I had the best moving experience with Armstrong Relocation. From the personal coordinator to the moving crew, and the customer service rep were honest and took well care of my personal items. I really liked the fact that they inventoried all my items and made sure nothing was broken during the relocation. They took the stress out of moving for me. I will use Armstrong for my next move!

Armstrong Relocation did a fantastic job moving my family into our brand new home! The customer service I received from Suzanna and her team was top of the line from start to finish.On moving day, Jamal and his crew arrived on time, had a positive attitude, and eager to work. David George and his team did a great job on moving us into our new home even with all the rain! He also moved us out of our old house into storage and did a great job on that move as well!!

We could not be happier with a mover. Armstrong Relocation has worked with us on a very difficult closing that involved four houses. The closings kept getting moved up and Ms Truc went way past what most businesses would have done. Then on moving day, Nate & Anthony showed up early and loaded our possessions with great care and had a great attitude.

The movers were excellent. They were fast, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.

We used this company for a commercial move and they did a great job. Very professional and they took their job seriously. They went above and beyond and even corrected my packing. 5 stars!

My first experience with this. I was not impressed. I was missing a box that was labeled tv. There was trash left all over my yard, they couldnt get my couch in. They were suppose to unpack,they didnt. Now I have to find a way to get rid of all these boxes. On the few things they did assemble he complained on how bad he hated that part of the job. It was just a terrible experience.

Moving is stressful and Armstrong Relo made it easier. Our move was not easy involving gathering and moving between three different locations before making the long move to the final destination. It involved some unique issues and it was all scheduled without a hitch. We have done several moves and this one rates as the easiest even though we gave them a hard move to coordinate.

I had to make a long distance move from the West Coast to the East Coast and I used Armstrong relocation. The senior move coordinator contacted me and promptly scheduled a pre-move home survey. They provided a very reasonable estimate. The move date and time was also flexible and convenient. The movers came home and packed everything in boxes and were very professional. All my items arrived undamaged to my new home and the move-in team was very efficient and courteous. They set the boxes and furniture in the requested rooms. Throughout the process, the move coordinator, Truc Hayes, was always courteous, professional and accessible by phone/ email and would work alongside my schedule. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to my friends and family.

My interstate move could not have been better, everything went smooth, everything arrived unblemished - [except for one flat screen that evidently got bumped - but this was handled with aplomb as well, with a check in the mail in 5 days] - they were not the least expensive, nor were they the most, but based on my experience - I would recommend them without reservation

Id give this company -100 stars if at all possible! As a truck driver, who delivered for this company to unload a homeowners belongings. The crew was very unprofessional. And they lie. First off it was an 8 am delivery. I got there at the address at 8:05. Sat on the side street for about 30 mins, then called them. We are 5 minutes away they said. After another 45 minutes, I called again. We are 2 lights away now they said. 30 more minutes passed before they showed up, 2 hours late! The home owner asked them why you so late? Their answer, Traffic! Then the crew started bickering about one guy taking a break when the other 2 didnt, right in front of the home owner. Plus they hinted to me for a tip. Hell Im the truck driver, its not my place to tip them, so they got mad, and left all their trash, (which their SUPPOSE to dispose of themselves, including their water bottles and sweat rags) I called their boss and asked him to get back to me, on how unprofessional they were, but its been 3 days and he hasnt and probably wont. Stay clear of this unprofessional relocation mover!
