5 stars for the service department! I drove to Ohio to visit family and was planning for my 1,200 mile drive back when my car started acting up.The Land Rover Akron service department was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to get my car fixed as quickly as possible so I could travel back safely. Very impressive service!

Dealership will not allow you to bring your own financing. They force you to use their financing. Seem more concerned with making money (through financing) than a satisfied customer. Loved JR though 👍🏽

My wife and I were looking for a Jaguar. In the Market today inventory is space. Emily Schneider, the sales woman at Jaguar of Akron had emailed me because of a car I had inquired about. After finding out I could not buy from out of state markets, ( Jaguar rules, due to low inventory cause by covid and chip shortages). After conversing with Emily we discussed a vehicle she had in stocks. Emily invited to bring my wife in to test drive a new F Pace. The drive was awesome, my wife absolutely loved it. After returning from our test drive we discussed the possibility of purchasing the vehicle. Emily was very helpful, extremely courteous. She knew her stuff about that Jag! Went to test drive cars today and was not impressed there is nothing like getting judged as soon as you walk in the door. Walked out on the used car lot and gave the guy our price range and was told that they dont have any sedans in our price range when lo and behold on our way to walk around the building the car we were looking for in our price range was there. I will not recommend this lot to anyone as it doesnt seem like they are motivated to sell their cars.

The service staff are excellent. So overall I have no qualms with the people there. As for the brand as a whole, thats a different story. Ive been there 3 times in a month for check engine/quality issues. Unfortunately, I was warned about JLR reliability, but was lured in by the Jaguar brand and styling.

I had actually been holding off purchasing a car because I hate the process, but if I would have known how wonderful The Kempthorn Family of Dealerships was I wouldn’t have waited so long. My salesperson Jim Marks was very helpful, and not pushy, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle! The manager and the finance person both were easy to deal with, not pushy, and made the experience of buying a new car wonderful.
