OOoOO, this plant shop is SO COOL. Pretty overpriced for the accessories - $75 for a plant pot is pretty steep, even if it is an ultra-cool, super-tantalizing clay pot in the shape of a FACE. And the plants themselves are not hard to find at garden shops. But the aesthetic is BLISS. Lots of little treasures tucked everywhere for reasonable prices - go look at the wall of vintage-style matchboxes.Also, many of the purchases are donations to local charities and non-profits, so thats a feel-good reason to buy stuff here. Plus shopping local is always a good deed. And the staff here were helpful, warm, knowledgeable about their stock, and very personable.

In planning our wedding, my fiancé and I wanted to go with a florist who had the ability to create artistic, unique, and romantic floral arrangements to match the natural beauty of our outdoor venue. I went on google and started searching florists in Akron. Leaf’s website caught my eye. Immediately I noticed that it wasn’t your average florist. Their stylish vision was evident in my first few clicks on their website. My fiancé and I set up a meeting with Matthew. After sending him photos of bouquet I was drawn to, we met for a brief sit down conversation with him. It wasn’t long before he was showing us flower options and explaining what would be in season and grown at their farm. We left the shop that day excited; we knew we could trust him, and what he would create for us. We were proud to be supporting a local business. Fast forward to our wedding day. I stopped by the florist to pick up my bouquet and boutonnières for my fiancé and Dad. One look at my bouquet and I gasped. It was exquisite! Absolutely a breathtaking work of art. I cannot say enough about the different flowers, textures, colors and greenery he used. It felt one of a kind. And the boutonnières, although similar to my bouquet in style and concept, were original and simple pieces of floral art in and of themselves. I’d recommend Matthew and the other florists at Leaf for any of your floral needs!

Matthew was super informative and helpful when I was trying to find low-light-tolerant plants for my apartment 😁They also have some decor and miscellaneous items throughout the shop.Overall, very nice 👌This is the place to go in Akron if youre looking for something unique and different for your plant collection / home.

Im in Florida, & ordered flowers for my boss to be delivered to the parents of a colleague in Akron for the holidays. I ordered from Leaf on the recommendation of a friend, and due to the shops great online reviews.The staff took the time to listen to the particulars of my request. We reviewed the arrangements on their website together, and came up with a plan for a Designers Choice arrangement with a few suggestions. The care and expertise was readily apparent during the conversation. The flowers were delivered on time, and the recipient was thrilled.There is always a concern when ordering online & not knowing who to trust to create a suitable arrangement. Leaf did a great job with the order, even given the rush of the holidays and working during a global pandemic. You can rely on them to do a great job with your floral order.

Got two beautiful plants, good instructions, beautifully decorated store. Thought it was strange no one greeted us or acknowledged us til we were at the register.

Very cool little shop over in the West Hill/Highland Square area. They have quite a display set up for Christmas with large for trees decorated with ornaments for purchase. There is no shortage of things to purchase from fair trade items, candles made by hand upstairs, floral arrangements also put together onsite, and other trinkets that meet just about every fancy. Very nice little shop!

This place is so beautiful inside...they really take care of there plant...nice staff that really know about what they sell...I would give them a ten...cant wait to go back...

I had ordered an arrangement by phone for a wake. I paid 75.00 dollars plus tax, and 12.00 for delivery, for a total of 92.00 and some change. I must say, for the money, I was very disappointed with the size of the arrangement. The flowers were nice, but for the money, I expected a much larger bouquet of flowers for what I paid.

I found out that a friends father passed and I googled local florists. It was 6:30p on a Tuesday night and Leaf was the only one open. I knew my ask of a delivery the following morning/afternoon was an inconvenience but I explained the urgency. The associate was so helpful in answering all of my questions and I had no option but to trust her to put together a nice arrangement and gift. I received pictures from my friend this morning once the delivery was made and it was beautiful! It was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I will definitely be using Leaf again for future needs. I cant thank them enough for making me feel like a priority and taking excellent care of me today!

I was not at all impressed with the flower arrangement that was sent to my aunts funeral. Mine looked like the droopiest flowers there and she was very special to me. The arrangement looked nothing like the beautiful one I picked out in the display case in person. It was messy and disorganized and I was a bit embarrassed. The big flower looked about dead and many flowers werent open. Its really depressing to send about half dead flowers to a funeral. I always try to buy local and avoid the middleman but this was a mistake this time.

These guys went above and beyond what I had expected to help me bring a vision to life. Their flowers and arrangements are always beautiful- and they will go the extra step to make things exactly how you want! The store is the best place to buy gifts in Akron. All around awesome experience!

I love Leaf! This has been my go-to for gifts for years. I am able to tell them how much I want to spend on a bouquet, and they create something so beautiful within my budget.Leaf is also doing all of our wedding florals for our June wedding. Matthew is so incredibly knowledgeable about what will be in season at the time, what will look best paired together, and even what will flowers will smell the best. This shop is really unique and cool, you can get gorgeous floral arrangements, pretty potted plants, cool plant hangers, matchboxes, cards, succulents, vases, the list goes on. These are NOT grocery store quality flowers, they are much nicer, the arrangements demonstrate artistic passion for the profession. My husband purchased a beautiful arrangement and vase for our wedding anniversary, these are the kinds of flowers I would chose for myself! Truly spectacular. The card he got me was quirky and adorable. The flower arrangement was made on Tuesday, I took the photo today (Thursday) so take that into consideration as well.

