This is the worst retail store ever and the customer service is incredibly awful. We waited more than three months just to not have our furniture delivered on the date provided nor the stuff. We asked to wait 5 minutes for us since we weren’t home and that was too much for them when they made us wait more than a week. If you want a stress free experience, save your time and if possible spend a little extra money than going to this store because they will even make fun of you for being upset.

This is the worse furnitures retail store I have ever seen. They delivered me a broken bed after a very long waiting period, and were projecting to come back in almost a month after, to make the same delivery again.They are selling a very poor quality products, with a so poor costumers service. They have a very long delivery time compared to similar stores. Their manager Luis is so rough, incompetent and repulsive. He does not have any obvious management skill. I strongly do not advise this store to anybody. Overstock furniture, Mattress Mike, Carolina furniture, and Price Busters Furniture are near by, and are more cheaper, convenient, and have a faster delivery, with a better costumers service.

It was ok.. salesman was trying to help but followed me through the store the whole time..(customers need moments to themselves when furniture shopping). He also didnt tell me about the delivery fee. I found out when it was time to pay.. they have pretty good selections and prices.

We ordered a matteress and it was not there on the promised day. We called & talked to a lady (Jackie) after paying close to $2,000 she told us she doesnt know where the mattress is coming she said she has no information. Waaaaaahat???? Are you kidding me? We wanted our money back but she said there will be a 10% charge. What the heck? Not only that but the lady was so mean & disrespectful to us. I am beyond mad & disappointed. We need our money back. This is unacceptable. Im suing this company. I will not leave it alone. WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK.

I was greeted by several employees when entering the store. I let them know I was going to look first and then let them know when I needed help.After a few moments of looking a salesman by the name of Tom D. began a conversation with me, and said he would assist me. I continued my search with some assistance from him. During this time I noticed he sat down a lot and began to use his phone. This did not bother me as he is an older man. However.... once I began to make decisions and needed his help it became evident that I would need to be very clear about what I wanted. I needed to have both items I chose to be delivered and I wanted a six month interest free type of account. I have great credit and knew this was possible. However, tom had me filling out an application for a program called Snap. And it was after filling it out and dealing with a young lady cashier that I was told it was not interest free. Again I had to call out to Tom who was again sitting down and using his phone. I told them this was not acceptable. The young lady suggested I go thru Synchrony which is good as I have an account with them.Next blunder was the delivery of the two items. I had chosen one off of the floor and one from the warehouse. I was NOT told that the floor item could not be delivered. When I was told that they would call me on Tuesday to let me know of delivery dates, I was under the impression it would be both items. Tuesday there was no phone call, so on Wednesday I called and spoke to the young lady again, I got such a run around of excuses that I asked to speak to the manager, after holding for a few minutes I was told he was not available and was given only his first name. I was finally told after many questions on my end that I would receive on call on the 23rd as to a delivery during the week of May 3rd or after.I came very close to cancelling this whole procedure, due to the blunders I seem to be experiencing.I did ask that I receive a call from the manager and that will remain to be seen whether he calls me back.You asked for an honest review, now you have one!!!

Today was an amazing day at Regency thanks to an outstanding sales associate by the name of Ola he listened to what I wanted and he delivered he took the time to communicate/ explain everything. The process was quick and easy and I was able to walk away with my furniture order that will be delivered and assembled, I felt very comfortable at this location 8003 New Hampshire Ave Langley Park MD 20783 ... I will be back for future purchases.

I was there looking to buy a bed, I went in and nobody cares to ask what I was looking or check on me. I saw some king beds and wanted to ask question about the delivery and some detail, but there was no sales person around to ask questions. I decided to go to the front desk and ask for help, there were four sales person behind the counter doing nothing. I approached one of the idle sales person and asked him some questions but he was not happy and extremely rude. I asked to speak with the manager but he told me he doesnt want to give me his name or get me the manager. Very disrespectful, lazy and rude employees. I will never go back there, they dont care about you, to be honest, they are not customer friendly, specifically for black people.

The people in this store was very lazy. The Mgt had to make someone come to assist us and when the man finally came he just walked behind us and didnt seem to care of we purchased or not. We left. When we saw the guy who was helping us eave for the day while we were still in the parking lot we decided to go back in because there was a specific item that I was looking for but I will NEVER go there again.

