The only main issue I had was purchasing an item and told it will come in in two weeks. Three weeks go by and no follow up on the whereabouts of the purchased item. Four weeks past and was told it arrived but was unable to book an appointment until the fifth week. I would have appreciated if someone had done a follow up call saying, “Hey I’m sorry your item isn’t here yet. Shipping has been backed up because of COVID.” I understand that it’s not the dealers fault for shipping but don’t tell customers that your item will come in in two weeks.

No problems when I called the dealer directly to schedule.Rated 9 on explanation only because 1 if 2 items in the recommended services had not been discussed with me at the dealer. Not a big deal, I was able to google my question about it (tire replacement), but I would have appreciated my sales advisors advice (as I trust this dealership) along with the advice that he did give on the other item (replacing brakes on my next visit).
Parts department seems to be generally unenthusiastic about the fact that people call them and ask for help getting parts. Im not entirely sure what they do stock, but they have never once had the very basic items Ive called about. Id be horrified to work for them, every job must be seven to ten days
Swift and solid repair work!
1. They were not as prepared. When I called to make an appointment, they should have asked what car I was interested in so they could already have it ready to show at my appointment time. Instead we waited around for almost an hour so they could pick up the vehicle, which was stored off site.2. Poor communication among team members, which caused confusion and frustration on me as a customer.3. Car was not delivered in great quality. When hood was lifted, the engine was filthy and they had to take it back to clean again.4. I was happy that there was a follow up call but disappointed about the poor communication among Mitsubishi team members.5. Salesman that assisted me was amazing.
Great service! The only rub was that the wait was far longer than anticipated. Almost 3 hours due to unforeseen back ups. But Dino checked in with me and let me know. No transport services due to covid which is understandable.

I went for a Shelby mustang and asked my girlfriend if my glasses were foggy. She confirmed the sticker price was the cost of a home in North Carolina! Unbelievable markup to 121k !!!!!! Are you joking me. As I walked around the dealership I saw tremendous markups on vehicles
My Mitsubishi was recalled. The dealer was pleasant as I scheduled an appointment and when the work required additional time to get the necessary parts, they paid for a rental car so I wouldnt be inconvenienced. Great service.
