Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! Fill somewhere else. Trust me. Poor service. Constantly rushing you. No bedside manner. Barely any eye contact. While I appreciate some of them who try (depending on if you catch them on a good day and at a good time), it is a rare occurrence.Just a note: When people come to the pharmacy they are usually going through something. Take a moment to look at the human in front of you. We’re not transactions. Be present in your customers’ presence.
There is this pharmacy worker there, she is Chinese and her name is Lyn she is so rude and will literally let her Chinese people cut whoever in the line to get ahead and talk to her while the long line of people deal with it. I’ve went here way to many times to see her do that and now I don’t even bother I changed pharmacy location and I’m so glad I did
Do to Covid19 like all stores outlets downsizing on items and merchants is a neccessity causing increase in fees to cover employee fees and overhead cost. Points factor dosent reflect thier community sense and courtesy to clients. They will been over backwards for you in reason.

They do not answer their phone I was on hold 52 minutes finally hung up called again put on hold again for 47 minutes called again asked to speak to a manager put me on hold again never did talk to anyone. it is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with I am from out of town and needed refills. I will have to go into the store evidently to get any service so if you ever want refills over the phone Might as well forget it.
Will leave you on hold for over a half hour, to not answer the phone. Then keep putting you back on hold... Garbage.

This Walgreens sells cigarettes and smoking cessation medicine. Then, in the checkout line, they ask customer to stand back for patient privacy. No self-respecting heroin dealer would it also sell methadone. Its time you stop shopping at Walgreens no self respecting heroin dealer would also sell methadone. Its time you stop shopping at Walgreens for health supplies.
Wait time to pick up prescriptions at drive through window are much too long because Walgreens only has one pharmacist on duty to wait on both customers inside the store and at the drive through. I waited for more than half an hour (behind 3 cars) at the drive-through before I got to the window. When I got to the window, I discovered the problem. Between every car prescription filled, the single pharmacist was filling a prescription of a customer inside the store. she was being fair about it. But Walgreens management needs to do something about their prescription service pickup - like hire more people to help!
The staff knows me and my needs and is always responsive to make sure Im well taken care of. Been coming here for chronic and acute needs for four plus years now and always well taken care of.

The pharmacist was helpful but over-worked, so I mainly dealt with his aid. He pointed me to a regular store employee, who pointed me back to him, who told me he didnt know and to wait for the pharmasist. Dude was dismissive, but no biggy. Heard a few of his other customer interactions while I was waiting; he was disorganized and rude to two separate senior women. Wtf dude?
Fully stocked Walgreens including beer and wine. A few tips that also make this just an OK location-1. If theres already a car in the drive thru line for the pharmacy, its probably better to go inside. It can take forever and the staff usually handles the line inside before the drive thru.2. Plan to spend a long time in line. Even during the busiest times, they rarely have more than one cashier working and they all work very slow.

This is the most unorganized, slow, and rude pharmacy I have ever used. They tell me my prescription is ready and every time I go in I have to wait at least 40 minutes for them to fill the prescription.
The pharmacist I spoke to on the phone was really quick-thinking and very well-informed (more so than other pharmacists I have had occasion to speak with), and she was able to come up with a very smart idea that would allow me to save about $500/month, for a medication my horrible insurance wont cover, that would have otherwise cost me more than $1000/month, out of pocket. She was very helpful, and I was delighted to have my phone call answered, without having to hold for the normal 20 minutes, first. This was quite impressive, given the fact that I am generally required to wait a substantial amount of time when I pick my prescriptions up. This is usually pretty clearly an issue with the pharmacy being understaffed, however, and I have always been satisfied, if not very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the employees at the pharmacy counter. Had to subtract a star, however, as this pharmacy does seem to consistently have a substantial line, and I am rarely thrilled to be standing around, waiting for the handful of people who always seem to combine standing too close to others with some form of coughing and/or sneezing. This store has a fairly cramped waiting area, so this is less than rare at this location. I realize the store isnt really at fault here, but its definitely a noteworthy norm, which some might find a bit disturbing.

Utterly incompetent and lazy. Filling out a simple prescription is a battle. When you try calling, they keep you in hold for 10 minutes then hang up. Disgrace to the Walgreens brand Their franchise license needs to be revoked. I will work on that to be sure.
Terrible service at the pharmacy. Waited a week to go pick up a prescription only to get there and have them tell me they hadnt even ordered it. Tried to grab a few more things which were all locked and had to wait 20 min for a manager to come unlock cases. Awful

Inga is the only pharmacist who knows what she is doing. That Is why I rated the store highly. Otherwise it is same old Walgreens. I wouldnt try to refill Clipper cards at any store. The people are just too slow and stupid.

Phone wait time and etiquette need drastic improvement
Pharmacy service is poor. Multiple occasions Ive called in a prescription only to comes to pick it up the next day and find it wasnt filled or they were out of stock or there was some other reason my prescriptions werent ready. One, 24 hours should be plenty for most orders. Two, if its not for whatever reason, CALL ME so I dont waste a trip!
