OK. So buying a car can both be tremendously stressful and quite joyous. I am sure you remember the pain of negotiating which was immediately followed by the excitement of driving off the lot. At Legacy Motors, only the latter actually happened. I found these folks to be honorable, sincere, concerned and only too happy to assist. The word in the company name ‘Legacy” perfectly describes what they do. They sell only the highest quality pre-owned vehicles they can find. I wanted a Mercedes E class but I could most certainly not afford a new one. So when I found a 2011 E350 on their web site I immediately locked the car in. It took me a bit of time to gather up a complete down payment and they worked with me by taking the for sale sign off the car and they held it for me so that I could get my funds together. There was another complication with the finance company on the day I went to pick up the car. The folks at Legacy worked through the issue with me and I was able to drive to car off the lot.These are very good people with really great cars. They treated me exceptionally well and I am certain they would do the same for you.

Bought my car here a couple of weeks ago. The car was great quality and very low miles. Price that was on car is the price they charged. No halleging over price. I picked out the car I wanted to test drive and they just told me to take it out, take it my mechanic and bring it back when I was done. Everything was really easy. I will definitely go back when it is time for my next car.

Great place. Love the fact that this is an indoor facility. You can check out cars in any weather. They have a wide variety of pre-owned cars. From daily drivers to high end luxury vehicles. The one thing that really spoke to me was their up front way of doing business. They have a free Carfax for every vehicle. If you go to the dealership there is one printed out on the dashboard of every car, or you can view it online for free. My salesperson Kyle was very personable, answered every question he could. What he couldnt answer, was answered by the sales manager.(Sorry I forgot his name). I never felt the same high pressure you get at a lot of used car dealers. Very impressed! I will be returning in a few days to decide on the vehicle I was thinking about, or checking out something else.One small critique is that they need to update the website on their inventory. They have many more cars at the dealership than they listed online.

The building is nice and thr cars are kept inside which is a plus. But if u going there to test drive be a cat or 2 be ready to have ur credit pulled before you can. They want you pee approved by them before they let some cars can be test drived. Overall nice place but if ur just looking around for a car thats right for you in couldnt really recommend this place.

For the 2nd time in less than 10 years, I decided to purchase a vehicle out of the state I reside in and my experience turned out to be great again. I saw the SUV I wanted on Legacy Motors website and was able to close the deal over the phone with ease. I encountered a few issues after the SUV was delivered, but Joseph and Veronica assisted with getting everything squared away quickly. They were definitely a pleasure to work with and I appreciated the time/effort they put in throughout the whole process.

I purchased a 2008 Mars Red Mercedes SL550 March of 2019. Nice looking car but had some issues including batteries that would not hold a charge. I traveled 2.5 hours from Pittsburgh to purchase this beauty so it was a major inconvenience to have it towed back to Legacy Motors to have the electrical issue fixed. I took SL to my local Mercedes dealership to fix the issues. John the owner at Legacy agreed to handle the entire repair bill without any hassles at all. The car was missing an owners manual and they sent a complete manual to me right away. Excellent dealership that stands behind what they sell. I would purchase again from them!

Looking for a used luxury car that has depreciated 75% in 10 years? This is the place to go. They should charge admission because its like visiting a car museum. Theres no pressure to buy and the sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. I visit monthly just to see what they have in stock. Right now its springtime and many convertibles including jaguars are there to visit.....Willpower keeps me from taking home another toy.😉

Purchased a car from them a few weeks ago. A day after driving it, I noticed a bit of curb rash on the front right wheel. The owner immediately took care of it and flushed the fluids for free. After the sale was complete. They stand by their cars.

Its too bad that John Czoper didnt instill his ability to treat people and to do whatever it takes to get a customer into a car without feeling sold. The oh well attitude we experienced isnt what John would have tolerated.RIP John.

Car we purchased had a bad rear view mirror and a broken fog lamp. They agreed to replace. Has been 6 weeks. 1st repair date was 3 weeks after they agreed to replace. Wrong parts were ordered. Now another 3 weeks no word from them. I call them, had trouble finding mirror. I called mazda got a part number. Located 1 within 10 minutes off my call with Legacy. Lets say we have issues with their service. Is its because we didnt buy a BMW or Mercedes... weak!!!

Bought a car here. They have really nice luxury cars. Disappointed that they took the floor mats out and the wind screen was missing. The case was in the trunk for the wind screen.

I bought my hyandai sonta from Legacy. Anthony Fondas took great care of me. Didnt have much of a wait to get my loan approved. Over great experience.

Bought a car, 3 days later check engine light came on. Legecy sent us to Kens Automotive. Diagnosis was bad catalytic converter. Advised by Legecy that they would get back to us on repairs. They never did, car now has had $1200 in repairs because it quit running. Still not completely fixed. Wouldnt buy another vehicle there on a bet and will let everyone I know about it

The car I purchased was a costly mistake...4 dry rotted tires(in which 2 were replaced by dealer) leaking around the transmission pan...rear control arm bent ..plus 4 wheel alignment twice..had only 1 key for 2 months dealer did get me another key after much debate I would not recommend this place to no one.
