I used to manage the barbershop across the street and I quit going to the Sallys a while back because of the management and employees. I no longer work there and hardly ever in this area (as I have opened my own shop in New Franklin)I still get my nails done next door, and yesterday I needed a few things from Sallys so I figured I would pop in here.Of course the whole staff has changed, however the girl working, I believe her name was Tess was so helpful so welcoming and I will never go to another Sallys beauty except the one on Waterloo road because of the manager. A brief conversation with her turned my whole day around. The store looked clean all the shelves were stocked. She is amazing. I know employees are hard to find right now but shes definitely a keeper?!!!Im serious I will only use this Sallys beauty supply from here on out. The lady there did not know what she was doing at all asked for platinum blonde she gave me the wrong one and my hair turned orange I have never had this happen any other time highlighting my hair

This store has really gone down hill, stock is low, the clerks would rather stand around and talk, rather then help you, they are not very knowledgeable of Beauty products and they charged .15 cents for a very small paper bag, ridiculous.

Great sales associates that were very helpful in assisting me with all my questions and finding products that I needed

I normally do not shop in this particular sallys.. I never will again.. I wasnt even upset about them being understaffed. ( what appeared to be only one person working on a Saturday). The young lady working was doing her best alone in a busy store.. after being in the store for quite sometime the manager came out of the back room. I was quite surprised to find out she was there the entire time and leaving the other young lady alone on the sales floor.. she came out with quite the attitude also... if that was my manager and she talked to me that way.. I would quit right on the spot. . She was not only short with her staff . she also was short with me. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything... I will shop at my normal sally stopping spot. I recommend that others do so also.. its not even a safe plaza to shop in.

This store USED TO Have very nice n helpful employees. It now has a manager who talks down to you like you’re an idiot, and doesn’t listen. I explained what I’m trying to accomplish and how I “think” it should be carried out all for her to disagree and restate exactly what I said. She literally just changed my common terms to cos terms. But had such a condescending tone and acted as if it were an inconvenient time or I was wasting her time. So I thought maybe she is having a bad day- went in second time- The NICE SWEET young lady wasn’t sure which item would be best suited so she kindly dismissed herself to grab her manager, low and behold it was “her”. And guess what? NOPE NOT JUST A BAD DAY. So I said cheerily oh hey it’s me again! Lol n chuckled she literally gave me a look as if she had seen me every day for 2 weeks straight asking the same questions. She is plain out very rude! Will not go back

I only went there to pick up some items I ordered on line and few weeks ago which I never received from shipper......the company has truly lost some professionalism to customers who are professional.The clerk was helpful and friendly.She asked me to sign up on line for account to receive coupons I said no thank you this company has lost its appeal to the industry period.Sally Beauty stores are on the level as a local corner unprofessional beaty store .

They do not even have all hair products. They do not have beads or bobo for children hair. Do not recommend you go if going for your child.

I use to love this store until I noticed new management and employees. The store was a mess. The manager was rude and didnt know anything I asked about hair color. They were out of basically everything that I needed!! I think next time Ill travel to green or fairlawn. Looks like its going down hill fast

I purchase my hair dye at Sallys and love the nail products, triple mango lanolin hand lotion!

Rude is on sale at Sallys. Ive walked in this store for the last time. The clerk is too busy chatting to notice anyone else in the store. Ill go to the Green location or Amazon from now on...

I got hired in did all my paper work they did a background check that took 2 weeks I called to ask what was going on and I knew the manager was lying she says she called me Monday and left an email and that I’m out of the system now I have pictures to prove she didn’t call me at all and left no voice mails and no emails this place is sketchy and I gave them all my info too if you aren’t going to hire someone just tell them don’t lie so unprofessional
