I like dollar tree... But, this one never has enough help and the shelves are a mess

The store is Filthy and disgusting. This has been going on for a long time. Shelves are bare. I wont come back to this one.If I could give it a rating of 0I would.

After they lost their manager Michelle the store is an embarrassment to the community. Its trashy, things are all over the floors and it seems like no one there wants to work. An older lady who was a cashier tonight gave my autistic son a dirty look because he was having a hard time controlling his emotions. When I got to the register and put his toy down she scanned it and then held it infront of my non verbal child and said Im not giving it to you until you stop crying I snatched that toy from that old bag and handed it to my son. Shame on her

This is my favorite dollar tree store in the summit, stark area, I visit a couple times a month for various items, like: decor, cleaning and pet items, school, party, and craft supplies. Ive noticed they get more new items, than most others I visit and the store is much more organized as well. They generally stock the shelves on Friday afternoons. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking can sometimes be an annoyance, if the store is busy. It is easy to notice the shop in traffic and its located next to a Mexican style restaurant.

Always great to get stuff, but I do find a lot of their stuff triggers me to buy it, because its just a buck until 40 items later.... :)

Go to any other store than this one in the evening or on weekends. Today there was one cashier who was answering the phone, blowing up balloons, and the only checkout open. She was doing her best but by the time I left there were 27 people in line and no other employees in sight. I am not exaggerating, I was in line for 20 minutes and had time to count 27 customers.

The store sells everything for a dollar. Theres even a cooler with some food! Its amazetastic that everythings a buck! Being as how it was the day after Christmas, I was impressed with how tidy and clean the store was.

Go to the bathroom first before store. The bathroom nasty. Garbage can running over n paper towels all over floor. N been that way for several days.

Cheap clean nice woman and man working and keeping the customer safe and the employee are always smiling and talking a place you know that has what youre looking for are can help you find what youre looking 😂😂 cant beat the price just stop on in when youre close by its never a problem ☺️ someone will be there to greet you and help you with whatever you need.

Great place to get your cleaning products and personal high Jean but never get battery there not good to get for flashlight or radios.but you can get pretty much everything from food and birthday card for a dollar really good place to get your stuff on a limited budget

The employees are not enforcing the mandated mask policy in the store. I told 2 shoppers that they needed masks and gave them disposable ones. There were other customers in line, with masks on their foreheads, around the neck. No social distancing. Very dangerous!!!! Then the cashier in the next isle was using the f word loudly, talking with customers, whom he knew. Totally unsafe and unprofessional!!!!!!! Just ridiculous! From now on I will go elsewhere!!!

Very RUDE EMPLOYEES! Who are careless with the items you are purchasing!! I use to love coming into this specific Dollar Tree, and I will NOT BE BRINGING MY BUSINESS BACK NOW! Their Employees need to take a class about Manners, and Respect.. With the World already so crazy it only makes it worse to get treated poorly while trying to purchase a few items!!! What a bad experience!!! Worse Dollar Tree by far!!!!

This store is so awesome. I go in to this store every time saying im only getting a few things and seriously end up spending at times $100 or more there. Cause they have so many things I want and need. Every row I go down theres always something I want. I definitely give this store two thumbs up 👍👍

Found most of the things I needed. Lots of. Social Distancing.

Lots of different types of items sold here. Everything from kitchen goods to office supplies to party and gift decorations. They also have a large, constantly changing choice of hard-back and soft cover books, adult as well as childrens. Books are also only 1$ regardless of cover price! This store is well lit, with ample parking. There are several lanes, but Ive never seen more than 2 cashiers at a time, and its usually only one. Depending on the time of day you visit, you may have to wait in line 5 or more minutes. This place draws lots of customers because of variety and inexpensive pricing.

Prices are right not to mention you can find just about anything youre looking for

Dollar Tree on Waterloo Road the best place to shop and convenient location diagonally from marks and sits by mi casa Mexican restaurant which is another good place to eat at if you get hungry they have good service there the Dollar Tree is located off of Waterloo Road if you see her Papa Johns on the corner of Dollar Tree sits in the back of that dagley close to Mi Casa and just minutes away from Marcs supermarket they have a wide selection of household items household goods cooking Goods snacks juices and perfumes freezer foods from vegetables to meets the ice cream to press tools to keys to turkey bacon to milk 2 eggs all your home goods all in one and dental, deodorant, shampoo if you decorating for the holidays or have a birthday or you need any cards and stuff they have all the items you need if you going to a burial they have all the plastic flowers flags and things for military that you need just ask for Tracy on Michelle they will assist you all your home items thank you

Huge inventory of seasonal, receptions and birthday supplies.

This one I like personal it has more items to choose from. Friendly? yes, Clean? yes. Not to much waiting if your impatient.

I went and i found all i wanted, they have well organised shelves, they have good customer care, their items are quality and affordable prices, each item goes for $1 and some cents. Goods range from party items, school items, home care, hair care, baby care, body care, kitchen, laundry, name it.

Im able to buy just about everything I need.
