Took 19 days to get my glasses. Website no help. Chat is a robot. Couldnt use virtual try on. They need to update their website everyday. The only thing good was the sales lady. She was very nice but they didnt check in my glasses so never got a call that they were ready.

Love this place everyone is friendly they go out of their way to help you . My go to place for glasses very quick in getting the glasses which is a big plus . Thank you Alecia in helping me with the best plan since not having vision insurance. Appreciated it . Will definitely recommend. Summit Mall location .

What an amazing staff. I never do google reviews but I felt impelled to. I can’t begin to explain how patient and fun the staff is and I need to give a big thank you to Dr. Griffin. She was sweet and attentive, I don’t want to be too over dramatic but I can’t remember the last time I was able to see this well from my contacts. She made sure I was comfortable with my vision and if there were any grey areas she should know about. Which is what you expect from a doctor but she took that extra step to ask instead of telling me what I should be seeing which makes a big difference. Thank you Dr. Griffin and the wonderful staff of women that were helping me with my glasses and making me laugh in the process. It’s safe to say after 18 years of wearing glasses and contacts that I found my permanent vision center. If you are looking for a new place, this is it. Go check them out!

Second year in a row of using this facility. It was a different doctor this year, but we have liked both a lot. Todays visit for my daughter was nice. The doctor was very patient to get her just the right script. Not many people are so patient and careful. Also, they do not pressure you if you dont wish to buy glasses right at the moment you get the script done. They also dont pressure you for additional services like some other chains do. I appreciate this greatly.

I have only purchased glasses at Visionworks.The customer service is phenomenal, the staff are professional, and honest. Great selection of glasses and sunglasses. Best in the area in my opinion. Mary C. took such great care of me today!

I would appreciate a more accurate estimate of the processing time for glasses arrival. This would eliminate making unnecessary pickup arrangements that are not even valid. It would also eliminate the unnecessary guessing.

The agent was hostile, verbally aggressive and lying. I would never come back again.

Great service and selection of both contacts and glasses. Also there is a variety of times for appointments that fit into the busiest of schedules. I plan on coming back next time I need contacts.

I got glasses here about 4 years ago. The frames finally broke. I went in and spoke to Judy Blashak, a service rep there. They couldnt fix the frames, but she sold me a new pair of frames for way less than a new pair of glasses, and gave me a nice discount. She installed my old lenses in the new frames and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!

I was blind sided with an outstanding balance of 129.00 because of Vision works staff not doing their job right. if I could give no stars I would. the employee Michelle had the nerve to giggle over the phone stating that she couldnt do anything. Avoid the Avenues Mall VisionWorks!

Went in on a Saturday around 2:30 pm, Charles was able to verify our insurance just fine. He was friendly, patient and thorough. Slight mistake with our glasses. They switch my daughters and mine lenses. At first, the lady checking us out said well, can she see out of them? Of course she can see, my glasses are for distance. I wont be able to see with hers since hers are for reading???!!!!!Charles came back from break and took care of everything. I heard about three apologies, and they actually thanked me for letting them fix their mistake.My kind of place, friendly, thorough and even if there is a mistake, apologize and fix it right away.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. I relocated to the area and was seeking a new office and this place was convenient to my office. They prescribed me the wrong contacts to the point they were painful to wear. I called the next business day and they told me to come in and they would correct it. I arrived around 11 and was told there was no doctor so id need to come back after 2pm. I set an appt at 2pm and arrived 15 mins early. The doctor did not arrive until after 1230 and I still waited to be seen. I will never return to this office or make any purchases from this establishment. Very unprofessional and uneducated staff
