Terrible place, went for the first time today. Bought two disposables opened one and hit it, tasted burnt but as I hit a couple more times it got better. Died as I pulled in my driveway 20 mins away. Called and asked for an exchange he said no, asked for a refund he said no. Opened the 2nd one and it only lasted two hours. Every other disposable I’ve ever gotten has lasted me 3-5 days. This place is just sad.

Im mostly a DIY guy, but this store is my go-to when Im not in the mood to pretend Im a chemist. I havent bough any of their hardware, but it looks like a nice assortment of recognizable brands, displayed professionally in display cases. Their e-juice is mixed in house and has good flavor. With the recent mail ban on vape products, they might be seeing more of me in the near future.

Hands down the absolute best vape shop around. Not only is the juice selection enormous, but its made in house so it will always be fresh. Also the staff are some of the greatest people Ive ever met.

This use to be my go to spot returned after years not coming in and the lady working didnt feel inviting and made me not want a not to buy anything

Rushed around the store by a older woman who was rude and not very knowledgeable on products sold. Weak selection of overpriced house juice. No salt nic juices sold here.

Staff was great... oil is super harsh though... king of vapors has smoother oils that wont choke you when you hit them and leave a nasty raspy scratch in your throat!!

Horrible...the older lady running the store did not know what a vape pen was...maybe she should have better training...there was hardly any merchandise...never again

Went in for an alternative to smoking and I had never vaped before so of course i had lots of questions, the woman behind the counter acted annoyed that she had to help me. I almost walked out and went somewhere else but i really wanted to quit smoking. The kit i bought kinda sucks and really doesnt stay charged for long. And i cant get any smoke from it. I will be purchasing a higher quality starter kit soon. Wont return due to bad customer service.

Great store! Chris and Kelly are excellent people! They will do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied. Can try all the flavors before you buy and are totally knowledgeable with all of the different products they carry. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I cant pretend that it didnt affect me a certain kind of way when the first time I called to ask about refillable 1ml tanks that were traditionally used for CBD e-liquid and was greeted by a very upset and angry sounding woman who in great offense said that they did not sell marijuana products because that was illegal instead of answering my question.So, extremely hesitant to go here in person, I instead opted to call again a few days later hoping to get another clerk who might be more amenable to my question and give me an actual answer to my questions, only to be told some glaringly obviously incorrect information by this poor, overworked dude who was inconvenienced by me.I finally made my way over today and bought a tank that Im not sure is what I need, but it was cheap, & buying it was fast and easy. Let us pray that my search for refillable tanks that allow for auto draw isnt in vain.

My experience here was wonderful the sweet older lady that works there was so sweet and patient with myself and my cousin as we tried all the flavors!! We made purchases and are very pleased with them!!

I’m not sure where all these people got their gear from, but I wish I could say I shared the same experience. Being from the Hill I love to keep my money local, but this place will never see another dime from me. Every single bottle of juice I bought was garbage. I haven’t been to a store yet that was this bad. None of the flavors actually matched what their names was supposed to be except one. Maybe I should have done a test run. The kid working was actually cool though, kind of non commital, unengaged, like it was a problem to answer my question about his liquid, and now I see why. At least I only spent $20 bucks in there. I’ll find someone to give the juice to, and never set foot in there again. It’s too bad too, me and my fiancé both spend a lot of money on it

It must be because Im a female but if I ask somebody who works at a vape shop for mesh coils you should probably actually give them mesh coils so now because I didnt look before I left which is my fault for trusting that a vape shop employee would know what I asked for I am now out $15. And due to their no return policy I now have to go elsewhere and get actual mesh coils.

Out of 200 eliquids, which are all house blend, no premiums. Even tho they charge pretty much just as much. The dude behind the counter could only reccomend one flavor, and it was terrible. Lol I should have went somewhere else.

I switched to an e-cig a year ago. I originally purchased my dragon king supplies from a local store who purchased from legend vapor until they stopped carrying dragon supplies. My favorite vape shop. I wish they had one in Cleveland! They are the only shop I can find that carries 70/30 eliquid. The other shops have 80/20 and thicker. They burn my coils in 1 day. The flavor of the juice they make is amazing and the prices are reasonable.

They wasted no money decorating the store but put allot into a quality product. The couple who own the store are very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs e-cigarette supplies.

Super clean, I didnt feel like I was in a hippie head shop (no offense but not my style), hundreds of e-juices to choose from, for my first experience EVER in a Vape shop, this set the bar super high. Tammy was BEYOND helpful with all of my questions/concerns and didnt just try to sell me something super expensive that I did not need. She knew exactly what I needed. For being such a reasonable price I thought their in-house e juices tasted pretty damn good. I will definitely be returning for all my future vaping needs. Thanks Tammy you were so good to me!

There is a lot of different juices. They are nice most of the time but some employees are not as educated as they should be.

Ill give them 2 stars because the staff is friendly, The main problem is they only carry house juice! Craft Ejuice for example One Hit Wonder, Element Eliquid, Philip Rocke and many more would bring this store so much business the rda selection is pretty bland as well but thats not a huge problem, people want good ejuice they dont want just house juice! Read this review stock some craft eliquid brands and watch your sales blow UP!!!!!!!!!!!
