Ordered 2 venti cookies and cream asked for no coffee but they put coffee i was ordering it for the kids were home when I saw it kids drunk halfway.

They are always so friendly and welcoming at this location. I dont go very frequently, maybe a few times a month, but I feel like a regular when I stop in. They seem to get along well and have a good rapport within their team. Love this!I like their layout and flow and the store is usually pretty tidy. They arent always super fast; but when they are busy they are efficient and do better than other locations on island.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins!!!! If you are a pumpkin lover and enjoy cream cheese, this is by far the best ever! Get it warmed! Its so moist and just brings to mind that the holidays are indeed around the corner. This is 3rd time to stop at a Starbucks for these hard to come by muffins( one time I went to 3 different stores in search for them)!! Thank goodness I finally struck gold or should I say pumpkin lol. Im so happy they have this holiday treat at Starbucks!

The staff is super friendly and offered my dog a puppacino! The drinks are always consistent too so you don’t have to worry about getting a bad drink :)

Love the coffee, staff is nice and they have a restroom.Good place to go to talk with someone. Please try the pumpkin flavor in the coffee its super theyll run out of it soon so get it while you can. Nice layout of the seating and you can wait for your friend and smell the coffee.

Honestly the best Starbucks Ive ever been to. They greet you when you come in they learn your name very quickly and if you have the same order just about every day that you go in there, they know it before you even tell them. The staff is great, quickly geting orders out to everybody even on the busiest days. Love this Starbucks!!

Its a starbucks. They have good coffee. The Hawaiian coffee is better, but they are few and harder to find. Starbucks is good enough for me.

The drinks are always good. The workers always have good customer service. But, so I go there almost every morning. I usually get something to drink and then I nap before I go to work (I’m there only 20-30 minutes then I leave for work). And I believe it’s the manger who always wakes me up and tells me I can’t sleep there. I know you don’t want people loitering but I’m not even there that long and I have a drink so I’m a customer. Also I don’t bother anyone, nobody is really outside cuz it’s early and the chairs are broken. I don’t get it because I’m either sitting there awake for 20-30 minutes or I’m sitting there napping for 20-30 minutes. If I can sit there and drink my drink then why can’t I nap with my drink. I don’t know.

I should go there more often. I love their iced coffees but have limited myself to their iced cafe americano for that early morning kick in the pants. No cream and sugar and 0 Weight Watchers points!

Good service. It has a surprising amount of seating considering the size of the place. Bathroom requires a code to enter, which sucks. But the temp is good, and the barristas are friendly. Recently, two people came in and sat at a table (valuable real estate, yall) with food from another spot. An employee came over and wasnt nasty--very sincerely asked if theyd like something to drink (obvious hint being they were rude AF). They were, I know were all surprised, rude AF in their response, but she wished them a nice day and left them alone. Mad class.

The employees are really nice and friendly!! I am an avid traveler and this particular Starbucks is the best Ive ever been in all the 50 states!! Came here almost everyday while on the island!!

Coffee there for hand crafed drinks and cold brew feels stronger than in other SB stores. Also, they ran out of coconut milk on Tuesday and said next stock comes on the next Sunday. However, the ppl are so friendly and nice and always will make a new one to your satisfaction. :)

My usual is the Banana Chocolate Vivanno 3 PM. And while this is not the store I frequent, the baristas here have made it perfectly every time, no matter the time of day. Great service and friendly atmosphere is always a nice touch.

There was seating for my group..but the bathroom smelt definetly needs an air freshener or a wallscent from bath and body works from Ka MakanaAlii location..

Small Starbucks, but cozy. Under some lite construction, but still clean. Staff was very friendly, wifi is provided by Google.

The barista was very friendly. We had asked about the premium Swarovski crystal gift card and was not snubbed like at other locations. I have been on the lookout for this years card all holiday season. The barista was informative and excited to show us the card and management came out to explain the details. They were not rude about providing the information at all.There was about a 8 person lineup ahead of us and with only 2 ppl working up front they were quick to serve everyone. Our wait time did not feel like an eternity and the line moved fast enough for my attention span.I had left out a single star due solely because the location is horrible for parking. In my opinion, this Starbucks is more suited if you are already parked in the lot frequenting another vendor and decide you want to pop in. I cant imagine why anyone would come to this mall/location just to come to Starbucks as they will be met with a parking lot nightmare.