What a messed up place! I ordered a study table for my son last year AUGEST. They told me I will have it in 3 months & they will call. No call for 6 months. I called and they told me I will get it next month. Still NADA. I called again they told me I can cancel. So I canceled but I can get my money back only if I go to the store personally and can present the SAME VISA CARD I used to buy.They called me AFTER 9 months and told me my table is here.Since I don’t need it anymore I asked refund. I changed my Visa card so I can’t get my money unless I bring letter from my bank!!!I was forced to take it.Guess what when I open home it it’s NOT A STUDY TABLE.

I wish I could give “0” ZERO/ZILCH stars.Please do not come to this location. Go to another location or maybe even better, try a different company.The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and have clearly been using the “COVID-19” shipping delays as an excuse for their poor customer service (I use the term customer service as loosely as I can).Today is April 10th 2021 and my mother and I went into this location on October 11th 2020.Imagine her STILL waiting for her bed set.When she placed the order for and paid for her bed-set, she was quoted 8-12 weeks. That time came and went, so she called the store and they quoted an extension, and we went to the store and they told us by the end of March.The manager Wasim from our first two encounters was extremely condescending and the manager we dealt with today, Luis wasn’t helpful.the saleswomen there completely ran circles around providing her a clear answer and never gave curtsey or follow up calls to at least let her know that shipping would be further delayed- not to mention the headboard and am other piece came and no one called my mom to tell her after they said they would call her as soon as they received even a few pieces. My mom just randomly called them in the beginning of April and they still gave poor customer service with no real shipping estimations or clear answers. As of 4/10/2021 at 2:10 PM they told her the furniture “may arrive in July.” Imagine waiting 9 months for bedroom furniture.Needless to say, save your time, money and energy.

Horrible customer service. Takes forever to get someone on the phone at this particular store. The delivery process is terrible. Purchased a dining room table and 6 chairs in July. Because of COVID, we knew there would be delays but nearly 3 months later, we have the table but no chairs. Regency’s shipping kept pushing back the delivery date. Told us chairs would possibly be delivered between mid November and DECEMBER 31st! Unacceptable. We had to keep calling them for updates. They never called us. Finally just got our money back and found the exact same chairs somewhere else for cheaper. My advice...go to the store, see what you want and look up the item/sku online to find a better place.

I have a bad experience I bought the mattress and they told me it’s on the store when I try to deliver it was dirty and they told me they going to change for me and then they give me the date when I try to call them again they say there is no mattress .When I say OK give me my money back they say we’re gonna charge you 10%

It has a horrible service! The staff members tell you, you’re able to get your furniture in 2 weeks & then I had to wait 8 to 12 weeks . When the day arrived, I was still not able to get anything even after I paid . Do not recommend .

I would recommend Regency Furniture to anyone. Regency has a lot of quality items at excellent prices. I just bought a new house and I needed a lot of furniture. Tom, the salesperson, showed me around and I was able to get everything I needed. The financing was quick and simple. Delivery and assembly are included, and the entire shipment is coming in one shot in about two weeks. I was able to furnish practically my entire house, and the whole process only took a couple hours. Overall, my experience with Regency was outstanding from beginning to end.

I am satisfied with my purchase, the moment I walked in I knew that I was going to get what I came for, a sofa. What I wanted delivery was going to take too long because of covid. Sam the sell man said that I have something available now, come with me I will show you and that was it. Delivery was excellent the people were nice. I recommend Regency to everyone that are looking for a New sofa and by the way next month I will be going back to look for a dining set. Thanks Regency furniture.

I had the most incredible experience at Regency Furniture!! I was assisted by Lorenzo and he explained in detail every quality of the furniture I was purchasing! I am usually irritated at furniture stores but Lorenzo put my mind at ease with explaining every detail! I really wish all furniture stores had a Lorenzo because he is by far the most patient employee I have ever dealt with at a furniture store!! Kudos Lorenzo!! You are the most professional employee Regency has ever hired!! If Lorenzo leaves Regency I would love for him to advise me of what store he is employed at if it is in fact a furniture store! 😉

This place is horrible. They lied to me about the arrival date of my furniture after I told them I did not want to wait over 2 weeks . It is now been a month and they are saying another 2 weeks . No one answers the phone you physically have to show up to get anyone to speak with you . They could absolutely care less about any kind of customer service typical sales people, very nice to you until you spend your money . DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE !!!!!

