Perfect experience!I had a chipped windshield and Safelite handled the entire claim process through my auto insurance.I was ten minutes early to my appointment and they took me right in after their verbal disclaimer that the chipped window may only fill in 30 to 60% (possibly more) and it could crack further during the repair process.I was a little nervous about that but about 40 minutes later and a repair job that was about 95% better, I was on my way back home a satisfied customer!Thank you Safelite for a comfortable waiting area and a quick and painless experience!

I got the windshield replaced in my wifes van, within a few months we have two completely separate new major cracks. I tried to have safelite replace the windshield under warranty and they refused. They dont use good quality glass and if you hit a bug on the highway expect cracks that wont be covered under warranty. I wish I could go back to the OEM windshield they replaced, at least it only had one crack and it took a good size rock to crack it.Edit: the lower second crack doesn’t even clear spot where a rock hit, it’s just a crack. I believe the glass we received was faulty.

Quick windshield replacement. Polite, professional installer. Comfortable waiting room. Since going there, Ive been back because the lane departure laser was loose. Even after they made adjustments, it is still hyper sensitive when we even get close to crossing lanes. Not happy. Will have to go back again, when I get time. Three stars!

Super quick service and great prices! I was expecting 3 hrs and was done in a hr to have the windshield replaced and calibration completed with guarantee!

I was unable to obtain a quote or even a ballpark idea of how much my windshield would cost without giving my email, name and address. I was told I had to give all this info just to get an answer-why?Why would I want to give all of my personal information to a company that I may not hire?

I had a chip in my windshield from a wonderful construction truck on the highway that didnt clean the trailer. Of course the rock that flys off hits my window. Knowing how unlucky I am with chips in windshields ( 5 new windshields because I always wait to long) I set up the appointment right away. I arrived at 1 p.m. and left at 1:16 p.m. with the crack almost indivisible, but more importantly it will not spread. Everyone at Safelite are professional, knowledgeable, quick, well just awesome. Even better my insurance covered the bill (I know just like all their commercials). In Safelites case its just the same...

They replaced my windshield… then not long later my 2 year old (not very strong) pulled on my mirror and the adhesive literally ripped a large chunk of glass out of the windshield with hardly any force. They refused to cover it or replace my windshield for 2nd time. They wouldn’t even glue my mirror back up into place.

Seems like someone is scattering rocks on Akron freeways designed to chip car windows. If this happens to you too I recommend Safelite AutoGlass and so does my insurance company. It is likely that simple chips will be repared for you at home at no cost depending upon the coverage of your insurance company. PS keep a safe distance behind trucks on the freeway ...they are rock throwers.

Safelite at this location is a joke they hire and keep drivers that have multiple offenses while on the job. An employee hit my husband on June 29 2020 and of course safelite didn’t even try to help. Car was totaled their insurance company was more helpful than them. Safelite don’t repair the cause damage

Unfortunately this is my third time having to use safelite for broken glass. However, I have used the mobile service and each time they have been great! The technician who replaced my glass today was phenomenal. He greeted me in a friendly and professional manner with a mask and distance to explain the process and time it would take, as well as aftercare. He did a great job replacing the windshield and cleaned up very well after. I inspected the job after and even the moulding that can be tricky was perfect so it was obvious that he took the time and effort to do it correctly. I am very pleased with the service that safelite has provided me today and on all occasions. The downside is that for this job, the quotes I received from other companies were all about $100 less. But to me it was worth the extra cost to have a proper job done with excellent mobile service. They do work with insurances as well. I will always use this safelite office and recommend their services to my friends and family.

They work hand in hand with the auto insurance companies. Actually had chips in my glass happen two times within a two week period. Since I was able to get to them before the glass started cracking, I was able to get them fixed without any out of pocket costs.

They were kind, friendly and very professional. They had our car done in a reasonable time. We were pleased with the work and love having a fixed windshield!

