This place was slightly hard to locate because it is at the back of the building and is almost the last office/suite back there. They offer several courses (ex. First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease,Child Abuse and Neglect, etc.) and the class size is pretty small with less than 20 people. The course I took (Child Abuse) went by pretty fast and ended earlier than expected which was great. The instructor, Jerrie, was very personable and knowledgeable. I plan to take more courses here.

My experience with this training facility was: a medic 48 hr refresher: They had poor communication and updates. They dont always hold the course and it cancels. I was always having to call because I drove there from the Cleveland area once and was locked out wondering what happened. There are multiple phone numbers but no one answers all of the time. When class did go forward it could be moved with little notice or at least this was not communicated to me. Today I found out from another student that class was going to move to another location and she told me this was going to happen tomorrow. Had the student not been somehow knowing to alert me to this I would have driven to the classroom and been locked out again I suppose. I attempted to communicate my frustration to the director Nancy and she came into the classroom and verbally accosted me in front of the entire class of students.
