What a wonderful experience! Johnny took care of the entire process of replacing a 40 year old garage door and slightly younger door opener for me. He was recommended to me by a fellow condo owner, so he knew our association requirements and measured and quoted me an installed price on the first visit! Above & Beyond Door Systems Assistant Manager, Johnny, met and exceeded expectations today.We’re pumped to have a broken door fixed and a new keypad and garage light installed. The wall-mounted interior opener from Above & Beyond features a consistently lit screen and is easy to spot in any lighting. It displays the time, temperature, and more. We haven’t yet checked out all the settings, but already customized one. The new garage door setup opens and closes more smoothly and quietly than the old one did when it worked.On top of all else, Johnny spontaneously repaired to our unsafe porch steps while he was here. We would have been pleased just to have easy garage access again, but we got even more than that.

On Thursday my wife and I were scrambling to get our two kids ready for school and our little baby had a heart appointment at 9:00am in Akron. Call these guys first! We were worried when our garage door failed and looked like it might fold in half as we left for work this morning... but within a few hours Bill was here to save the day. Bill was happy to explain the adjustments he was making and was honest enough not to push for unnecessary replacements as he explained potential future issues. After finding ceiling drywall in the tracks he even stepped outside to point out where water might be leaking back into my garage. For an $85 service call my garage door is good as new! After backing my car up into our garage door and knocking it completely off the track, Above and Beyond Door Systems came out quickly and were very prompt. Our door was put back on the track, the dent was adjusted and everything was serviced and checked to make sure it was working properly. Called Above & Beyond Door for malfunctioning garage door opener at my moms condo. My husband and I had work done by them in the past and were pleased. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and responsive..... within two hours a service technician arrived. Johnny diagnosed the problem and unfortunately it required replacement instead of repair. He would have replaced it then, but we found that the car battery was dead and could not move it out of garage. We rescheduled for following afternoon... we recharged the battery .... and when Johnny arrived for the appt ... guess what... car dead again! So embarrassing!! But Johnny stepped up and went “above & beyond” to jumpstart her car! I am thankful for his kind deed and patience, positive attitude and encouraging words, as my elderly little Italian mom was quite rattled by the situation. In this current culture it is SO refreshing to encounter kind people.... we will certainly refer to Above & Beyond Door!!!

I am so glad that I went with this company. Johnny Todd was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. When my garage door broke, I called him late on a Thursday night and he picked up the phone right away. I was impressed because he had never worked on my garage door before, but he knew everything about it based on what I was telling him (he knew the specific setup of what I had before I could even locate the part!). He offered to come out that night, but I decided to wait until the next day. He arrived on time and brought up to me something that I wanted to talk to him about (besides my door not working, there was a good amount of rust building up on the bottom of my door). He advised me that the door was about 3 years away from being useless and I could save myself hundreds of dollars (in overall cost) by having them do some extra work while they were here instead of paying for 2 different visits. He worked with my wife and I to order a great looking door that matched the color of our existing door. This new door is built to last, you can just tell by looking at it. Johnny replaced all the parts as part of the process and as a result the door is the quietest it has ever been! It looks great, it sounds great, and I know it will last for a very long time. Johnny went the extra mile and treated the bottom of the new door with anti-rust spray. He took the time to clean up everything, nothing was left behind. He was extremely professional and personal throughout the entire time. I would recommend this company and especially Johnny Todd for any garage door repair work; dont even think about it, just call him.

Above and Beyond Door Systems was one of the best companies by far that my husband and I have done business with in our 23 years of owning our home. My husband contacted them for a quote and within hours we had the most professional sales and service gentleman named Johnny Todd who come to our home he spent 2 plus hours explaining the differences between all the door styles and colors, he helped my husband custom design our new door on our laptop computer and was so informative. He quoted us on the first visit with our selected design the price was wonderful for the quality of the door we selected and we gave him a deposit. Johnny then told us the approximate lead time for the door and it was ordered and on its way to production. We were then contacted to notify us that our door was ready and then scheduled an appointment for installation our appointment was scheduled at noon on a Tuesday and just like promised Johnny came with his great personality and our custom door and was so excited for us to see the finished product. He was so enthusiastic about our installation and was a true professional we could have not had a better experience with Above and Beyond Door and if you ask for Johnny you will not be disappointed, he installed our door with custom hardware on his own within 2 hours we were ready to go, he then cleaned our door and had us test it opening and closing to make sure everything was working properly and also told my husband how to keep it lubricated, he then put a sticker on the door if we need any service or have any questions or problems in the future. We live in an old house that was built in 1918 and had Above and Beyond install new doors and openers. They service was excellent from estimate to installation.Our old setup was a DISASTER and our garage doors her heavy and unsafe. The and installation was a HUGE job and took over 8 hours. Our installer (Jonny) completed the job with enthusiasm and extreme professionalism. He never complained or gave us a hard time about it. What a great guy.I would highly recommend using this company. They definitely live up to their name!
