At first I got the mocha frappe and it wasnt the best, but my barista remade the drink as a caramel with extra caramel and it was amazing!!

Made my daughters favorite drink just the way she likes it without having to explain. Very fast and courteous service via drive thru.

Need sign saying lobby closed. I got out of line to walk in only to park and walk up to see a small sign saying lobby is closed. Then I lost my spot and they lost my business.

My wife and I stopped at this Starbucks recently. An employee named Allison with blonde hair, blue eyes and tattoos served us, and was awesome. She was exceptionally sweet and cheery, seemingly the type of person whose joy is infectious and exactly the type of person you want to have a positive interaction with first thing in the morning. Id definitely suggest management give that girl a raise! :)

The line moves quickly most days and they always have my favorite drink, which not all locations keep stocked.

Worst starbucks experience Ive had... I asked for them to put a little bit of one drink into a second cup which I do regularly for my small son. They told me theyd have to charge me, which Ive never been told before (again, Ive done this several times) but then later after I asked they gave me a cup and I was able to just do it myself. They were out of the bagged popcorn which bummed out my son. Then I ordered a cafe vanilla Frappuccino and after a long wait I received a vanilla bean Frappuccino. The girl took it back and they made me the correct drink but then they forgot to put whip on top and the girl overall had a sorry, but I dont care attitude. Basically I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Never had a bad experience with any starbucks before...

I come here at least 3times a week..I love the customer service there. But my fav is Leiza. She is ALWAYS SO SWEET & she remember her customers. I know its your job 2 b nice.. but her personality comes off as genuine & sincere. 😊😊When she off.. I know the difference. Thank u Starbucks for Leiza.

My mobile order is always ready no matter how busy they are! The staff is very friendly!

I just spent 40 minutes at this SB and no one was in there. When I finally got to the speaker to order, no one ever said anything, so I drove around thinking it must be broke and no one was at window, I got out knocked on window... no one seemed to be in there at all. The hours in sign said M-f 1:30-9 pm..... I told the people in line behind me but people were still getting in the long line. I’ve given a lot of money to this Starbucks and I am very disappointed. 😔😭

Workers are always friendly and informative. Theres normally a line though each time I go whether at 9, 1 or 4pm. But it says something about the products, people and location. It keeps the public coming back! :)

Store hours are never correct. Suppose to be open until 9pm, I went through the drive thru at 7pm and was told they closed early.. sorry. Several young employees inside. I’ve been there several times during business hours and they are closed.

Dining room has been closed and they can’t manage the drive-thru competently. They also allow order ahead without telling you the inside is closed forcing everyone to wait in a long line. By far one the worst run Starbucks in the area.

We just came through the drive thru and ordered 2 venti double chocolate chip Frappuccino’s with white mocha instead. We were given two tall white chocolate Frappuccino’s and one venti white chocolate Frappuccino. We politely told them that’s not what we ordered. And I told her what we ordered. They remade them but still did not make them correctly. It super frustrating when you pay for something and still don’t get what you ordered.EDIT: called and the manager fixed the situation!

We’re on keto! The keto chai latte was delish! Chai tea bag with half heavy whipping cream and half water with 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla!!! The barista wasn’t very friendly but she was the only one working and had a line so I’ll give her a pass

Ive tried weaning myself of Starbucks but my 15 yr old son always reels me back in when he asks to stop there! Starbucks has been our favorite coffee shop since he was 2! YES I allowed my son to drink Frapps at the tender age of 2! Today I am proud to say.... Were both Starbucks addicts. ALWAYS a great experience here!

