Vapor Station carries a wide range of the premium juices that I usually have to order online. What surprises me the most is how decent the premium freebase/nic salt juice prices are, as its comparable or even better than a lot of the shops online. Their loyalty program also nets you a free bottle of juice after 5 purchases (see picture for reference) which not many local shops offer. Staff is always pleasant, definitely A++ all around here.

I’m a fairly new customer here, one of my friends told me about it. Now, I’m a permanent customer.If you’ve been vaping as long as me (4 years) you’ve probably been to your fair share of vape shops. I’ve gone to at least 60 different ones. Some of them good, others fine, and also others, not so fine.This place is GREAT.Knowledgeable friendly staff, no annoying pushy salesman. And I get exactly what I need every time, no questions asked.

I like there prices as well as the atmosphere. There is all ages (18+) that shop here for all of their vaping needs. They also have specials on certain days as well as happy hour on certain days and times.

As far as my experiences go, this is the best place of this type in the Akron area.Its a quiet and roomy place, the employees plenty willing to give recommendations on flavors, and devices, without defaulting to their most expensive options. They have a couple tables with a lot of marked down products, be it juice, tanks or mods. Its a good place to go, whether youre on a tight budget, or you want quality. No complaints from me.

Without a doubt my favorite shop in Northeast Ohio. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and always current on changing regulations, new devices, and developments in the industry. I have never witnessed an unfair price, and they will always be real with you and help weigh your options. I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

My experience the first time going in was just fine. The lady that works up there was very helpful and answered all my questions. Ive got a little social anxiety and going into new places talking to new people about new hobbies makes me very uncomfortable. I felt fine in this store. Great selection and great prices from weekday I could tell.

The manager is an awesome dude, and he knows his stuff. However another employee refused service to me because I was 18 which at the time of posting this is still legal age in the Summit/Akron area at this location. I asked if he could contact a manager. The employee proceeded to pick up the phone and set it almost immediately back down. Replying “They are busy”. I know he couldn’t have said anything. Not only were his actions quicker than a dial tone, but the loud dog barking at me behind the counter would’ve made it impossible for either of them to hear. The only reason I believe they deserve a 3 star was the terrible service from that employee.

Ive been to this store a few times and have always had a good experience with helpful and knowledgeable works. When I was looking for something that they didnt have they were able to recommend a store to get my hands on the item needed that same day.

I wont go back again. I get better customer service buying supplies online than in person at this store. For example, had a problem with an item I purchased, I brought back within 24 hours and they would not replace- so I bought another. Brought it home to find out that wasnt working right either. Had to go back again. I explain the problem and the staff just look at me, no expression, no help. This same situation happened a few different times. I will order my stuff online or find another local shop. Everything Ive ordered online works perfectly. I spent enough money at vapor station to deserve a response when I walk in the door, I dealt with the same couple of guys each time I came in and couldnt get more than a few words out of either of them.

These guys are the reason I quit smoking. Dave, Ryan, and Donivan, are very knowledgeable about the devices they carry and have great palettes for juice. Will continue to do business with them for years to come. You have a dream team on your hands. Dont change a thing. Rock on.

My experience at vapor station has had its ups and downs. Ive been going since the store opened up a few years ago. At first things were rough, but after the new management change the store has grown leaps and bounds. With new top of the line products in stock as well as an interior remodel Ryan Dave and Donovan have their mind set to make the best experience for their customers inside the store and also best vaping experience outside the store.great place would highly recommend10/10 would bone the store if I could

I had some issues with them a little over a year ago, but figured I would give them another shot last month. I was pleasantly surprised! I now love it here!

They say they are open on Sunday from 11am to 5 pm this is completely false. I was going to be a new customer but seeing as there are ither negative reviews on this shop and they arent even open at the time they posted they open They have already lost my business. Sad I wanted to keep my business in Copley but this place needs to be more organized and have the right hours of operation posted.

Walked in to get a new set up. Just wanted what I had before. Did not have it in stock. Which was OK. Manager kept trying to up sell me a different product. I kept telling her no I just want what I had she kept RUDELY INSISTING You dont want that, this is what you NEED. She never listened to a word I said and treated me like I was beneath her. I will gladly drive and extra 15 minutes and take my business elsewhere.
