We have been ordering from Jade Dragon for probably 3-4 years, since we moved into Akron from another city. We order from this establishment about once every 2-3 months, and I can say this is the best Chinese takeout restaurant we have ever been to. The food is always fresh, large portions, and the sauce they use is the best tasting. Their egg rolls are always fried to perfection. The delivery drivers are always very personable and polite. We enjoy ordering here and will continue to do so!

I have tried several things from here, it’s absolutely the best food and customer service. I would like to tell you what I had that was the best but everything was delicious. They are prompt on getting the order ready, food is always hot and my order has never been wrong. Don’t even bother going anywhere else!

It was too good. They have old school chicken wings and fries. The fries look and tastes like potatoes that were never frozen. The General Tsos is unbelievable. This place might make me get fatter again or I will have run laps after I eat there.

Food is always fresh and hot even when its delivered. Fried chicken is always the best. Prices are good and the amount of food you get is great.

I tried to order food and the lady had me on speaker phone, The girl in the background would not shut up, after five times Ill tell the lady what I wanted on my food and in the middle of giving her my credit card information, the little broad in the background interrupted and wanted to check on the order finally screwing it up, if youre going to take an order take it off speaker phone, or theyre tell the people to talk at a low level so you can hear the order. Just lost a $30 order plus a $5 tip.

First time there and my general toso chicken taste like shrimp and scorched my fried rice was ok. The Orange chicken was just as worse

On aug 4, 2021 all the food I ordered was wonderful, positively excellent. And it was available. In like 15.minutes too.

They have very poor customer service, there front end employee was very rude. The employee was not wearing a mask despite signs all over the entrance of the store stating a mask requirement. The rest of the staff was wearing a mask.The food was pretty good and I do not mean to say anything bad about the rest of the staff. It was the employee who stood around doing nothing in the front area, the rest of the staff seemed nice enough.I will not be returning to this location and I suggest that you do not either.

Chicken was microwaved, or Atleast it’s what it seemed like. General tso’s chicken was mediocre at best, don’t order chicken from here if you want more than a microwaved meal

Ordered couple of times. One of the best and pretty authentic chinese cuisine. Liked the rice, meats and best was the vegetable soup which is now my new favorite.

Charges $4 for a 2-liter of soda, and doesnt even include it in the delivery. This is no where near the first time this restaurant has forgotten my beverage either. If theyre going to charge such an absurd price for the convenience of having a drink with your meal, they should make sure customers receive it.Dont waste your money here, they clearly dont care enough about their own business to make sure the correct items get given to DoorDash.

I ordered here for the first time tonight and was very pleased! This is my new favorite Chinese place! The bourbon chicken was literally the BEST I’ve ever had and I have tried it from pretty much every Chinese place that offers it. The sauce was just absolutely amazing and the chicken was great with little to no fat! I also got the lo main noodles and rice which was great as well! The portion sizes were very generous and they included all kinds of sauces soy, duck and mustard without even being asked to. Me and my fiancé were very pleased and will be ordering from here a lot more! Thanks for the great food and service!

Chinese food and the feeling at this location is great. Good place to relax and unwind. Looking forward to returning with my coworkers. It has an awesome feel to it. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.

So so, sauce not really cooked on my kung pow chicken, rice tasted stale, ate about 5 bits and threw it out.

I usually go here a lot and would normally give 5 stars. Today 7/16/2020, I ordered 2 chicken noodle soups and 3 orders ccx of chicken wings (which are 4 whole wings). After I get 35 minutes away to North Canton I open my chicken up to find 2 drumettes & 2 flats with the flippers attached in all 3 bags, thats 2 whole wings not 4 wings, and I was charged $13.50 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 very very unacceptable, I guess you dont value repeated business. Never again!

Our favorite when craving Chinese! The food is always great and the lady on the other end of the phone is always pleasant. Delivery usually always takes an hour but we know this and plan ahead. Ive never ordered takeout from a Chinese restaurant and had it delivered in less time.

First time order and was good. Over an hour for delivery but maybe due to being Sunday night and we live further away so cant complain about time since I was surprised they delivered to us so that is a bonus. We will definitely try them again.