Arrived tonight at 6:45pm and found an employee using her car to block any paying customer from entering the drive through to place their order. At 6:52pm the last car left the drive through and the employee still did not move her car. At 7:01 she finally did move and I drove up to place my order where I was rudely and disrespectfully told that due to such a long line they had they employee block anyone else from entering the line and that they were closed and to come back in the morning.Which is fine and good and all BUT the line was gone at 6:52, well before the 7pm closing time. Normally this store, and Starbucks in general, have provided fantastic service for myself and my family and friends but after this Im advising that they do NOT come to this location and pick somewhere else for their Starbucks cravings. Anyone reading this do NOT under ANY circumstances go to this Starbucks as the employees are rude, disrespectful, lazy and honestly do not care about their customers.Lindsey ThomasAugust 5, 2020

If there was a spot to add 6 stars I would without question! BY FAR the best Starbucks I have ever had the pleasure of going to! From the way they do service all the way to the manager Edrickson who makes every customer feel like family. If ever you are allotted the time, it would be in your BEST interest to knock on their door!

Every time we come here everything is great. Rarely are they out of anything, they are quick and helpful! I will say that I am loving the new look they have. Does give it a feel that they dont want people hanging around though since it has less room to sit than before but the bar look it much nice. Try the secret menu items! One of which is the medicine ball. MAKE SURE TO TRY THE MEDICINE BALL!!!!

Long long long line, no going in due to covid-19. But the line went as fast as it could.

This Starbucks location HAS to be my most favorite one. My hubby and I always go to this one whenever we’re up real early in the morning (even during or right when their rush out is dying down) because the setting there is just real tranquil and holds enough seating for singles and couples to have a cup or two together. I hope they open more like this particular spot in other parts of Alabaster.

Love their holiday coffees. Egg bites are great! I like the ham & peppers but my fur baby, Joy, really enjoys the bacon bites.

Staff was excellent. They are friendly, helpful, and smile. The store has a welcoming atmosphere. It is a great place to sit down and enjoy some great tasting coffee.

I had a Verizon up coupon for $5 and it was easy and simple and I just held my phone up they scanned it and gave me my coffee and then I paid $0.60 or something like that for the difference but my caramel macchiato was amazing and I will definitely go back the next time I have to go back for court for a child custody and my divorce.

My 4 year old dropped her teddy bear in the parking lot a few days ago when we stopped to get coffee a few days before New Years. We were passing through on our way to the beach and didn’t even know it was missing until that night at bedtime. I called and the staff found it and kept it until we could come back on our way home to get it. My daughter was so happy to finally get her teddy back! Thank you so much for keeping it safe for us!!!

It was clean and the workers were very friendly and nice. They all seemed to be friends also so they would help each other out.

This is a really great Starbucks because of how they cater to there customer base. They always do their best to ensure your order is complete, an exact on how you wanted it. I honestly feel like they go the extra mile for it.

Been here the past few months, on different days different times. The line is crazy long all the way to the street everytime! Ive had to wait almost 20 to 25 minutes for coffee.... Its absurd. They use to be faster with beverage making.

Just watch them start my drink sit it on the counter and then make 10 other drinks while mine sat there. My mocha Frappuccino did not have chocolate on top and I kindly asked for some and got the runaround as to why it wasnt on there.

My friend got a frappuccino and it was exploded everywhere and inside another cup and spilled all over his shirt and in side the car maybe if the lid fit correctly they wouldnt have this problem

One of the smallest Starbucks Ive been too. Always busy and full of people. Not a lot of seating and the tables they do have are crammed in close together. But I do love their outdoor seating, very comfortable and modern. The staff are also very wonderful.

Green Tea Frappuccino with a drizzle of mint. Yummy every time. If you get hot...go inside its cold in there.

Just pulled through the drive thru and the coffee I ordered didnt come out like usual. I clearly didnt know what I wanted, but the whole team took the time to remake the coffee twice to make sure I got a good coffee. So sorry to the people behind us, we told them they didnt have to do that but they insisted they were going to get it right. Best customer service Ive EVER received.

The baristas are always so sweet and personable. Drinks are a hit or miss, but the staff makes it worth the hassle.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Sat in line for 8 minutes before I was even greeted or asked what I wanted, and I was first in line. The whole store was running around like a mad house very unorganized. Several people that were waiting for their coffee kept asking where it was because it was taking so long, it seems like they were only focused on the drive-thru. Definitely not worth the $5 I paid for my coffee today.
