I don’t normally leave bad ratings but this one was justified. Was gonna buy something for son’s birthday but extremely rude lady yelled at me for taking a picture and told me to delete. Just wanted to share ideas with my wife. Immediately walked out NEVER to return. There ARE better ways to deal with customers, especially the one’s with cash in pocket ready to spend. She couldve been more helpful and asked if I was interested in any of the items. So Rude!!!! Oh well. There are other sports stores.

Really like this mall just wish there was more stores

Depressing and sad to even shop here anymore. Was hoping it could be saved, but every time I go it seems even more stores are closed and gone. Miss years ago when it was the place to be lol.

Love this mall, but the new owner is just letting go down hill for the tax write off. We need to change alot of laws!!!

Not as many stores as there used to be but a great place to take the kids if youre bored. A play place for smaller children and of course theres a Party City and theres arcade games and a carousel for the kids. A few pretty darn good restaurants to choose from.

This mail is far past its prime. However, its quiet and uncrowded.

I used to shop there a lot but they need to do something with that mall so that people will come back and Shop there before it gets closed down so if you have something that you can shop there for go there so it dont get shutdown thats what I do but I dont shop there as much as I used to cuz I live closer to Summit Mall now

Very sad 😞 Al lot of shops/stores are gone! Chapel Hill Mall is not the same no more. I hope it makes a come back soon.
