Since I purchased this vehicle recently without knowing past service history I wanted to take it to a shop that would give me a fair summary of what my car may need in the way of repair and or maintenance. I read reviews and ended up taking my vehicle to Hallmans Auto Service. I spoke to the owner, Danny, and explained my request. He listened to my story and he would be glad to check everything I had on a list. I could not be more happy with his understanding and honesty in accessing my car. He checked everything and only repaired one item that needed repair, a leak in a radiator hose due to a prior incorrect installation. He told me that all other items on my list were recently repaired, replaced or not yet needing attention. Keep in mine this is a 100k auto which I did not have any history. He could have serviced brakes, transmission, plugs, exhaust, filters, etc. I would have not have know that these things did not require service. Danny, however was the professional, honest person I was looking for to give me a true picture of my vehicle condition. He was very thorough and I could not be more pleased with my visit. This is a service shop you can trust and count on to take good care of you and your vehicle!

I have used Hallman services over 32 years. For repairs on at least 6 different cars. I always had my vechile fixed right the first time. When anyone ever tells me of a bad experience they had at another shop i always send them here. I personally had a bad experience because i knew the guy and his dad so well i paid $300 for evap pump to be install on a BMW i owned and they just reset dash light. Took it to Hallman and he showed me the old orginal part was still on my car. He installed the new pump and light never came on again. It really does matter who does the work ! The staff is also very kind and very respectfully. I know many other people that feel the same way with many positive repairs at this shop.

They charged me $314 in labor for a tune up and change a brake light. Prices in my opinion are excessive and they overbook and take a long time.

This is by far the best shop in Aiken to get your vehicle fixed.from the time you walk in they make you feel comfortable.i took my vehicle to almost every shop on Aiken only to be told I needed a 2000 transmission rebuild.but turns out I know a little about trucks so I chose hallmans and within a couple days had me up and going no problems at all.highly recommended

I have used Hallmans Auto Service long before I moved to Aiken, at least 8 years. Mr. Hallman helped me with an issue back then and I was so impressed, if I could, I just scheduled my truck service when I was in Aiken for dressage lessons. Today, I still trust the integrity, talent, and service I receive EVERY time I take my vehicle in--truck or mini cooper!

Does great work at a fair price. It can be hard to get an appointment they stay busy because they know their craft and theyre honest and fair. Hallmans is the only place I take my cars.
