Just got a new leather steering wheel cover for my BMW. I was not interested in purchasing this item online because I knew that installing it would take me hours. I walked in to the World Class retail store and the guy, Doug, ordered it for me in 5 minutes, called me the next week and charged me just $20 to install (it required stitching by hand). The Conejo Valley is lucky to have this place.

Paid $98 for a pair of shoes. 5 months later and several phone calls, no shoes, and no money. Nice on the phone, but I guess anyone would be when you were getting almost $100 for nothing.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.I paid $250 upfront for a car cover which was promised in 10 business days. Five weeks later, I still had not received the product and was ready to leave the country. All I kept hearing was we have an update, its here, there and everywhere! When I called to demand a refund, these people were confrontational. They finally agreed and took all of my credit card information including security code and date on the card. I was promised a credit within 24 hours. As with all of their lies, I went into their store 2 hours later and asked for the credit receipt. Guess what. They had not put through the refund. I waited while they supposedly put through the refund. It is now beyond 24 hours and still no refund. I have noticed that the receipt mode states OFFLINE.

Ordered a hat from these guys on August 11th. Here it is Dec 15th and still do not have a hat. The one time that I was able to get someone on the phone, in October, they told me the fulfillment would be there in a few weeks. Will have to go through credit card company to get my money back.

UPDATE! - Update on World Class Motoring - I now am happy to give Eddie a 5 Star amended review as after he got in touch with me explaining how the company had undergone a painful break-up, re-structure, closure and have now finally re-opened. During this time a certain amount of orders placed had unfortunately slipped through the cracks. So after they got themselves sorted out Eddie quickly sorted out my overdue order for me which arrived today, after confirming last week that he had the order dispatched.So a big thanks to all at World Class Motoring for getting things back on track and dealing with my complaint in a quick and professional manner.I ordered and paid for some Shelby driving shoes from their website back in January, were now nearly in March. I cannot get hold of anyone there and they will not respond to the numerous emails sent to them regarding my order. So after unfortunately finding all the bad reviews about these guys after theyve taken my money, I can only assume that Fred LoBianco (Owner) and his business partners Eddie Kosakoski & Doug Schnetlage are a bunch of crooks.I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau in the US but Im unsure of what can be done, hopefully nobody else will make the mistake of trying to order goods from their website only to be ripped off!

Horrible customer service i should have listened to the reviews but, i give people the benefit of doubt. WRONG listen to the reviews. This company even dedicates a page on their site boasting about their customer service department. Total joke. I ordered shoes on Feb 5th. I sent 2 emails asking for updates. World Class Motoring stated .....NOTHING because they didnt reply to either email. I sent a 3rd email March 15th canceling the order as i found the exact shoes for less money and received them within 4 days of placing the order. Heads up to the owners of World Class Motoring....returning a email is simple and takes minutes to do. If you dont stock a product then dont advertise it on your site or at least make it known when the item will be available. I will be calling my cc company to make sure no money has been paid and if it has been paid i will be filling a dispute. PEOPLE READ REVIEWS THEY ARE ACCURATE.Respond to the earlier post by Daryl Foley....THIS KIND OF PRACTICE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. THIS IS NOT A ODD BALL OCCURRENCE...... ITS STANDARD PRACTICE.
