Great place to get furniture. The customer service is great. I ordered a living room set that ended up being too large to enter the elevator and the delivery guys were willing to go up 18 flights of stairs with a sofa and loveseat (who does that..!). Well, needless to say that on effort alone they get an A+ in my book.

So far soo good. Good customer service. So far table and chairs work wonderfully on back area..

When I went inside the store for the first time. I saw they had an amazing section. I love all there furniture. They have great customer service they were willing to listen to my needs and gave me a great deal. I had a fantastic experience. And highly recommend this store

I ordered furniture 2 months ago I haven’t received nor have my updates to my order been applied. I can’t get ahold of Karla the manager she’s never in the office and she sends me to voicemail when calling her cell. I just want a refund at this point. I feel like my service isn’t wanted or respected it’s honestly a slap in the face to be ignored after putting my money down. But I would be wrong if I came in there and acted unprofessional right? You don’t play with peoples money especially during this pandemic. Karla I want my refund ASAP

My first time shopping at this store and I will never go back there again. My experience in the store was good but I am not please with the item because I received it damaged, I bought 2 lamps that cost $300 I told them I did not want a floor model, he was like no he will not give me a floor model. 3 weeks later a female call to inform me my items were ready for pick up. When I took the item out the box it was damaged, went back to the store and notice the ones in the store is no longer there; when I ask the guy why they gave me the floor model he said they didn’t and doesn’t know why it’s damaged. So disappointed that’s I was treated this way, and if I return it I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee.

I’ve been going to this place for many of years the people that work there a very friendly and nice good quality service and they are very knowledgeable about the products that they sellingI will continue to shop there As long as they are available you have a customer for life And I will recommend anyone to this establishment beautiful and quality furniture

Wonderful store. Prime location, tons of parking. Staff goes above and beyond. The furniture they carry are top notch, grade A. You may find domestic and international styles.

Terrible service with an atrocious excuse for a manager. Will never return. They are crooks.

I bought sofa bed three month ago for guests, and the sofabed look very good the first and after they sleep 5 days the mattress spring start come out and disappoint me. I try to call them and send technician to check and he was surprise too, and told me they will resolve with in a week. One week pass and no one called me. I called and talk the manager Jeff and told me that they will take care with two days. Again one week pass, i didnt have any option I called for my credit card company and told them the issue, they investigated and refund my money. After all this happen afyer a month the manager Jeff call and treaten me to take the sofa the same day. Really where is customer service? I told him he can pick after 4 days because I am busy, but treaten me he will sue me.Avoid this place, bad product with worest customer service.