I will update this review after I actually get service. This is the second time I have drove all the way to a satellite location, organized rides, and child care, to be turned away because of lack of parts to do my window replacement. If I already didn’t pay 600 plus dollars for the service I have yet to receive I would have walked out already. A simple call to let me know that my appointment needs moved would have done wonders. I’m currently being moved to a later date AGAIN.

They told me if the crack was smaller than a dollar bill they could patch it-came out may 28 and said it couldn’t be patched-came back out broke the new windshield-came back out put the windshield in and clued it-clue came loose and stripping was flapping-came back out and said they had to order parts-it is now June 29 and I am still waiting to have my windshield completed

Customer service here is wonderful! The ladies at the desk were courteous, helpful, and informative. I walked in for a quote and even though I did not use their services up front they still crash wrapped my window so that i was not driving around with a open hole in my window.I did end up finding a place willing to fix my window for about $100 cheaper and this is the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars.If youre big on customer service, friendliness, and overall common courtesy I would definitely recommend this place.

It was a nightmare they damaged the touchscreen on my dashboard Hard to get a response when you talk to a machine all the time you cannot talk to a person Im sending you now waiting for a technician Not too a person who Can fix it Because you cant talk to a person on a phone with safe light

I was honestly super surprised when after he said it would take about 25 minutes it was probably only about 20 minutes in total. Everyone was super professional and quick to get me in and out. I’ve had a lot of rock chips repaired over the years and it appears that this should not spread. We got our work done through the insurance so everything was handled via email and I was in and out.

Their technician said the chances of the repair to the windshield causing a bigger crack was practically zero, instead he broke it beyond repair and I have to pay to have it replaced. When I said I couldnt afford the deductible, the technician told me to lower my deductible and then have them come back to replace it. Misleading, dishonest and deceitful people at this location.

Very nice people and quick service.... BUT.... Not careful... Took my Nissan 350Z here after I found a crack in my windshield. Scheduling was easy and everything seemed great... Until I came to pick it up... I guess somewhere during the process, they cracked/broke my plastic piller... They tried to make it up by offering me a discount (I think they gave me like $20 off)... But it was no where close to how much the part was ($250)... Im sure this doesnt happen all the time, but it only takes once for me to go somewhere else the next time. This was my experience, take from it what you will.

The professionalism and courtesy by the people in this shop is awesome! At first I brought my car in for an appointment and they said the part they received from the warehouse was damaged and wouldnt fit right on my car, I thought, Wow, thats great that they want to make sure they do the job right the first time. I came back later that day because they were going to get a replacement part, and they said, This part is not as bad but it still wont fit right. Kind of frustrating but at least they took an additional $50 off my bill and told me they would call to schedule again. I came back 2 days later and they put it on without a problem. What I like about this place is that not just one person, but two, were concerned I wouldnt get the right part put on the car and that is the dedication to excellence I love. Thanks guys!

I arrived late approximately 15 minutes before close. I fully expected to get ignored, but they were welcoming. They agreed to fix it that day after verifying my coverage. The lobby of Safelite was clean and big enough to hold 10-15 customers if necessary. The washed all of the windows in my vehicle and vacuumed the floor. The repaired spot is visible but I have to search for it and focus on on it. I doubt that I would find it if I didnt know where it was. I would recommend them and I will return if I needed them again.

Terrible way to treat a customer. !!! Orginal day of service technician broke my windshield enroute. Next day tech alledges they didnt have my molding.. so now i have to wait until monday..

Five star rating . Staff members are great. Had a Monday A M appointment. We ran into a problem. Rust on the top of cab on my pickup. They recommended a body shop to get the rust repair done so new glass would be sure to fit.. Made appointment very next day at Brothers Auto Collision. Took my truck in Tuesday A M . Daniel came out and removed cracked glass. Karl fixed the rust, Daniel came back Wednesday A M installed the new glass. I got my truck back in a little over 24 hours. Many thanks guys, you did an amazing job.