I love this shop!!! Not your average floral shop. Yes they have beautiful floral arrangements and fresh flowers to choose from to make your own. They also have a diverse collection of indoor plants and succulents. Special gifts can also be found mingling with the flowers and plants including jewelry, soaps, chocolates, vases, figurines, many of these by local artisans. The owners, who are amazing, also hold many special events throughout the year including outdoor markets, how to make and takes and seasonal events (the Holiday Open House is a magical wonderland). Matthew did a phenomenal job helping in a stressful last minute situation. My friend wanted to find gardenias for his moms funeral service, as it was her favorite flower. Being fall in Ohio, gardenia blooms are extremely difficult to come by, especially within the few days one finds themselves making arrangements for a loved one. Matthew was extremely thoughtful and accommodating, sharing flowers from his personal house. How blessed to find someone willing to go the extra mile for another person!! The nosegay was beautiful and my friend felt happy sending his mom off with her favorite bloom. This was a kindness you dont find anymore, and we all appreciate it! He was personable & respectful of our budget which my fiancé & I very much appreciated. We didn’t even have to discuss it or look into other options, we signed the contract on the spot. My daughter always raved at the look of the store from the outside and today finally was able to stop in. It was breathtaking on the inside and the staff was so kind. Living out of town, I have tried several 1-800 type companies for flower delivery to my family in Ohio and decided to go straight to the source with Every Blooming Thing. You will NOT be disappointed! They are simply the best flowers I have ever seen, very high quality and just gorgeous. Kelly went above and beyond to help with my orders., she truly goes the extra mile! You wont be disappointed.

I ordered an arrangement from this place for my mother who was finally able to come home from knee replacement on her 73rd birthday. I had used this florist before (every blooming thing) but it was obviously under new management because the person who answered the phone lacked personality, and it was not the pleasurable experience I had previously. Well there are no flowers at my mothers residence or front desk of her retirement community which is staffed. And after a $12 delivery fee I would think that I would receive some type of notification at the very least a voice mail. Wrong. Do yourself a favor if it’s an important occasion find a florist who is competent in handling your business. This is not such a florist.

Been using this florist since 2003...they have the biggest, brightest, boldest and most beautiful flowers! Very unique and artistic with their arrangements compared to other florists! If Im not buying roses I just tell them to make up whatever arrangement and I have never been disappointed!

Came to EBT after seeing the unique & absolutely gorgeous flower arrangement my son got here for his wife. I needed flowers for a dinner party. The staff seemed to read my mind and came up with the perfect, funky and beautiful arrangement for the price I could afford. This is not your run of the mill flower shop. The owners are flower artists!

This place is really fun. It’s first and foremost a florist (they do beautiful arrangements) but they also sell houseplants (healthier than most garden centres I’ve seen but the prices are still reasonable) and a variety of cool and interesting decorations for the home and garden. I only recently discovered them but I’ve been back a few times already.

Thus a really cool little shop. A lot of really cool plants, but also a lot of cool this and that kind of home decor stuff. Its all pretty reasonably priced and the guy working that day was really friendly and informative about the plants I was looking at. Ill definitely be back.

Every time I purchase a flower arrangement from EBT, I know that it is going to be beautiful & unexpected. Their arrangements have a unique look to them that really makes them stand out. When my father was in his final days this past February, I asked him what kind of flowers I could get mom from him for Valentines Day. He said pink with red tips. No big deal right? But 10 calls later to numerous florists, I was in a panic trying to fulfill his final wish. Every Blooming Thing had exactly what he wanted and when I told them on the phone how special it had to be, they made an arrangement that exceeded my fathers hope for which I am forever grateful. My mother has all the roses dried and in her kitchen and they made their final Valentines day together so special.

I always try to support local businesses, and I had recently heard about this shop and their unique selection of houseplants, flowers, and decor. It was on my list of things to check out because again, i’d love to give my money to a local place rather than a big box store, even if it’s slightly more expensive. Anyway, I just received a floral arrangement from here for my birthday and... i’m sad to say it has deterred me from ever setting foot there. Talk about a disappointment. Almost every single flower had browned edges / internal petals. I had been out of town and received this as a gift, and I honestly thought it had been delivered a week ago. It made me so angry that someone I love paid money for it. Save your money. Go to acme and get a $10 bouquet. The ones I see there look MUCH better than this ...

Every blooming thing did my floral arrangements for my wedding two weeks ago and while the quality of the florals was wonderful and what I did get was beautiful, I can’t give a perfect review. Many details discussed during our meeting we’re not carried out as planned. My cake was not decorated at all and my guests had to pull flowers from other arrangements to make it work. We had also discussed additional greenery and spray roses throughout my venue and that did not happen either. Sadly, as my day got closer and closer the communication broke down more and more. It took many attempts for me to get ahold of my floral designer and I still have yet to receive a final invoice detailing everything I ordered despite requesting it twice. I was refunded for the lack of cake flowers and the other missing greenery which helps but I am still disappointed that the vision I had for my wedding florals was not executed. Quality florals and talented designers, but poor communication near the end when it matters most for a bride.

I was in a jam and needed a very quick turn around on some flowers. (less than a few hours) EBT was able to get my flowers ready and they looked great!

I ordered an item that was listed on their website only to find out afterwards that it was not available. Though I was notified of this on the same day, I did not receive a response to my request for an alternative until three days later, the day of the calling-hours these were to be sent to. Furthermore, the accusatory tone of the response made it seemed like it was my fault that I was in this predicament rather theirs. Common sense tells me it should be standard business practice to only advertise items that are available.
