Great place to come for a cigar. Small but very diverse walk-in humidor. Very helpful and friendly bartenders. Owner is great. Plenty of seating area. Bar aide seating for the public, but the rest is private to paying members. You can always count on a good friendly crowd being there

First time here. The owner is super cool. The humidor is amazing, a very good selection. Bar was sufficiently stocked. Downside is that the space is carpeted, so it smells. Ive never seen a cigar lounge with carpet. Also, some of the lounge chairs have seen better days. Probably wont return, but if you live in the area swing by on Friday evening!

Awesome place. Great cigar and bourbon selection. The staff is incredible, friendly, and the members treat you like a longtime friend from day one. Easily the best lounge in northeast Ohio. Highly recommended.

I’m new to the Cigar scene. I’ve had one one cigar to myself in my life at my sisters wedding. Since then, I’ve came into this house lace twice. Both time I told them I had no idea what I was doing, and both times the person came from behind the counter, walked me to the display areas, and showed me the ropes. I recently got a monte cristo Epic Churchill, and man was it amazing. They are very polite, and the inside is one of the classiest places you will ever be in. I was invited to stay and smoke, but being new, I wasn’t sure of the proper etiquette quite yet, so I declined, however I know if I chose to stay I would have been welcomed and taken care of. Before I left, the employee even got out a new cigar, just to show me how to properly cut it. He didn’t just tell me, he actually cut a fresh cigar. I can’t remember the last time I was treated with such kindness and manners. I felt like a King walking out of there. As if I was someone important. I definitely intend to return and learn all the extras that are there. They have rooms with huge leather couches and so many flat screens you would think your in a high end furniture and electronics store that is solely providing the ultimate man cave experience. It’s all perfect. They have a bar there too, as well as a billiards (pool) table. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m able to treat myself to something nice.

Very reasonably priced membership but not required because the owner Doug is a cool dude with a great business idea in a time where all to often its Thank you for buying something, theres the door. He does a great job explaining it so Ill let him do it.My wife and I met some nice folks, some with Dougs introduction, right away!. We felt comfortable immediately because the accommodations are clean, and well taken care of. And the ventilation system is top notch! We even met a couple to party and trade favorite cigars with.Cigar selection is good with everything from tins to top of the line sticks along with quality accessories. Events and Holiday parties along with an expanding facility makes this a great place for even newer/casual smokers like us to make time in our busy schedule to visit.Way to go Doug and crew! Were very happy to be on board:) very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

Great selection of cigar, a bar to wet your pallet, and enough tvs to watch every channel on tv at one time.Becoming a member is like becoming a VIP. Between the discounts, private humidor locker, private rooms, and the massage chairs and golf simulation, you won’t regret it.Don’t want to be a member? That’s ok too. The “non-member” section is just as luxurious. Enough leather chairs for you and your friends and a huge projection tv to watch whatever current game is on.The owner and bar tenders make rounds and makes sure you have everything you need.If you are looking for a place to grab a few sticks then definitely check it out. Have a few minutes to relax and enjoy it to the full extent.

This place is a hidden gem! If you are like me Ive driven past this place for years. Inside it has an awesome comfy vibe, lots of leather chairs and a great bar. There is always some kind of food but you can also bring your own. Memberships give you a locker and 24 hour access to the property. Its unique and very cool. Stop on in!

Doug is super friendly. Lucy Lou his golden doodle is the best of girls. Great selection of cigars and alcohol. Clean and well ventilated.

We stopped by this weekend and as it rained all day and we could not golf so we found this cigar place and boy did it blow our minds. Doug green(owner) is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet and he really took care of us as soon as we walked thru the door. If you need to know anything about a cigar, a bourbon Just go to his place and stop in. He is customer oriented and takes care of his customers really well. We are from the Pittsburgh area and it was the 1st time we were all there and he treated us like family. We go to the Akron Canton area every year for a golf outing and we will definitely be stopping in to his place when we get back

First off, beautiful place... great atmosphere... very comfortable... BUT... everything is overpriced!!! Cigars are, at minimum, $2 more per stick across the board... great selection of whiskey/bourbon/scotch... but, again, way overpriced... recently bought three cigars and all three were dry as a bone... almost couldn’t smoke them... wrapper cracked when removed label on all three... fell apart as they burned... awful quality... their humidor definitely needs more attention... personally, I’ll be buying my cigars elsewhere from now on...

Great place, I was unaware of the cigar shop hours one day and got there as owner was leaving, he turned around and opened up the shop to let me look and buy. I have been back since then and all the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of cigars and there prices are fair and there cigars are fresh. If your in the area you have to check them out.

