Walked in the store. Already knew I wanted a tempurpedic because they are the best. Kyle came up to me to help me out. I liked him because he didnt try to sell me anything. He explained the ergo base system to me. I didnt plan on buying it at all but, it goes hand and hand with the mattress. I ended up purchasing a Luxe Adapt, along with the tempur ergo base, mattress protector and Egyptian cotton sheets. Paid a little more than I wanted to but thats ok. Slumberworld is the spot!! Salesperson, Kyle knew his products. Gave suggestions and advice about choices for the Daybed I chose to buy. Ex. Mattress, covers, etc. Answered questions, based on knowledge and experience. Great place to buy bedding items, has quality and variety.

We went to the Kapolei location first and were greeted at the door but didn’t receive help on the floor. After choosing the mattress we wanted, we went to the Pearlridge location where we were helped. Much better service at the Pearlridge location, at least for us.

The bed was great however they convinced us to buy a bed sheet protector that was about $200. The bed sheet keeps riding up, it won’t hold, one month in and it rips.

Disappointed. I was confused when I called, because the female answered with hello, and didnt state the company name, so thought that I was calling the wrong number. Asked if this was SlumberWorld and she confirmed. Went to pick-up a pre-paid item, and they couldnt find it and then said that someone had come to pick it up, but after all that confusion, they found it and we left disappointed and frustrated.