Lorenzo was the most helpful representative there. I didn’t have to look for anyone, he approached me, explained the sale and details of the furniture and then he allowed me time while he was so patient to have a look around to select everything that I needed to furnish my new place. He asked specifics as to what gender where my kids when I asked for the children’s bedroom set, never had that kind of quick breakdown to get to the point lol. I recommend this store and if you go in ask for Lorenzo, he is great! I’ll always remember the handsome man in the fly suit

I was helped by a nice guy named Lorenzo. I came into the store to assist my mother with buying furniture because she downsized to a smaller place and I wanted to make sure everything fit. He took measurements the 1st time and we returned with our measurements the 2nd visit. He helped us with our selections by measurements and by style, also gave us discount and free delivery. He was very patient, we were there almost 2 hours because my mom is picky. Lorenzo is very nice and very helpful. Thanks to him and his manager

We also met another young African lady over there, who is known to my wife and made our trip memorable by helping us to choose the best. The Manager and front desk associates are also very supportive and wonderful. I went to the Regency Furniture in Langley Park over the weekend to shop for furniture for my new home. I was unable to take my time to shop around because the store was too hot and I am 31 weeks pregnant. I asked the rep if he could ask the Manager to raise the AC because its too hot and he told me that they dont control the temperature. So i had to go to my car to cool down so i can continue to shop but i was not able to do so. I honestly feel bad for the employees because 1) its hot in the store & 2) we are now required to wear a mask so you can just imagine how hot it was. The store was nice and the people who worked there were sweet but unfortunately i wasnt able to buy anything due to me being too hot and also being pregnant and wearing a mask, it was just impossible. So my husband and I ended up shopping at Bobs furniture.

I purchased my sofas in June and it’s already September, i still have not yet received my sofa. They keep pushing the date on the time they will be delivered and now they saying another month so until October. This is very unprofessional because on the day i went to purchase my sofa they said a wait time of 4-6 weeks which is understandable but now 5 months of waiting it’s ridiculous. I don’t recommend ever buying anything from here unless your willing to wait out 5 months or even more for your furniture. If i can give this store 0 stars i would but unfortunately there is only an option to click on at least one star. I keep calling customer service to see if they can do anything but not even they can help. So i would triple think before buying anything from this store. Its unacceptable.

I went to this place and everyone was courteous, all of the sales reps smiled with enthusiasm and made sure I was taken care of and the management was pretty cool with discounts and making sure that my items were available. I went in to look for tv stand. all of the sales person were sitting and chatting with each other and none of them offered to help. So i asked the person behind the counter to direct me. he told me, they have few in the store but plenty online to choose so he called one of the sales person to help me with it. But the sales person (didnt get his name)insisted that i look it up on my phone and refused to show me in their computer. he then rush back to his seat So i left without getting any help.

I would put zero stars however, that isnt an option here. My delivery was delivered without the proper legs for my couch. It has been almost a month and we still havent received a call or more information as to when we will be receiving the legs for the couch. When I initially called with regards to my INCOMPLETE order I spoke to a young lady named Jessica. I was met with such a snark y rude attitude from Jessica who informed me that it wasnt their problem that I had not received the legs after two weeks at the time. I have been playing phone tag ever since with regency customer service. Their customer service is an absolute joke. With so many options for furniture out there save your money and buy elsewhere. Never had issues with Marlo. They clearly only care about customers when they make the initial purchase but dont care about following through with orders in the correct manner.

This company has the worst system ever. I purchased furniture a few weeks ago and was told I would have to pick up the furniture at the warehouse any day following the day of purchase. It was late evening and the warehouse closed at 5:30 according to the store staff so I had to wait to go during operating hours. I acknowledged this and a few days after went to the warehouse only to discover they did not have my furniture and the company had actually had to order it from another location to be sent to the warehouse. I had only agreed to make the purchase because I was told that it was at the warehouse and I could pick up soon. Upon discovering that the furniture was not in stock I attempted to get a refund to use towards another purchase from the same company. I was only interested in getting furniture as soon as possible instead of waiting because I would not have the means to pick up later. After several visits to the store and contradicting information from several employees I was fed up and wanted a full refund. I was given a refund but charged a cancellation fee only because the furniture had been special requested and I had not cancelled within 72 hrs. Had I known the furniture wasn’t at the warehouse as expected I would have canceled within the time frame. Stay clear from this company they only care to make a sale. They made no attempt to contact me when they discovered my furniture was not in stock at the warehouse and just expected me to be okay with the wait.

