Great helpfull people, great place to get big truck parts

Nick there is a great guy who knows his stuff. Hes helpful to customers, hes prompt, quick, and efficient. He goes above and beyond for customers and for the store. A man came in and ordered a part that could no longer be ordered or obtained. He had the part at home in his garage and brought it to the person the next day. He took a delivery after close to make a disgruntled customer happy.. off the clock. He takes pride in his job and knowledge of the business. He has even gone in on Sundays, when the store is not open, to help customers in need. Hes a shining star in customer service and there needs to be more like him. I hope his pay reflects his performance for this company. Other than that this location can tend to be very sloppy with inventory. Sometimes getting the wrong parts in boxes. The prices can be good.. and then they can be outrageous. The owner, Josh, is very kind and also goes above and beyond for the customer. However, there are a few unprofessional bad apples here.

Today around 545pm I was driving down the expressway (76)and apparently I didn’t move over fast enough and your driver stuck his arm out of the window and stuck his middle finger up at me. My family has always been loyal to NAPA, this treatment is unexceptionable. The plate number ends with 5171. I would hope you find the guy a new position within the company that doesn’t involve people.

Have good selection but only a few of each.makes it hard to do a complete job for a customer unless you can plan ahead to order the quantities you need. Good people.
