This place is amazing! I brought my car in after it was hit in the parking lot. They not only fixed all the damage but they cleaned my car and fixed all the other little scratches on my car they even fixed my bumper which was hanging off on one side. I couldnt believe it. And the car was all shiny and clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this place. And the people are fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

My car was dropped off on June 11th for damage from a deer and for a stolen catalytic converter among a few other collateral repairs. This was a Geico Claim. As far as I know things are went well with those repairs but the car was running a little rough on my way home.I am having my car evaluated by a AAA shop to check their work. I am very skeptical. Ill update the shops evaluation when I get my car back.When I picked up the car from Fix the key would not turn. It took me and an associate a few minutes to get it to turn over. I tried then he tried and it worked.Then I drove ten minutes to a grocery store. It took me an additional 20 minutes to get it to turn over again.Once I got home I tried to turn it over and nothing happened.In a very nice way they are claiming that this is not their problem. I highly object as this was not a problem when it is dropped off.Additionally, my jack and my tire cover are missing. They claimed it wasnt on the car on the way in. I have a picture attached to prove them wrong at least I have a pic of the tire cover as the car was towed from my house. I caught them in a lie regarding my tire cover.

After purchasing a brand new vehicle and having it 3 days one of my lovely neighbors hit it and didnt say a thing. I walked out to my car damaged and ended up with almost $1300 worth of damages. After going through my insurance and getting a lost of shops foe repair I chose fix it auto as they are close to my home.The folks here were quick to call me and set up an appointment for an estimate and answered any and all questions and concerns I had and very quickly whether through email response or a phone call which I appreciated not having to wait 24 hours for a response. Upon dropping my vehicle off today to start repairs the gentleman I dealt with for the estimate was there and walked me in and checked my car in. He is very nice and quick to attend to you when you arrive. There is a waiting area outside the main office where I waited for my uber home. Im hoping no further damages are found upon repair but have great faith that quality work will be done here.

Place is great, got hit a little by another car on my bumper. They had a rental car ready to go for me right away when I left it, kept in contact the whole time about process and when it was completed they had a fast turn around to pick up car and the work came out great.

They replaced a stolen catalytic converter on my Prius. They were prompt and professional even when I called over the weekend, and they also helped with a referral for a converter protection device. They kept me in the loop and finished on time. As a bonus, they cleaned the car. This is my sons car and the cleaning couldnt have been easy! I was very impressed.

I brought my truck in to repair my front bumper from a collision I had with a barrel falling off a truck on the roadway. My truck was processed immediately and I was out of the door within 10 minutes of my drop off. My truck was repaired within the time I was told and it looked brand new! Tow truck picked up and delivered vehicle to Fix Auto but after arriving the Owner says he changed his mind and refused to accept vehicle. The first time I took my car in, the estimator said “this can be quickly fixed” and popped my bumper right back out. He refused to take any $ for his work, and just sent me on my way. Their honesty is what impressed me, and when I did need work done I took my car in. Fast turnaround, great communication, amazing service. They had a play area for my 3 year old and even watched her for a little while when I had to jump on a call!

When I went to get the initial estimate, my son fell asleep in the car on the way to the shop so I called Jennifer and she came out with everything I needed to complete without having to wake up my baby. Everyone is committed to excellent service and it is evident in every phase of their repairs. I was also given a ride to my house after I dropped the car off for some follow up service by the owner who also personally delivered my car to my house later that day.
