards, and many, many photo & gift ideas. You can even rent a PO box there, and access your mail at convenient times.Most impressive, however, was the high level of personalized customer service and willingness of staff to assist me in my project.HIGHLY recommend this Addison UPS store. Easily accessible off 290s Lake Street exit. And conveniently, there are many nearby stores I also frequent, so it makes for an easy run in knocking out a bunch of shopping errands without much chasing around.

They dont follow their opening hours. Wish they would update their hours on their site or atleast at their door. Drove 15 minutes to here since its the closest to my house but to find out theyre still close at 8:20am.... instead of 8am.

This UPS is terrible. They are NEVER willing to go even a little bit extra to help customer out. Stay away from this store if u need any actual assistance. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience. Last time I’m going there was today. I might even call corporate and complain.

Most of review in this store having issue with Tape this is same story as mind. Please stay away from this store. Everything so expensive and customer service really bad. We to drop the shipping box return from Amazon and label from amazon state that UPS store will tape and label for us just to drop at store. But somehow this store refuse to take it and keep as me to tape the box or buy there for small cost about $5 really. so i decide to go difference store i got no problem at all the lady at other ups store so nice and even for us free without no problem. i am not sure what there issues but people please stay away from this store bad customer service.

I first went to the UPS store in Addison because I was working in Addison that day. They refused to even touch my package unless it was taped up properly. Without a word, I grabbed my package and walked out the door. The elderly gentleman behind the counter offered to sell me a roll of tape. I just kept walking. A few days later, I was in the Lombard area so I decided to stop in the Roosevelt Road location. I came prepared with a roll of tape but no scissors. When I asked if I could please borrow something to cut the tape with, the clerk looked at me like I had three heads and said, “that’s what we are here for! You don’t have to tape anything!” Yes, I thought that’s how customer service was supposed to be. Thanks Lombard!

Megan and Gene are wonderful people who were pleasant to speak with. Megan even helped me get my PowerPoint formatting done correctly so my large print would be ready for my presentation. Thank you both for all your help!

You got to be kidding me 😡 I left my house in a hurry to make it to UPS before they close. I walked in with a small envelope from Amazon to return and forgot to tape the end so I asked if they can give me a small piece of tape no more than 5 inches and theyre answer was you have to purchase tape from us or make a donation and will tape it for you, I grabbed my envelope and walked out. Shame on you UPS... Seriously how much money are you making from Amazon as they are bigger than Google..

I brought in a 140 year old candelabra and a lady was helping to get a quote on packing and shipping. Then an older gentleman walks up, starts unscrewing a candleholder without asking, and drops a piece. I saw paint chips on the counter. I said what anyone should say “ I have someone that bought this and now paint is chipped”. He got mad at ME and told me to take my business elsewhere. Really? How about being a stand up guy to a customer and apologize and recognize your fault. But no. What’s worse is that when I left I looked closer for the damage and he held the fragile arm to twist it off and twisted the metal and the paint came from there. I had to cancel my sale and lost $120 forever. The store Manager (could be him) refused to even reply to me about the incident or even pay for his mistake. All for something he had NO Business touching because it was only a quote. NO SCRUPLES!!! Don’t be the next victim.

Great Printing for School Projects! Had a Enlargement Printed for a Poster, Came Out Great! Fast & Friendly Service. They Even Ordered Styrofoam to Refill the Bean Bag Chairs in our Learning Center...Much Better Pricing than Big Box Stores. Thanks Addison UPS Store!

Definitely use another location !!! Free Amazon returns arent free at this location! They will find the way to make you pay 3$ just for taping the box. Used different locations in the past and was never charged for that.

As of recently much better customer service and there are people that actually acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Glad to see good retail customer service.

Walked in with an Amazon return in the box that it came in. UPS clerk told me we cant ship it like that. I asked Whats wrong with it? Clerk said It needs to be in a different box, so I accepted his offer for a new box. He told me it would be $5 for a new box. WHY would I pay $5 for a box for an $18 return? Ill just go to Kohls Amazon Returns instead where they package FOR FREE, Im sure they will charge for packing tape just like other comments. Have some class, UPS.Ill be sure to ship FEDEX during this holiday season and every season afterwards. Terrible customer service.

Needed one strip of tape and they wouldnt do it unless I paid for a whole roll or made a donation to a donation box they have by the register. I didnt have cash so they said I can make a 3.00 minimum donation with a credit card. Im all for charity but I dont like to be forced. It was a small step of tape!

I work with these guys all the time. Odds are if you had a problem with these folks you brought it in with you. Gene and his people are the best.

I have a corporate account for my business here. I email mailings that I need sent out, and they are done with accuracy, speed, and quality. Im happy I utilize this service to help with my marketing!

Only would let me tape up package if I agreed to donate. Ive never been to a ups store that refused to let me out one piece of tape on my package. Ridiculous

What is going on at this place?!? Im not even exaggerating when I say more than a dozen packages have gone missing at least thats what they say anyways... so weird something isnt right at this location.

I cant believe your UPS drivers are so incompetent that they do not know how to deliver to the right house I called today and Im still waiting for my second call to let me know if they found my package. What was it the end of the day so the driver decides hes going to go deliver to any house but her teacher drivers had to deliver packages right way

All of other UPS stores near us this is the only one left that we felt save to go to. However, that changed and Im actually very disappointed on the customer service provided. The hostile attitude given is unacceptable and its very discouraging. Its upsetting that anything triggers people to treat people indifferent.

The banner that they made for our school event was great! We had lots of compliments about it and it was very durable.

Had 6 large packages from trade show and gentlemen was very kind and helpful.

The staff here is genuinely friendly and that really matters when they just take your packages and dont really have to be nice. Seems like they go out of their way for it

Poor customer service, and terribly rude owner. I paid $2.00 to print out one page, and $3.00 for a small bubble mailer, go to the UPS in Mount Prospect where they charge a flat rate of 10 cents per page and $1.29 for a small bubble mailer. I dont support businesses who nickel and dime their customers.

Came into this location looking to get passport photos taken since they were listed online as a location that does it. Guy working in store was rude and could care less. If they dont take photos, take it off the website. If they do, hire employees that will do their job.

What a joke. I had an Amazon return I was dropping off. I needed 6 of tape to close the box. They told me I had to buy a roll of tape. Really? Theyre already making money from Amazon for the shipping, 6 of tape was going to get them out of business. #RIDICULOUS After reading the other negative reviews, it looks like this is an ongoing theme & the moron store owner cuts & pastes the same reply. Avoid this location. I went to another location & they not only freely taped my box but said a lot of people complain about this store.

Needed same day posters printed so I called the obvious choices, Staples and Officemax and was told couldnt get them for a week. Called UPS Store and had them in an hour for a fraction of what the other two stores were going to charge. Thank you!!

The owner of this store is very unfriendly and unaccomodating. Refused to print my label. Charged me $2 for 1 copy due to using the store email. Calling corporate.

Worst ups store ever

When I show up on this ups store to pickup my package which one was rescheduled pickup from my home to this location guy whos working over there told me - we dont have your package - whiteout any search. When I showed him a email from ups store the package has somehow found - miracle

Rip offs - Very expensive. I notarized one paper they charge me $6.00. Same paper notarized at Army trail, Bloomingdale UPS and they charge me only $2.00.
