I have used these folks several times. Ive used them for re-screening, new screens. Ive also had new glass cut for a Victorian perfume tray. Im am very pleased with their quality of product & service.

I had Akron Quality Glass & Mirror cut a large glass tabletop for our kitchen table. The piece of glass I ordered was massive. They had it completed within 24 hours (maybe even 12) and the price was incredibly affordable. I didnt have any idea what glass costs before contacting them for a quote but was floored by how affordable (and high quality) their services are. I also ordered a piece of glass with a custom center cut. They had to have one of their vendor partners assist since it was outside of their scope of work. However, it was still a great experience. The piece of glass is very nice and the cut is EXACTLY what my dimension were. Id highly suggest utilizing them for any of your glass needs. If they dont do it, they have vendor partner that will. Cant go wrong with this business.

Outstanding work. They are true professionals. They aren’t the cheapest, but they did quality work. My windows are old, wooden Anderson windows. They had to repair some in place. They required scaffolding, etc. The job was perfect, down to every detail. I don’t think a low price operation would have had the professionals capable of doing the work that was required. Now the place looks great. In addition, they were friendly, and they cleaned up well after themselves. I would highly recommend this organization.

Ordered a custom side light for my front door. I really didnt know anything about the process, but the woman at the front desk was very helpful in educating me in my purchase and helping me save money. We had two sections of double-hung windows where the seal was broken and they had become foggy. The staff at Quality was very helpful in answering my questions and then fixing the windows. I dropped them off but they would also have some to my house.

Had a broken glass window next to my French door replaced, they did it in one day on site! Service was great!, Quality of work was great!, Price was extremely reasonable! Jim was a really nice guy as well as an excellent worker! Would use them again with no hesitation as well as recommend to anyone who needed window repair work!!

We purchased a frame-less shower enclosure for our bath. I called the day after Christmas they came out same day to quote it. Price was excellent. Ordering and installation time was less then a week. Great service, price and great quality. I recommend to clients, friends and family.

Great shop with super friendly service. Ordered some glass table tops and accidentally chipped one corner on the way home. Called them up and they said no problem, to bring it in and they’d smooth it out. They fixed the chip while I waited for 2 mins in the lobby. Great company!

The wind caught my outside door this afternoon and one of the glass panels broke. Quality glass and mirror was able to create a new panel the same day, perfectly sized and at a reasonable price.

There over priced on there glass and door repair. Takes over a month for the custom door to be finally installed. When they do install they don’t put nothing back on the door like your security sensors and door lock that was on the old doors that they took and scrapped. There installer JC is very rude and try’s to charge you more for coming back to put your sensors and lock on. Have to call multiply times to get things done and nothing gets done once they get your money. Not sure how this place stays in business. Just all the way bad business. Do your self a favor and take your business somewhere else other then here. Buyers BEWARE! This place quoted 4,000 dollars plus for the door with installation and North Hill Glass quoted 2500.00 dollars. When you ask them why so high they try to tell u it’s better glass of some sort. Just straight getting over on people and getting away with it.

Ive only had wonderful results working with QG & M. They are knowledgeable and efficient, with quick turnaround and reasonable prices. i have a wrought-iron-based fire pit (recycled from a neighbors garbage) that Id like to turn into a glass-topped table for my deck. Ill be checking in soon for another successful project.

Asked for quote for home window glass replacement for several windows. They came to measure (from afar), then I never heard from them again. Dont know how you conduct business like that.

We had a window shattered by vandals and I took the busted window in to get replaced. I got an estimate within one day. They were very friendly and helpful. We had to special order the parts but the window only took a few business days to be completed. Very grateful to have kind and professional people in Akron. The window is perfect and we had no issues with the bill or turnaround time. We will definitely make this our go-to stop for glass.

I manage rental properties and have been using Quality Glass for a couple years now. I have never been disappointed. Customer service is great and Jim and the others are very quick and efficient. Same day service on most work. I Called today for a main entrance door, shattered from a snow blower shooting a rock, at 12:00 pm and Jim was here at 12:30 to measure and glass was in by 2:00.

Asked for a estimate which I wrote down between 10 &11 am and they had totally different time. Said they would make it between 3&4 well it is now 5:49 no one showed up or called. I dont think I would recommend them. Very unhappy.

I am scathing mad as I type this so I dont want to come across as some loon on the internet, I have been dealing with this for several months and today it all came to head... I went in to this business as the company I work for is right down the street, we needed to have several windows replaced in our building and I thought it would be nice to support a local business. While I was there I asked for a quote on my home window replacement. It took me calling back multiple times and physically stopping in a 2nd time to get someone to quote and complete the business windows. I understood it was a busy time of year, but I always seemed to be a burden or annoyance to them and they never had an answer for me. After several inquiries that spanned over a month they finally quoted and eventially completed the job. We now have our broken windows replaced. Done... My personal window is another story... I asked for the quote every time I called to inquire about the business quote. The guy did come out to measure and he was super nice, but I always got the run around about the quote from the women in the office. Today when I called (at least 3-4 months after initial inquiry) the lady was beyond rude (not unlike the other interactions I have had with them). She said she found my story highly unlikely. I explained the situation and she was like ugh, what is your name, in a tone that prompted me to say, Maam, I understand I am totally annoying you right now, but imagine being someone who needs a new window and has been waiting on a quote for months, I could call someone else if you would prefer it. She said, Yes, do that! and hung up on me. Now I see why small businesses go under. I already gave this company several thousand dollars in business, while I know my small window wasnt anywhere near that, I am still a paying customer! Never in my life... I will let anyone who asks know how they treated us. This is utterly ridiculous. Customer service is a dying art these days. *Updated to find out the woman I spoke with WAS the owner, my husband called to complain and she was the person who answered. Wow! She told him, Thats ok when he said she lost them business. It must be nice to be independently wealthy to the point you can throw your middle finger up to patrons of your business...

Received excellent service. Two hours after I called an estimator arrived, an hour after that I received a call with an estimate. The next day my showroom window was installed although they said it could take up to 7 days to get the special glass.

Extreme caution is advised, quoted one price and then charged 50% more on a simple door repair. I dont like being lied to, even getting a firm quote from the manager Jim was sketchy. At this point I dont even believe he is the manager. Then I got rude customer service from the woman on the phone when I called to see why on the price change. It appears that the entire basket of apples is tainted.

Absolutely the worst. I hired them to install a custom shower made with glass walls. The contractor and I carefully explained to their employee exactly what we wanted. The shower walls they installed were 2 feet lower then what we asked for and the glass rattles in its channels. After telling them about there mistake they took no course of action to correct the problem, and told me that to fix the problem it would all have to be re-done for a additional $2200.00. I am currently awaiting for a trial in small claims court. Could not be any more dissatisfied.

This comment is for joey, first of all you were quoted a price over the phone, a woman dropped off the screens, after she dropped them off she then called a gentleman to tell him the price and he flipped out. Im sorry but if you did not like the quote you were given on the phone and again when you brought your items in, then you should have went somewhere else, instead you called our business threatening us, and yelling and cussing at us. That is not in anyway professional. Lucky is the company you are employed by.