General Tso chicken was very soggy like.. rice undercooked.. broccoli perfect! Would’ve gave 3 stars but the deception of a remake 👎🏾..

Dumplings were utterly disgusting. Greasy, thick dough that was still raw underneath (which is why you dont use thick dough on dumplings.) Asked for hot mustard- did not receive. Not sure how the rest of the food tastes, since the dumplings killed my appetite. Disappointing. I shouldve just gotten McDonalds. Wouldve been equally gross. Updated to add a couple stars, called and they were very nice about fixing the issue, plus everybody else seems to like theirs. Ill update after next order, maybe these were just a hiccup in normally good service.

Jade Dragon I think is the best Chinese place in Akron. As a college student, it is the Holy Trinity of college eating: Delicious food, large portions, and really reasonably priced. Jade Dragon does not disappoint! Their bourbon chicken is amazing and my boyfriend loves their orange chicken. 😊🙌

I got introduced to this restaurant yesterday at work and I just ordered it for dinner today!! The generals tofu is amazing! Best Ive ever had. I had to double check to be sure it wasnt really chicken. The portions are great and the fact they deliver so far from the restaurant is amazing! This will probably be my regular go-to Chinese restaurant, from now on.

I have been ordering from Jade Dragon quite often since the pandemic, and the delivery people always rang the doorbell and handed me my order, very friendly people.Today I placed an order and the delivery person took my order to my neighbors house, hung it on the door knob and left. Luckily my neighbor was home and she brought it to me.This must have been a new delivery person who cant read, because our house numbers are clearly marked.If this is the service that I will be receiving, I may have to switch to yet another Chinese restaurant.

This place used to be great, but over time service and food quality has been slipping. When my wife got food poisoning back in February should have been a sign but we could not specifically blame Jade dragon as we were not sure.Fast forward to today where we placed an order which they subsequently delivered incorrectly. We called to explain the missing and incorrect items and were first greeted by a young lady who was pleasant enough until we explained the issue... then she felt it necessary to repeatedly try to talk over me and just read what she thought the order should be and tell me I was wrong.After I told her that it was incorrect as we had the order pulled up on the online ordering system, Then a gentleman with a heavy Asian accent got on the phone and proceeded to refer to me as stupid because I just need to check the bottom of the box and that he knows that it was included and I am just trying to pull a fast one... sorry, my time is worth far more than a few bucks in food, I certainly would not waste it on the phone with a food outlet to get a few bucks in free food.Also one alarming thing is after going back and forth for a couple minutes, he made the statement that If you did not touch food, I will take.. but you pay for whatever you touch or eat Does this mean that they could potentially be re-serving food to others which were declined by other orders/deliveries? This could explain the Food poisoning mentioned above.I will be taking my business elsewhere, to establishments which value customer service and correcting mistakes rather than wasting time and ruining credibility as a reputable food service establishment.I hope whatever has changed over the last year changes back as this place I will never order from again at this point.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

I called in an order, asked for vegetable fried rice instead of pork fried rice, the lady on the phone said $2 more you want or no? I asked her to hold for a moment while I asked my mom (her food) the lady kept repeating you want or no, you want or no? I should have just said no and went somewhere else. But I ordered anyway (silly me). My honey walnut chicken wasnt bad, moms moo goo was barely edible, and its quite possibly the worst fried rice Ive ever had. The crab rangoon was pretty good, just not enough stuffing. I will not return.

I have been a loyal customer to Jade Dragon for a solid year now and I can tell you this place is great! Ive always had them deliver my food and not once have they made a mistake. Even if I make a special request, they always make sure my order is what I ordered! I think their food stands out with other Chinese places around the area because of good quality of food, generous portion and pretty quick to delivery, even on a Friday or Saturday night! Give this place a chance if you havent!

I ordered Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs Tips. I thought it goes with crispy noodle because the menu said so, but I had white rice instead. I called back to ask about the problem, they said my order would go with white rice, if I want crispy noodle, I should have added to my order. Then, I went back to the menu and selected the same order, but I did not see any places to add crispy noodle. I ordered this just for the noodle, if not I can just order plain ribs.