They are kind and everything, but such liars. on November 3rd, I went in to purchase a mattress, box spring, and a metal bed frame. they told me it would come that Tuesday (Nov. 5th) I called them because they never called and said they only had the mattress and metal bed frame. the warehouse had to order the box spring since they didn’t have it, so I had to wait until Friday. I called again on Friday and they said they would call the warehouse, but they never picked up and that they’d call me back within the hour. never called back. I called again Tuesday (Nov. 12) asking if it was ready and still nothing. I called again Friday and haven’t heard a thing. I called again today (Nov. 18) asking where the heck my stuff is and the lady who attended me told me how my order was “overdue” and how the warehouse “lost” my order and how they had to reorder the box spring. She also said how she was going to speak to the manager and how she’d call me back within an hour to 30 minutes and I clearly told her to give me a call because I’ve been lied to and have been patient for the past TWO weeks. 4 hours later—no phone call. I call again and she tells me how they just had to reorder it and doesn’t know when my order will come in. prices are great, but they’re just horrible and such liars. this was my FIRST purchase with them and it was just hideous. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been sleeping on the floor for two weeks because of them. I got a new place and needed a bed and I even asked them how soon it would be here and they said TWO days and it’s been two WEEKS. way to go guys. I highly do not recommend this place.

The delivery from this store is terrible. In the store, they said delivery would take about 2 weeks. In the fine print, it says 2-6 weeks. But still, not outrageous for furniture. Except now theyre predicting it wont even get to the warehouse until 7 weeks after purchase, and god knows how long it will actually take to get to my house after that. On the phone I was told I got a good price and that should make me feel better, except actually I got a terrible price because I spent $1200 on a couch that I never got.UPDATE: The couch was literally never delivered. I had to cancel the order (they tried to charge me a fee). Dont go anywhere near this place.

If negative stars were an option, I would rate this location negative stars. Ive had the worst experience with this location all because of deception from the beginning. I ordered several items from this location and its been nothing but hell for the past 4 weeks, only to have no resolution. The biggest issue is: I needed a black dining table to go with the black chairs I ordered from the store at the same time. The sales person and customer service have been aware of the need for a black table and I showed them what I needed. The attempts at delivery of a non-black table in hopes I would not notice is foul. Theyve attempted to deliver an espresso and chocolate brown table but not a black dining table, though they are aware I ordered a black table. During the first attempt with the espresso column/base, the delivery team left the glass table top, in hopes of returning with a black table column/base. Though the store refused to share that they do not have a black table at the point of sale and when I visited the store again, they refuse to accept the table return and return my funds for the table? What am I supposed to do with a glass table top and dining chairs? Im extremely disappointed an I wish corporate and BBB would investigate the business practices of this store!

DO NOT purchase anything from this store. The amount of stress and lack of professionalism is not with it. I purchased a couch that had to be returned because it would not fit through my hallway. They took 30% off for a restocking fee. When I went back to consider a different couch, I received no assistance. The employees were on their phones or watching a soccer match so I left and went to a different store with much better service and respect for their customers. I was told I would receive a refund within 24-72 hours. It took two weeks of speaking to multiple people to finally have the couch scanned into their system. I asked their customer service rep for a contact at the warehouse and was told they didn’t have that information. After two weeks and a request to speak to a manager they were miraculously able to contact the warehouse and have the couch scanned. Don’t waste your time and money.

I had major problem with the regency furniture store in manassas, because they sold me a bedroom set, that right after I took delivery of it minus 1 C8407A nightstand the lifestyle set went discontinued, Kayla at the front desk at the manassas store told Me she would Look for another one in another store but she didn’t so I called three regency stores myself and found it at the Langley regency furniture store after talking with the store manager Waseen which was very nice professional upstanding guy that listen to my dilemma and he was able to help me find the lastPiece of furniture to complete It . I was not at all happy with the manassas store customer service and I wish Kayla would learn from Waseen professional customer service. Now I would drive an hour and 15 minutes to buy at the Langley store than the manassas store right down the street where I live.

