They were extremely friendly and helpful, not to mention very reasonable. I had been told by another shop that what I wanted to do wasn’t possible. North Hill didn’t bat an eye and I couldn’t be happier! Recommend 100%!

Ordered glass for my place of business. Rick was sent out to give me a quote, and was easy to work with and upfront about all costs. Their prices were better than many others, and the customer service was great. We changed our mind a couple times on styles of glass and how many tables we needed glass tops for. They adapted with our changing needs. Delivery took a few weeks after the deposit was delivered, but everything arrived on time and was installed quickly. Highly recommend for businesses in the area, and I will certainly contact them again for household needs.

Needed a glass top for our kitchen table that we made. We gave them the measurements and they delivered a perfect size of glass for us to finish our table. Forward a year and a half later and a we had a chip on the corner of the glass piece. We took it in and they polished it down for FREE!!!Amazing company that went the extra mile for us. Would recommend them for any glass pieces or issues you have.

Great local business that has been around for like 90 years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly too. Reasonable costs and nice turnaround times. I placed an order for a double pane unit (with a specific Low E coating) on a Monday and it was in the next Tuesday. The unit looks great too!!

Not very Happy about workmanship, I had windows glassed very messy left puffy all over frames and glass not very professional.I will not recomend this company to anyone

Called and received a quote for two different types of glass. When I sent them an email to place my order I waited a week for a response and they raised the price $50. Not happy I could have my order paid for and installed elsewhere but since I waited for them it prolonged the process. The manager on the phone didn’t even seem to care about the inconvenience or the quote mistake. Using Quality Glass since they honor the quote given :)

Every time I go in they treat me like a criminal, called to place an order so dont have to wait, want a deposit, so they think I will rip them off yet I am suppose to give them my credit card over the phone, total hypocrites.

This is a great company--been dealing with them on residential and commercial glass and mirrors for at least ten years. Work is always excellent and well done at a fair price--dont look anywhere else.

Stopped in to get a piece of glass cut to replace a broken window pane. It took them about 5 minutes and cost me $22. Staff was very friendly as well.
