I recently purchased a used horse trailer that had been sold new by Shadow Trailer in Aiken. The seller was less than cooperative in helping me obtain the documentation needed to register/title the trailer. It was terribly frustrating. Lori at Shadow Trailer was invaluable in helping me to obtain what I needed. With her help, all the documents were obtained, and I was able to register/title the trailer. Even though I had not purchased the trailer from her, Lori never made me feel that I was imposing on her time. I would have no hesitation in recommending purchasing a trailer from Lori at Shadow Trailer.

Service after the sale is terrible. Purchased a trailer in February and I paid 2 separate doc fees and STILL dont have a tag for this trailer. Also filed a warranty claim a month after purchase because the trailer was leaking. Never heard a thing back, so I took it to be repaired myself (apparently they forgot to caulk the front top part of the trailer). Submitted receipts and they said they were sending a check. Still have yet to receive it 6 months later. Have reached out multiple times to no avail.

Terrible service. Wanted a trailer and they did not have what I was looking for. Man quoted me a price and told me the trailer would be built and delivered in two to three weeks. So on the third week I called for a status update and he told me I never paid my deposit...he had never asked for one. Was told they would call me back on multiple occasions and they never did. Went back in person and spoke to a lady and told her what happened. She said that the quoted price was off, but couldnt tell by how much until the man got back the following week. She was going to call me..never did. Gave up and found one on craigslist. Quoted price would have ended up being close to two thousand additional dollars.

Excellent! They worked with me on what I wanted and I am driving away with more of a trailer than I expected in a great way with a great price. I one hundred percent will recommend this place and Jeff Lehman.
