I am in Aiken for a horse show and my battery on the jack just wasn’t right. I called and they told me to come on over-horse and all. They examined my battery and changed it out within 15 minutes. They even sprayed the hornets nest that was discovered under the gooseneck. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!!

Prompt and friendly service for a mounted hitch receiver on my Ram 2500. Though they specialize in horse trailers it is obvious they have other capabilities. Its good to have another local option for trailers and hitch work.

Morgan and her team helped us so much with our trailer. She gave us a video tour of the trailer before we even got there and even opened up for an hour on Saturday for us to drive from Valdosta to Aiken. Very helpful and we love the trailer. We got a 2002 used Sundowner (as is) for 6500$. They were very upfront with what needed to be fixed and we love it.

I just had a fabulous horse trailer buying experience with Morgan at The Hitch and Tow. All the way from Massachusetts, I found the perfect trailer for me on a web search, and put a down payment on sight unseen, on the basis of the wonderful photographs. Also Morgan took additional photographs for me to make sure that the dimensions were right in order to fit my four wheel carriage in the front, and my draft cross horse in the back of the Shadow 3H Slant Stock Combo. I took a friend and drove all the way down on a weekend to pick it up. Morgan and her assistant Brent were wonderful with processing the paperwork and arranging for me to pick up on a Saturday, and Brent made sure I was able to Hitch and Tow safely home! The photos were spot on and the trailer looks almost like new as a 2014. So happy and highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to trade our 4 horse trailer for a living quarters horse trailer. We did a lot of research and a friend recommended this place. We saw some of their inventory online and called Morgan. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She represented the trailer we were interested in honestly. We made the trip, brought our trade, she gave us a fair value and the deal was done. Her husband Paul and his brothers went over all the operating systems to make sure everything worked. Paul and staff are great. We took our horse trailer in yesterday to have a backup camera mounted. While we were there our SUV blew a heater hose connection. They even fixed this for us. They feel like family.

These guys are awesome. Passed us on their way home from fishing, saw we needed help and jumped right in to replace a tire on our horse trailer and fix the aluminum siding so we could continue on our way. So thankful for their generous spirit and expertise.
