Weve had metro a long time and decided to get Amazon prime, we couldnt get it to work for months and when we did we were told by Julia we would get a credit for the months we paid for the service. Of course when it comes time to pay the bill and get credit we get the run around. She tells me to pay another month you will see a credit on your app when you pay. Now we are to the next month still no credit. Quick to take money but cant get returned. Oh and if you need help you must go to the store where you signed up good thing I havent moved far. Service at metro in store and by phone could be far better.

I cant use my text messages without using an app and i cant use the internet without my phone freezing seriously ive never had issues anywnere else besides yall

I have been to a few phone companies and was given nothing but hell! But someone recommended that I come out to Metro by T-Mobile on 2839 East Waterloo Rd. in Akron Ohio and the customer service was so amazing and The manager Tarek Was absolutely amazing it’s been a very long time that I have been to a phone company and got this kind of Customer service! He was very nice very patient and gave us an awesome deal, very professional and clean location.

Walked in to switch our service to metro and had some issues porting the numbers and such but Courtney was such a big help. Applause to her for helping us through the whole thing and making it a smooth transaction. We love our new phones thank you so much and if we have any questions we will back to this location !

Switched over to metro.had to go back a couple days later Cruz my info didnt transfer over.Moe came thru for me and In a short time too..He knows his stuff.iIt really took the worry and stress off me..Me and my big dog buddy thank you so much.appreciate it.

Tarek, the manager, was extremely helpful assisting me with my phone needs. He was very patient and went above and beyond when explaining things to me. I would highly recommend him if youre looking for a new phone.

Switched to metro expecting free phone offer advertised on TV only to have my numbers ported from verizon and then told I would have to purchase phone cases from this store to receive phones offered. Free phones cost me close to $200 with very no explanation to how this was possible other than it is the deal. Switching devices at a later date and was charges in store for sim card and activation fee and also billed my credit card on file for autopay and additional $16.44. Please avoid this store at all cost.

If you love saving money and fast service come to this metro store Tarek handled my account personally and went above and beyond for me. No gimmicks and no games just gave me the best discounts with the best service. I came in with the intentions of getting a sim card kit and walked out with the LG Stylo 4, metro link zone hot spot, metro smart ride. I would give him ten stars if that existed. If you are seriously considering switching and want the best service inlcuding the best customer service, then stop in at metro store here off 224 by the akron bowl. One last note, i was done and checked out in less than 30 min but because Tarek was so engaging and informational he convinced me to bring my fiancees phone over and switch from verizon. Two hours Tarek spent with me and have never enjoyed two hours shopping and looking at phones as much as I enjoyed it here at Metro by t mobile.

Another joke! Go in to another store that tells me they have the phone I want over the phone but get there within 10-15 minutes and no not in stock but want to sell me a way more expensive phone. Guess its time to switch cell phone companies.

Forin man is very rude and i hate walking in the store because he just doesnt care about any questions i have . he always says call customer service. Never offers help, doesnt show remorse for not being able to answer my questions. I drive 15 minutes just to go to another store

Terrible the guy working didnt have a clue what he was doing

Lied to and treated like dog poop by the young dude with the accent. Charged a bunch of extra money and he told me he was going to call the cops when confronted about the extra charges. Completely ridiculous I will be letting everyone around me know about this terrible experience.

Awful store. Management gives receipts that do not match your purchases so they can nickle and dime you with fees.