I did a good review at the beginning of my encounter with Regency Furniture but ran into a nightmare in a long run. This place is a top scam for a few reasons:Poor Quality furniture that appear enticing on the physical look. They delivered my merchandise with lower quality than what I selected in the store.Secondly, it took more than 2 months to get my furniture. I had to pay from my pocket to deliver the remaining items.The refund or cancellation option is far from reality. Dont pay them any deposit until your furniture is ready for delivery.They offer SNAP FINANCING for those who either have no credit record or bad credit score but i bet you that this is a BIG TRAP because the credit agency expects you to pay thousands of dollars within 100days!!! This is a trap you must only wisely sign up for or not dare at all!!! Of course if u have a good credit you got very little to worry on this. All you need is a job and estimated salary plus your checking account details.Lastly they have a set of very unprofessional store managers especially at Langley Park. This dude is very rude, impolite and cares only about browsing his smartphone even while pretending to be attending to pressing needs of a customer. He is notorious on being unwelcoming to customers.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. We select a sofa and love set. We have been told by sale man Tom that we have all the products in the store. It is almost two months that we are waiting to get our chair, but still nothing. My husband called two times and spoke with store manager but still we did not get the exact date when will we receive our chair. This is not the way of business. Once they take your money, and sale their products then they forget about you. DONT waste your time and money. I will never ever recommend this store to my family and friends. I do not have option to give a zero star.

This sales guy David Rodriguez WOW! Whats wow upside-down? MOM! I had to call my mom after how great he was. He hooked me up! I got this brand new couch for my new crib and boy did I get a deal. He let me talk him down a little bit, you know, something that was within my price range and then it was all history from there. He helped me move the couch into my van and WHOOSH away I went to sit on my dank couch all because of his help. Come to this store and request this guy! Hes so cool!

The sales man was so kind, he first assisted us on the credit application, the. He walked us to the lady that was supposed to give us a brief explanation about our contract, she never said a word to us, she just kept chewing an apple that she had in her hand. She don’t even said her name to us. When we ask if we could do a payment there, she said “I’m sorry but I already put the contract in” really? At what time, I never knew what you were doing on that computer while you kept me there for like 30 minutes. Real bad customer service .

This company has no credibility. I ordered a mattress and I chose to pick up. They told me you do not need more than 10 days to pickup. Its 10 days now. No one is calling me. I called them and they told me that you need 15 days to come and pick up. im now not believe what they say. And they lie a lot, No one can believe them. They do not even deserve a single star that I have to put in order to comment.

I was very disappointed in this store. We ordered a bedroom set which we were told was a special order item and would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. We paid the store in full with cash for our purchase and waited to receive our order. We were given 4 different estimated delivery dates but never received our furniture. What irritated me the most was the fact that, when we were given an estimated delivery date, no one from the store had the decency to call us and inform us that our order had not arrived! When I called to inquire about my order, I would be put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, no one would pick up and speak to me. When I left my number for them to call me back, I never received a call back ( terrible customer service) We had to keep calling, each time we called they had a different excuse as to why the order had not been completed and was given a different delivery date! They had different excuses as to why our order had not been completed such as custom laws had changed, its the manufacturers fault, on and on. We waited a total of 12 weeks and by this time we were fed up and wanted a refund. When we got to the store they tried to give us a 5th estimated delivery date! After a lot of going back, thankfully we got our refund! NEVER AGAIN!

We came to regency looking for quality furniture and our experience was everything and more.The salesperson that assisted us, Ms mahlet, was helpful, courteous and patient. Never at any point did we feel rushed or pressured, but rather comfortable and unhurried. We ended up making a purchase, and couldnt be more happy with the results. When it was time to finalize the purchase, Ms mahlet took us to the manager to get us the best discounts,she was very generous, approachable and genuinely showed us warmth and because of that, we have made regency our number 1 store of choice. Overall a great experience.

Arrived from out of town to visit my Elderly Mother and discovered this place is a scam version of service. My poor mother purchased furniture from them and it was missing parts and then one chair was defective. You can’t return the item though it was just 3 days since purchased. The manager kept calling me Brother, while being rude and condescending, just because am Black? He spoke to you as if you are a waist of his time. If you make a purchase here pray to god nothing goes wrong because they will not help you. Save your money and give it to a business that values your hard work. Buyers beware.