I had a small crack in my windshield that needed to be fixed. The technician, Ken, kept me in the loop throughout the morning about when he would arrive to my location. He was very professional, kind, and did a fantastic job. He even vacuumed out my car and cleaned the windows while we waited for the machine to fix the windshield! All thats left is a very small water-mark where the crack originated. The whole process only took about 30 minutes.

Ive used Safelite in the past with great success. This time however Ive could have done a better job with supper glue. The repair looks like a big gray dot. Also good luck on getting a hold of them if your not happy. Its a bunch of recordings that goes nowhere or youre on hold for 10 minutes. I had to call my insurance company to contact them . I will never use them again.

I would give this location 2 stars due to the scheduling process being easy and the fact they vacuum out the car during the process but other than that my experience here on August 20 was not very good. I noticed on the 19th I had a small chip in the windshield and knew I had a free chip repair through my insurance. I have used this location before with no problems and great service but something has changed. I showed up 8 minutes early for my 10am appointment. I walked in and told one of the receptionists I was here for a repair, she said she would let my technician Kenny know and he would be out shortly. There were no other cars or people there I figured it would only be a short wait. A technician comes out at 10 I thought he was coming to get my keys but no he greets another lady as she walks in and before she can even say hello he asks for her keys and pulls her vehicle in. I waited for 15 more minutes before the receptionist went back and told Kenny I was here. Kenny came out and told me where my chip was could potentially crack all the way up along the side and bottom because it’s the weakest point, but reassured me the weather was good so there would be no problems and he would take good care of my car. About 30 minutes later he comes and hands me my keys says everything is done I say thank you and get in my car, and the chip is now worse than before with little stress lines coming off of it, he didn’t even bother to mention it happened. Not impressed.

I had a leak in my tailgate that I thought was due to a window seal issue. However, after they took a look at it, they found out it was from a leaking 3rd brake light that I had been told was fixed. Gary did a great job informing me of what he was doing and made sure I was involved in the whole process. Even though this is not a repair they typically do, he went out of his way to accommodate me and get the problem fixed. I will definitely be back in the future!

Great work with my repair

AVOID!! I had a small chip on my windshield. Just bought the car last month. Used my car insurance to get the chip fixed before it got worse. The guy shows up to my work and says it’ll just take 20 minutes. Asks me to sign and I go back into work. When I left I noticed the tiny chip is now a two inch crack. I called the guy- ignored all my phone calls. I called customer service. Both the shop and the service center had no supervisor or manager on duty. So who oversees them??? I filed a complaint with the BBB. They told me they can’t fix the crack because their technicians tell customers the crack can get worse. I was NEVER informed of this. They’re now telling me they can’t do anything but replace it and it’ll cost me $400. I called back in and asked how much a new windshield was for my car. They told me $259.99. They’re are liars and want to rip people off. They don’t take ownership for their employees mistakes. Go to Haidet instead.

This was my first time using Safelite, and all I can say is I HIGHLY recommend them. They did an excellent job fixing the chip/crack on my windshield and it only took about 20-25 minutes, after they originally said it would take about 40 minutes. The gentleman who worked with me was very pleasant to deal with and very nice. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car back for any windshield repairs.

Bait and Switch. I have a Safelite windshield in my car. I developed a stress crack. When I went to the shop in Akron, a technician said it was a stress crack and so I scheduled it for a replacement. When I went in to have it replaced, another tech came out and in about two seconds says you have an impact. I have good eyes and see no impact. They said I have to pay for it and its not covered. They are an hour round trip. So now I have no new windshield. No more business from me, my friends or family.

The Safelite team was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, it rained the day I was originally supposed to have it done so we had to reschedule. It also rained the day I rescheduled, but I found out their shop was only a few minutes away from my office so I took my car there for repair. I would recommend Safelite to my family and friends for repairs. Their windshield wipers are also great and are good quality for the price.

Stephen was my technician and was very friendly and professional. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours to replace the glass and calibrate the vehicle sensors. I was out in about an hour. Had a snafoo with my insurance company/claim and the tech and front desk worked to get the issued resolved.Great service!!
