The calendar item I received stated the work could last up to 6.5 hours. When I arrived at the dealership I was told it would be completed in approximately 90 minutes. 45 minutes later I received the call that all was completed. I was amazed at how quickly they finished. Way to go, Gentlemen!

I wanted to schedule my oil change, I showed up hoping to do a walk-in because no one was in the bays, and was told I couldnβt walk in. I was looking forward to having my Nissan fully serviced, instead I had to get the oil changed at Valvaline, then returning on another day for tire maintenance and was unaware that I had to pay for that service. Love Nissan, still with a warranty I was hoping to get a little better service for my vehicle.
I just had a basic oil change and tire rotation. It was done on time and well. Amy was great and explained everything well and made sure my car got cleaned too. My only complaint is that my car seat and mirror were adjusted and were crazy off. I havenβt had that happen before.
Ben was awesome! He took time around closing to let me test drive and really helped me out to get the 0.9% APR rate as a recent college graduate.

Got 2 front tires installed on 370z. Light for tire pressure remains on. Dealership didnβt offer price on those. Key needed new battery (remote) as I told the service department. No follow up. Everyone was rushed and in a hurry.

We were absolutely satisfied with our salesman Ben, but not at all satisfied with the finance person! We felt he was very misleading and did not take us seriously! We had a budget to consider and felt he undermined us with the amount being small in his eyes but over all was larger than he portrayed! So needless to say another person came and took over! It all worked out and we do like our new Rogue! I am hoping our dealings with the service department in the future go smoothly!
I bought 12 passenger van love it. Seats pull in OUT so easy. My 2016 has become like FAMILY MEMBER kids named Sully. So trade ins looked tempting LEFT SERVICE satisfied. Though there was some confusion with the service department the management was quick to correct everything. My sales person was great and upfront with the best possible pricing and options.

It was like a home coming alot of the service people were still their, Finding a truck I liked was easy. The dealing part seamed effortless. I bought the truck and within a couple hours drove it home.

My salesman, Clay was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our time.I thought that the dealership did an absolutely awful job in taking steps to practice safety in todays pandemic world.No one wore mask.People did not practice social distancing with customers or with other employees.The office where the papers were signed was too small.It was not cleaned as one person left and the next one came in.Customers waiting wore masks to protect others .But, no one at the dealership had the courtesy to wear a mask to protect customers.Other dealerships that we visited were very accommodating to customer safety. Some had plexiglass shield installed on desk tops to protect both the salesperson and the customer.If I would have known had poorly Fred Martin Nissan handled the closing with the disregard to my safety, I would not have gone back to sign papers. I liked the car, but I did feel very uncomfortable at your dealership. .

Went in for what was supposed to be a 1 hr recall repair on a vehicle originally purchased from this location.Arrived at 12:45.My car was presumably fixed by 1:30., as it was brought out and parked on side of building by service bay check in.At 2:45 pm Im still waiting for my keys n paperwork. So I ask, again, if my car is finished. Now they tell me they cant find my keys. Kinda hard to misplace a set of keys on a neon green armband!!Finally at 3:15 theyre found in the paperwork directly behind the techHe hands me the previously printed papers & keys and I can finally leave.No excuse for that level of indifference, not even an apology for wasting 2 hrs of my time !

I utilize their service department for all of my maintenance, and never once have I wondered if they were fleecing me. This is the only review Ive ever written, but I recently seen some things that made me appreciate how long Ive trusted this location. Keep up the honest good work !

I am sad to say I have not been all that impressed with Fred Martin Nissan. When we bought the car there was an issue with the steering that I kept bringing to their attention and they just over look at it. I ended up finding out that the steering issue was actually a recall that had never been fixed so luckily it didnt cost me any money out of my pocket to have that fixed at a different dealership. Just a couple months after purchasing the vehicle I had to put a fuel pump in my car because my car broke down and just shut off on the side of the road. I tried to call for my roadside assistance that came with the vehicle when I purchased it. I was told from the company that I called on my paperwork that came with my car that I had in the glove box that my warranty and roadside service did not exist mind you this was at 9 at night well I had two children and I was pregnant in the car. I ended up having to pay to tow my vehicle to my home which cost me over $300. I then had to call Fred Martin Nissan the next morning and have them come and Tow my car from my house to the dealership I then had to wait about a week or so to find out what the issue was and then we about another week for the car to be fixed. Overall after I had that problem fixed it has been a pretty good car but I have taken it in for oil changes every 6 months and with that I was promised to have my car washed and cleaned out every time I came in at this point I have now on to the car almost 3 years and I believe they have only washed my car twice. I know that having my car washed just probably a very minor detail but when you are promised something and you only get it twice in 3 years thats just not fair. I have now moved 45 minutes away from where I lived at the time I purchased the vehicle so I asked if there was another dealership I could go to for my oil changes and they told me no. So I now Drive about an hour to get my oil change every 6 months. I cannot say that I would ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.

There has not been a single issue with it!I was on the hunt for something very specific, and this dealership had what I wanted for the best deal I could find. I was hesitant though because it was almost halfway across the state, but I called in advance and was COMPLETELY taken care of by Rob Gunther. When I got there, he greeted my family and I like we were longtime friends. He did not try to take advantage of us, considering we were from out of town. He was very caring and helpful in the most appreciated way. He was very patient through the financial process, even though it meant staying late. Not long after my purchase, I received a genuine thank you card AND a happy birthday text...who does that?!?! Those little things speak volumes, and I would definitely recommend him if you need to buy a vehicle. I will absolutely buy from him again! Until then, thank you Rob, we love our new SUV.

The cost of the repair was higher than doing the repair at a local certified garage. I maintain the relationship with Fred Martin for the history of the repairs. I will rethink future service repairs based on the type of repair that might be needed. The wait time was 1 hour and 1/2 with an scheduled appointment for that target repair. Way to long for that service call. You ran a full diagnostic update and I guess that justified the bay charge.

I wanted to buy my first SUV. I bought my Nissan 350 Z here, so it was my natural selection of dealerships to start at. I pulled in on one of the rainiest days Ohio has seen. I wanted a lightly used SUV with low mileage. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Lou. What a fantastic guy! I told him what I wanted, he pulled up exactly what I was after on his computer. We drank coffee, laughed and really got to know one another. Within 2 hours, I had exactly what I was after, and the price was right also. I met Rob the Sales Manager and I had so much fun kidding about coming down in price way more than I knew they could, but he was great. I didnt just buy a SUV that day, I made some new friends in the process. Dont make Fred martin Nissan your last choice, make it your first choice because of their selection. Service done in a timely manner and done right. Good communication regarding the progress on the service being performed through text messages. Greeted right away by service manager as you pull into the service bay. The service managers always ask to confirm what services you are expecting to be performed and offer the recommended services and allow you to choose to have them done or not with no pressure.

The people are very nice and knowledgeable. However, I had to wait 2 hrs (even with an appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. It seemed that my van was done for a while, but the keys were lost in pile of papers. I had to ask what in the world was taking so long!
