Nicely organized store. Cashier was friendly. Had a staff member ask if I needed any help.

This store is clean and well organized. First time to this location, although its one of the stores that always seems to have items in stock.Only negative was the length of line to check out. Only one register was open, and 6 - 8 people waiting to check out.

Prices have significantly gone higher since my last visit. Some things may be still a bargain, but for hand tools, I would elect to pay a few more dollars for Cornwell, or Craftsman, rather than a brand of tool which upon inspection, is not nearly as high of quality. Although they do have plenty of useful items and it doesnt hurt to look as long as you arent going far out of your way.

Why do so many people knock harbor freight, if it wasnt for this store I wouldnt be able to have the variety of tools to get jobs done, seriously! Thank you, a HF tool will get the job done as well as something more expensive like Snap-on

I think that have a large selection of tools but they are definitely made Cheap which is had be of these actual mechanics who make a living working on Vehicles dont usually shop here unless its in a bind

Harbor Freight is always awesome and have all we need for a great price

Always have a pleasant experience at this Harbor Freights. The store is usually busy, but the line moves pretty fast and Im able to get in and out. The parking lot could stand an upgrade though.

Great place to get some affordable tools and parts. Line was a bit long the day I went, but they opened an extra register and things at least were constantly moving. Pretty easy to find what youre looking for.

Things you thought not of but might need are cheap enough to not pass up, when you end up giving it away remember God is perfect!

You can always find something of value in the store. This is the perfect place to spend a little money and come out with something big for your mechanical and working needs. Love those 20% off coupons and the free stuff you get.

They have a great variety of common and not-so-common tools at great prices. Im not going to claim everything is top-notch quality. And the shopping experience is nothing flashy. But you can find tools that will do 95% of what you need for a fraction of the cost.

No secret here affordable stuff you must have always something you might need endless deals n its not uncomfortable staff is always good people

Havent been to the store in awhile because I was getting everything done online. I needed a hammer drill like yesterday and it was on sale so I made the drive across town. Ended up getting a few other things as well. Signed up for the inside track club for the year. Awesome deal.

They have pretty much everything you need and reasonable prices

The store is smaller then I thought it would be. Still nice & clean. Helpful staff! Bought a safe. Going to return it because it is not the right size. Also got a tray for my cart. That I am keeping! They have some great looking tool boxes! Check them out.

This was the largest Harbor Freight that I have ever seen in the state of Ohio. They had a better selection than the one I usually go to in Eastlake. The cashier asked if I found everything that I needed. When I said I didnt she told me where to find it. For some items you simply cant beat Harbor Freight.

Nice clean in orderly. Had the opportunity to interact with some of the staff. They were very helpful and knew exactly where everything was.

What do you want? Its Harbor Freight Tools. No better place for the DIY guy. Plentiful selection of everything you could imagine. If youre only going to use a Sawzall or angle grinder a few times a year where else can you get one for about $20?

We always enjoy our visits to Harbor Freight. Their ads bring us in but we usually find something else we like. We bought camp chairs there last year. Use them for car shows etc. My husband was too sure about them but the more we used them, the more we like them. Fit our needs nicely. Bought a lot of the LED shop lights. Had to go back and get more because we liked them so much. Hsve them in the basement and both garages.

Jacqui gave the best customer service I was in and out within five minutes she helped me find over four items that quick!

The thing about harbor freight is that the employees know where everything is. Its not the sheer size of lows or home depot and their prices are unmatched. Go in and get out quick with no effort.

Great place to buy tools for the hobbyist. It allows you to build a quiver without breaking the bank. I enjoy working on my own vehicles. Harbor freight allows me an affordability to do so.

Best way to explain is, If your tools are your every day livelihood, then probably not the best place to buy your tools. But if youre like me, only use occasionally and not for extended periods of time, then welcome to your tool shop.

Loved it. No annoying sales people, low prices, good quality and assortment. You can not come out of there without buying something.

Best place for cheap tools

I have to say I love this place. If you are at all into tools or fixing things this place has what you want. Prices are consistently half of what you would pay at the blue or orange stores. You can argue that the quality might not be quite as good, but all of the hand tools are free replacement guaranteed for life just like the old craftsman tools used to be. Just get yourself a new one. The electric tools are a great value, but not lifetime guaranteed. Try it out.

The whole staff here is AWESOME! Went over to get a generator and the place was swamped because of power outages around Ohio. One of their employees spent a bunch of time discussing generators with 3 of us and answering our questions. After I bought the one I wanted, he helped me load the 200 lb. generator in the front seat of my car-not easy! Everyone is really friendly and the prices are amazingly low. Go check them out as soon as you can!!!

Its not that I dislike this location I just feel that the employees here have to deal with more bs then they can handle. The store is clean and organized. Not that they always have what Im looking for in stock but for a small hardware store that is what to expect from time to time. But the lines to check out... Im very patient but I cant say the same for the other customers.. Im sorry to say whats keeping me from giving 5 stars is the customers.

While I was checking out a man came in without a mask. The cashier asked him to put a mask on he said he didnt have one. She offered him one but he refused. His body language was very aggressive towards her. She made a joke to calm him down and called the manager to handle his return. The young lady was very professional.

I love the store and their products but I called a few minutes before close and it rang and rang and rang. Lazy Lenny picked up one minute after closing and was rude and unhelpful. I guess you get what you pay for at $10 an hour.

Great place to buy cheap tools and through them away. Love the store shop there all the time, they have my vote.

Lots of good tools at decent prices.

The prices are good and the warranty is worth the money. There tools are more durable then what you would expect for the price. But just like anything you buy theres always gonna be a few that break easy and thats why the warranty is always worth getting. If you break a tool you got the warranty on and within your warranty time just give them your phone number and the tool that broke and they give you a new one. The employees are freindly and wont just tell you what isle they will take you right to it.

They always have exactly what I need and I cant imagine why I was ever shopping elsewhere.

This store is operating like nothing happened. Except employees are wearing masks.When they get a shipment of sale items they ran out of, call and they will hold one for you for 24 hrs. Staff is extremely helpful at this store. Well run store.
