We were connected to this company through wayne dalton customer service.Scott came to our home to measure etc for the panel we needed. He was on time, and polite. He returned my call promptly at the time he said he would.The part was ordered and paid for, and we were told it would be available mid next week.The week passed. Not a word.My landlord called to follow up and was told it would be in mid week. Again, the week passed and not a word.Finally, after a couple excuses we got our part delivered. It took more than it should have. I am reasonable and understand that things can be delayed beyond our control. But a little bit of better communication would have made us a lot happier.

Scheduled a garage door opener install… installer was late for appointment and when I called and asked for an eta since it was a busy Monday, the man at the office was incredibly rude, talked to me like I was stupid and acted as if I was the bad guy for calmly asking for an updated arrival time. Horrible customer service and poor scheduling… I would NOT recommend.

I found Complete Garage Solutions on a random Google search when my garage door springs suddenly broke in half. Scott was great when I called, he even offered same day service if I needed it. He gave me a competitive price, texted me a confirmation of my appt, texted me a reminder and texted again when the tech was on his way. The techs were friendly and did an outstanding job, my garage opens and closes perfectly plus they lubed it so its quieter too!! It took a week to get someone to come out and measure for the door because they were calling a number that wasn’t on my Lowe’s work order. I found out that my door was ready to be installed when it appeared on my Lowe’s statement. When I called them I found out that they had been calling the wrong number again. It took a total of 2 months for the door to be installed due to the pandemic and their repeated calling errors.The people I met in person were not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. They did not wear masks outside or inside of my home.The garage door was eventually installed quickly and works perfectly.
