This is one of my favorite stores. Did you know that the printed coupons we get in the mail NEVER expire! I make sure to keep the all so when I stop by to pick up something, they will accept the discount coupon. No questions asked. Love the selection of items. A little on the pricey side. Thank goodness for the coupons.

I found this looking for a Mother’s Day gift. The workers were very nice and helpful, and the store overall had a very pleasant experience. The only issue is that both times I have been, the escalator is broken.

I always love coming to this store!!! Not only is the customer service good, everyone is so friendly and helpful BUT most of all patient, it’s a clean store and it has everything I need. First time in here and I love it! Wow. Affordable and very easy to find products. They have a bathroom, parking structure (free), credit, debit cash accepted, the staff are super helpful. So many things to choose from ranging from kitchenware to bathroomware. Sundays the stores closes at 8pm.

Always to remember to bring all your Bed Bath & Beyond coupons. They will take as many as system allows.

Given the obvious supply chain challenges (not to mention COVID complications), and that this is the only BBB store on the island (with a huge potential customer base), always pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the quantity, selection, and variety of products.

The inventory is good. Their prices are good on smaller items but too high on small appliances and storage items. For those items youre better off checking out other Department stores.

With it being the only one left on island, it can be a hit or miss with whats in stock but overall staff is friendly and store always clean.

Seems to have gone down hill since the pandemic hit, their selection has dwindled a little and the presentation is nowhere near what it used to be. There is still a lot of good things to be found, but most of them you can then find on Amazon for cheaper (if youre willing to wait.)

Came here looking for the Zojurushi Virtuoso Plus bread maker. To my dismay, ALL the bread makers were sold out! I cant blame BB&B, because everyone wants a breadmaker here in HI. But, I made the trip over here, so I looked around. Picked up a new entry mat for $10, an amazing Harry Potter wand for my daughter (on clearance for only $7). Also grabbed a new wall hook, coat rack thing for my entry way and a Yankee candle. In love with the scent, Lifes A Breeze. The store was clean, well stocked (save the breadmakers) and enough registers were open to keep the traffic light. Ordered the breadmaker from BB&B online, arrived about a week later. I miss the Ward location. The staff here do their job, but dont help like the ones at Ward. They were out of almost everything I went to get. I only got 1 item out of the 4 I went for.Not sure about their COVID precautions. The entrance to the store looked the same as always.

If you go to this store without expectations and get no help with what youd like to buy then you wont feel bad knowing no department had staffing assistance. But hey, the cashiers were all standing around downstairs cracking jokes and having a good time!

The only one on the island of Oahu. Big and beautiful. Lots of great items can be found here! No extra warranty needed here. Many opportunities for 20% discount on any 1 item, through email, mail or text. Combine them all.If you brought it from BB&B you just need to return it their for a replacement.Receipts are great but if you cant locate it just give them the bank card you used and they can start the process to replace it. I believe records are kept 2 yrs check with customer service. The staff here is very attentive and always available to help. Great shopping experience with awesome prices.

This place has a variety of households, very good quality goods. I especially like the bathroom and bedroom decorations. They also have a lot of odds & ends for kitchen & living room to make your house look good. The. Prices are a little high though. But if you like shopping I would recommend this place.

Great place for a variety of kitchen/bathroom supplies. They also hve a lot of coffee and bed sheets/pillows. Since I receive plenty of coupons from them, I normally use it to buy air fresheners. Customer service over there is good, too. The cashiers thoroughly wipe the counters and pin pad for each customer.

This Bed Bath and Beyond is a 2 floor store. Shopping around with a cart is simple with an over sized elevator though. The selection of products are abundant and are keeping with the traditions of any Bed Bath and Beyond. Finding anything within the store was pretty simple and along the way you tend to find a thing or two you never knew you needed!

Stunned at the size of this Bed Bath! They have a nice selection and coupons are always a bonus. Our only issue was that several displays, both in shower curtains and window treatments were unavailable on the shelves.

This was my first time to the Aiea store, and all I can say is wow. Before moving to Hawaii, I lived I the suburbs of Philadelphia. We had big stores out there, but NONE of them hold a candle to this location. Its huge! Its probably the same footprint as many larger BB&Bs, but this is 2 floors, so double the excellence. My wife is going to live out here.

I called Customer Service to report that a small piece of the bird cage I ordered was missing, and to see how I could get a replacement part. I was told that my wait time would be an hour. After waiting on-hold on the phone for one hour and thirty-four minutes; they disconnected me without even answering my call !!! Very VERY poor customer service !!!

If you love bath products ....bed linens and everything for the kitchen this is the place for you. If you cant find it here....they dont make it!!! Quality products.

We went to the Pearlridge store for a last minute Christmas gift for our youngest daughter. The 2 colleagues (Shy and Brenda) were wonderful and gave exceptional service with assisting my wife and I with our purchase. I would gladly recommend this location to our friends and family.

Great customer service at the Pearlridge location as compared to the brusque behavior at another location. The sales associate even asked if I wanted her to walk me to the section I was looking for. Found what i wanted and went back to her for a little more help. She even carried my purchase to the car! A little out of the way for me but its all about customer service!

Horrible customer service on responding to return inquiries. I sent the email on 1/21/21. I received a confirmation email from Bed Bath and Beyond indicating a response will be sent within 72 hours. Its 2/1/21 and still no response.

This is a nice Bed Bath and Beyond. Smaller layout which is makes it two stories. It has escalator and elevator to travel between the two floors.Dont forget to clip your coupons before you go!Sometimes parking can be busy on the weekends.

Very large selection of random things. If youre looking for something that is as seen on TV Bed bath and beyond has the biggest selection I have seen. Easily accessible and not too crowded.

BBB is a great store, all the gadgets you can imagine for your house are here. Some more expensive than others but if you have your BBB coupons it always helps ease the pain. Now some may not know these coupons dont expire contrary to them having an expiration date on them so dont worry, hold on to them. You can also combine them for maximum savings. The cashiers are always there to help with this. They also have the Harmon section for all your soap, shampoo, and other household goods. If you need sheets they have them, if you need a toaster check out the Breville, need a knife ? They have a huge selection. Great store

I havent shopped at Bed Bath and Beyond for quite awhile. My husband and I had gone to the store yesterday with our 29% coupon. I thought we got everything we wanted. Until I realized that we missed a few things. So we went back today and exactly what we needed and it was a good price. Thanks Bed Bath and Beyond!

This place is overpriced when compared to places like Walmart, Target, and Amazon. If you sign up for coupons, it can be good though. When they had a sale on a Dyson, I used my coupon on top of the sale and got one for dirt cheap!I will say though, that they have tons of cool gadgets. I like to come here to look at the item in person and see if I really like it. Then I go online and buy it.

Dangerous place for me! I always spot things I never knew I needed until I saw them! It really does have pretty much everything you need to furnish a home and keep it clean. Plus fun stuff like NFL mugs and As Seen on TV stuff.

Didnt have the item I was standing in line for on Black Friday.When I asked an employee she showed me the location it should be at and when it wasnt there she said shell go ask someone about that item.When she returned she said that they didnt get it in.I was disappointed.They shouldve looked through their ad and let us know ahead that they didnt have these items.It wouldve been helpful so we didnt stand in line and had high hopes

The item I was looking for was out of stock. The clerk check the other store. She then had them transfer one to Pearlridge. The clerk was very helpful and went out of her way to help me.