I ordered living room furniture from the Langley Park location in early July. Some pieces needed to be ordered which took a month (no problem and expected I was informed pieces needed ordered). When all pieces were in the warehouse I received a call to set up delivery. I informed the young lady that I live on the 4th floor. She then asked for the number of the flights of steps and I told her 3. Delivery day was 8/9/19. Dennis Guzman and another guy came to deliver the furniture. Dennis became upset and rude when he asked about an elevator and I informed him that there wasn’t one. I told him that was explained when the delivery date was scheduled. Dennis refused to bring the furniture up to my apartment. He stated that I would have to give him “more”. I asked if he was asking for more money and he said yes, that he needed a tip because it was hard work. Unbeknown to me there is a 3 floor policy. This was later explained by customer service agent Emerald. I had already paid for delivery ($130) so if there was an additional fee per their policy I would have agreed to pay at the time of purchase. No such fee or policy was explained. I explained to Emerald how unprofessional Dennis was and how his demand for more money was unappreciated. Emerald stated that she can not force the delivery guys to delivery the furniture and that it was up to me to “work out a deal.” At this point I was disgusted with the service received and decided to cancel the sales contract since I still had not received the furniture and the proposed side dealings was shady/suspicious.I contacted customer services and was told that the furniture would need to be scanned back into the warehouse before I can cancel and that I had to go into the store to cancel in person. Later that evening the customer service agent called me to confirm that the furniture had been returned to the warehouse that evening and that I can now go into the store to cancel.8/10 (Today) I went into the Langley Park, Md store, same store I made the purchase, to cancel the sales contract. I explained all the above and that I was no longer interested in doing service with the company. The customer representative (possibly the Manager) Victor stated that there would be a 30% charge to cancel since the purchase date is 7/7. The terms and conditions on the sales contract states that the charge is 10% if it’s been 72hrs after purchase. In addition, there is an exception for customers who schedule a delivery. Since I had to schedule for delivery I told him that per the terms the 72hrs didn’t/don’t apply until delivery is made. Provided that no furniture had been delivered and the scheduled delivery date was 8/9 I was within the 72 hr time period to cancel. I also told him the contract states the charge is 10% (when applicable) and not 30% as he stated. Victor asked me where on the contract did it state that. I proceeded to read the first paragraph which contained the cancellation terms. At this point Victor told me to get out the store and that he would not cancel the contract. I then demanded that he cancel the contract and stated that I cannot be forced to pay for items I never received or forced to do business with Regency Furniture. Victor then told me that he was calling the cops if I didn’t leave. Not only has representatives of Regency failed to provide good customer service (with the exception of the young lady who confirmed the return of the furniture) I was threatened with the police for requesting that a sales contract be cancelled per the terms and conditions provided to me by Regency Furniture in writing. I would give this place 0 stars... I’m only giving one star so that I can leave my review.

They told me that I was going to receive my item on 10/3/19 but I didn’t receive it so I called them and they said they are sorry and told me that they will get it by 11/3/19 still I haven’t receive and I called and they said just to wait one week and I did. I still didn’t receive it so I went to their store and I asked them that I don’t want it no more that I just want my money back. They said they’re going to charge me 10% for nothing. I didn’t even receive my item. I just wasted my money for noting. I been waiting for almost 3 month now.

My Finace and I viewed Regency products on-line but wanted to view the products before purchasing for our new home. When he and I went to the the store in Langley, MD (not wanting a pushy sales person) we were in fact greeted by a fabulous salesman Michael Moore. He was not pushy to sell but did everything in asking us what it was we were looking for style, quality and price. We, felt at ease and will be purchasing our furniture there do to his exceptional customer service!!!!!

I would advise you to stay away from this place! My husband and I bought a couch and ottoman which were suppose to be delivered that same week but actually did not arrive until about 3 weeks later. The inside of my ottoman was damaged when it arrived which was impossible for me to know until months later due to the fact that the damage is INSIDE the ottoman and since I do not make them for a living I could not have figured that out at the time of delivery, but still they have refused to replace it even though my husband and I were told multiple times at the time of purchase that it would be replaced if it were to be damaged in any way. At the time of your purchase everyone will seem very nice and helpful but the moment they get your money you are given the run around for any type of assistance you ask for. The customer service becomes poor and the store manager Hector is very dismissive once youve purchased your items, I was told that they have nothing to do with the product it self so they would like for customers not to call them about it and he refused to give me his full name. I WAS ROBBED of my money, I thought that I was buying NEW furniture but instead I was delivered damaged furniture.

I visited the store 2 times in the past 6month with my wife. It was interesting based on customer handling. In fact, we met a wonderful sales person her names was Mahlet..she tried to shows us a very good Furniture which is more similar furnite what we are looking before..she looks quite experienced in customer service, communication skills, more sociable,spending her time with us by showing a lot of staffs, and she was honest to us specifically telling us the best price. I bought a dinning room furniture a month ago with one broken chair and unbalanced two chairs with a rough finishing over all. I called the customer service since then but i have not heard any positive respond yet. They keep saying we will call you but nothing happened yet.
