Friends recommended a sleep number bed a few years ago. The price of the bed kept me away.Lately I’ve had sleep problems, to hot to cold uncomfortable etc… so I decided to visit your store.Mike at your Akron location was great. Very knowledgeable, explained all the details, answered my many questions and was extremely patient as I tried all the beds again and again. Looking forward to my bed arriving. I’m moving to a new home and will be sleeping on an air mattress for 6 weeks, patiently waiting for my sleep paradise to arrive!I will recommend Mike to anyone looking for a sleep number bed.

We scheduled an appointment with Mike, who meant us at the door. Mike was an easy going sales rep with no pressure, he walked us through the decision making and made sure we ended up with the right products we sought after. I would recommend asking for Mike.

We had a wonderful shopping experience with a very friendly knowledgeable sales specialist. I do not have a review of the bed itself yet because our delivery date has been messed up three times now. This is where my 3 stars comes in to play. Our original delivery date was pushed out 2 weeks by email with out explanation. We called customer service who had no record of the original date. They were able to bring back the date by 5 days. Then I get another email without explanation that my date was pushed to JAN 6. That’s well outside of the 2-4 weeks I was told. We keep hearing it’s a system issue but for the third time now I’m not buying it. I’m VERY unhappy with the delivery/customer service situation. Hopefully the bed itself makes up for this.

If you expect to pay for something that will last, I would recommend this.

Overall, the experience was exemplary. Purchased exactly what I wanted without ridiculous sales pushes. My only complaint is the wait for delivery. A month seems a bit much to me (I really just want my bed 😉)

Great service, knowledgeable staff. Im just not accustomed to paying that much for a mattress. Good product, so I may return after a few nights of wrestling with wallet and my old mattress.

I should have bought a sleep number bed years ago. I cannot believe how much better I sleep and feel. Every night you can tailor the bed to how you are feeling. Back hurt? Crank it up! Need to just collapse into a down like bed? Set it to 10 or 15.I set a timer at night so I can fall asleep sitting up so my neck doesn’t hurt watching tv and then the bed flattens out so I sleep through the night. For someone who has trouble sleeping this is priceless. It’s like sleeping on air because that’s exactly what you’re doing... sleeping on air.The staff, delivery, setup, and after service was top notch. Just don’t forget you get what you pay for and this is the greatest so wasn’t exactly budget friendly but worth every penny.

Customer service is just poor . They are great when you want to buy but after you do the service goes down hill. Typical of sales people once they get your money they don’t know you.

Kelly answered questions and gave quick information getting us into a sale time rather easily. Delivery will be included with flex end points for delivery time. The choice we made was based on the P5 we already have, but with an adjustable base added for the years that come!

I bought an amazing iQ8 bed here! I travel a lot for work and my back has been thanking me for the last few weeks since sleeping on it. The manager Jonathan took good care of me and I highly recommend them.

Bought a Sleep Number Bed and was a bad investment. My wife likes the bed and I would never buy another. Over rated and when you talk to others that bought a Sleep Number, they do not want to admit it was a bad choice.
