We have never had a better mattress buying experience! Adam in the Fairlawn location is amazing. Adam was very knowledgeable and answered our questions without hesitation! He didn’t linger, he let us have our space to get the feel for the mattresses, but was there if we hand any questions. Adam had multiple customers at one time and I feel like he was able to juggle all of us well. He was very polite and courteous. Shopping in person today can be a royal pain because theres an illness of sorts called WHO CARES. This is NOT the case at the Mattress Firm store in Fairlawn, OH. After a terrible experience the day before at another bedding store I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment the second I entered the Mattress Firm store. David helped me find the perfect mattress and frame for my needs and together with his boss Tanva got me a great deal. Plus, they have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with their customers. Great service! Adam was knowledgeable, not “pushy” and very pleasant. The first day I was there “just looking” there was a couple buying/picking up. He didn’t rush them even though I was in the store. He greeted me, gave me a protector & told me he’d be with me shortly. While they were loading, he came over to provide mattress technology info & answer questions. As they were heading out he inquired about a bed frame, originally said they had a solution. Long story short, Adam politely diverted his attention and assisted with what met their needs, then to finished up with them ( not rushing). The reason I say this is because the couple was fussing/arguing with each other the entire time & he could have just rushed them out, however, he focused on their needs and was pleasant.It was a pleasure working with Adam on my mattress & adjustable frame purchase(came back the next day to buy). Great customer service I would definitely recommend. It is worth noting I also visited two other mattress stores in the area with comparable/same mattresses however, selected Mattress Firm because of the excellent customer service.Keep up the great customer service!!!

I am an 80 year old customer of Mattress Firm. And the bed my daughter bought me for a present stopped working; in that the “head” was stuck in an upright position. The original store was absolutely no help! Giving my daughter instructions over the phone on how to fix it! How dare they!! I can hardly contain myself just thinking about that in professionalism!!However, it was not until I TEXTED the FAIRLANE STORE BY MISTAKE-but an error that made me believe in customer service again! A manager by the name of “Tanya” (and her team) came to my rescue with professionalism, kindness and expeditiously. We went to mattress firm specifically for a Tempurpedic Breeze mattress size upgrade from our current Queen Rhapsody Breeze. The salesman was knowledgeable about the brand, even owns one himself and helped us find the best new mattress and Tempurpedic base for us! As someone who has had multiple back injuries to include fracture and herniated discs and is currently 6.5mo pregnant with my first child, a good mattress is very important to me and this purchase is not taken lightly. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail he provided us and for his attentiveness to our questions and our concerns. Rather than selling us something he helped us find the products that made the most sense for us for the long term and financially. I will definitely return to mattress firm in the future for my major mattress purchases.

Tanya, the saleswoman, was informative and helpful in directing me toward a mattress that would be most appropriate for my mother. She did not pressure me and even informed me that I could order online myself, but I decided it was better to buy through the store because I hoped my purchase would help support her and her place of employment.The store was empty both times I visited it. Tanya reassured me that sometimes there are many customers. I hope that others needing mattresses will check out the clean, well-stocked display room at Mattress Firm in Montrose, and buy locally instead of online.I should also add that the salesman that was present the second time I visited was most helpful too. He explained fully the differences between the Purple mattresses and his personal experience with his own Purple mattress, and added there may be an initial adjustment to its type of support. Again, the personal touch was most appreciated.

Im moving in the near future, and wanted to get a new mattress. However I didnt know where to go or what I was specifically looking for or even frankly, what my price range was. The multiple mattress advertisements on TV, online & radio create more confusion than provide meaningful information. I started my search at another local store to no avail. I had a far more positive experience at Mattress Firm in Montrose, thanks to Trent and Tanya. Trent very patiently explained the differences in the various types of mattresses, detailing what the core was made of, and what the differences were for comfort, stability and longevity. Unlike so many other salesmen, he wasnt pushy nor did he try to steer me into something I didnt like or couldnt afford. I fell for a mattress and base that was perfect for me, but not necessarily my budget. Trent and Tanya went to work to see what they could do to provide me the best deal they could offer to provide a fair price and make their customer happy. They took their time with me, explaining details of not only the bed and mattress itself, but also the delivery, opportunities for financing, etc. I was treated with respect, and genuine customer care. Mattresses arent something you purchase every day so you walk in the door and right away a salesman greets you and you think oh boy here we go.So I listened to what he had to say and boy Im glad I did super helpful and knew all the details about everything in the store wasnt pushey or try to close a deal so if ever I need more beding I know where ill go.

Adam and Tanva were amazing. I went to five different mattress stores and no one took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for. Instead of dismissing me Adam asked questions to find out what I was looking for and what I needed. He took the time to show me multiple mattress and all the different comforts and benefits they provided. I was looking for a super soft mattress because of the pain in my back. It turns out I was looking for the wrong thing all along. Because of the way I sleep I need a firm not soft mattress to help my back and neck pain. Adam found the perfect bed for me and I was sold. While he did the paper work Tanva made sure I was comfortable and gave me tips on how to maintain and get the most comfortable experience out of my new dream bed. Above and beyond customer service. To actually test one out, we had to visit another location where we met Tanya . I havent been to a mattress store for many years. Nearly everything has changed since then. This place not only matches the prices of other places, but also acknowledge manufacturer deals. I went there to check out the Purple products. Whatever Purple offered, Mattress Firm also offered. Purple gives a 100 day guarantee, Mattress Firm adds 20 more days to it.The salespeople were wonderful and respectful and didnt show any signs of trying to outdo each other.