Really enjoyed the afternoon I spent at this hidden gem. The two staff members I spoke with made me feel welcome. I am new to cigars and just starting to learn, so I appreciate the freedom to explore the wonderful walk in humidor without being questioned and pressed for what I was looking for. The atmosphere was really comfortable and appealing. And they have a nice selection of spirits you dont see everywhere.

The whole experience there is fantastic! They walk you through step by step in the membership and make it very personalized. They have an array of drinks and offer to order it if they dont already stock it. The entire atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Im extremely impressed!

Stopped in looking for a cigar I had at my bachelor party. They didn’t have it, apologized, helped me find three new cigars, and gave me a discount for not having what I was looking for. Amazing place!

With everything going on right now. Went and sat in the car waited. One of the workers came out and ask if we like to get a cigar. Really friendly. Gave me some great cigars to try. Been a cigar person for a good year now. And really enjoyed coming here. Hopefully when everything is open back up. I will for sure be visiting and sitting in the place to enjoy some cigars with others.

As you walk into this cigar lounge you would think it’s a bar/club house.Once you find the humidor yourself, you’re welcomed by that sweet rolled leaf. Great selection. Nice staff when checking out!

This place is absolutely incredible. Full size humidor with a huge selection. Very comfortable seating with multiple TV screens and even a projector. This is the only place around to kick back and enjoy a high quality cigar in a very cool atmosphere.

Place looks a little sketch from the outside, but the inside is nice. They have a really good selection of cigars and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The cigars have a slight mark-up, but overall its a great place to go. Id like to go back and actually smoke in the lounge one of these days

The place was super classy. Beautifully decorated and the selection between cigars and liquors was great. I think the service could have been a touch friendlier and a little more helpful. But other than that, top notch place!

Great place for socializing over a good cigar and beverage. Owner Doug is seriously expanding on the cigar bar concept with current renovations to add space, including meeting and event rooms, and features such as at least 15 or so big- screen tvs, multiple HD projectors, a high-end golf simulator, pool and game tables, and more ideas in planning. Plush sofas and comfortable easy chairs give the place a real lodge look and feel, making it very easy to spend an hour or three here and difficult sometimes to get up and go. The helpful and friendly staff, along with a growing, diverse membership base and loyal clientele, should help to make Cigar Lodge a successful and popular feature of the Portage Lakes area.

Owner immediately welcomed us in and showed us around, was extremely kind and accommodating, great selection of cigars and whiskey, very nice humidor, the atmosphere is extremely relaxing and he has great things in store including a new golf simulator which I will definitely be using in the future. Excellent lounge. I have been smoking cigars for several years on a regular basis and have smoked in lounges all over the US. The Cigar Lodge rivals and often surpasses the experience at lounges in much bigger cities. Doug provides excellent customer service, going the extra mile to make sure your experience is good. The selection in the humidor has grown over the past couple of years to satisfy every smoker. I tend to lean toward small batch cigars and was pleased to find out they have added a few boutique labels. I anticipate that this segment of their inventory will only grow. If I ever find myself moving back to the Akron, Ill definitely become a locker member. Great place for a game or a relaxed evening.

This place is awesome. Watched the Tribe game there and they really went all out for the game. Homemade food, pizza, drinks and the best cigar humidor around!I became a member immediately and cant wait to watch the world series there!Keep up the great work.

Great place and atmosphere! I dropped in on my way home from work and talked to the owner who seems very excited and is very proud of what hes put together, as well he should be. Cigars, billiards, euchre, football, and golf are his passions and thats what hes built this place around. Ive been going for a cool place to relax with a cigar and Im excited Ive just found the place a few minutes from home! Also, here got his liquor license!!! Atmosphere complete! Go check it out!

Being new to the hobby of cigars, I was a little nervous of walking into a cigar lounge without bearing any knowledge of cigars. Immediately, I was welcomed into the store by the owner Doug. I was given the tour of the lounge. It consists of exquisite leather recliners, projector screen TVs, a fully loaded bar, and a walk in Humididor with more options for cigars than one can desire. The Cigar Lodge is the place to Kick back, light up a cigar, and take a minute to relax.

Drove by randomly and saw this place. Stopped in and wow!!!! What a place to sit back, relax, and have a nice cigar. Full bar, golf simulator, TVs galore. Excellent cigar selection. Private humidors/membership available.

Unless you buy a monthly locker you can’t access most of this lounge. The public can only sit in one place. If you plan on becoming a member then definitely check it out but for the casual smoker like myself not worth it.
