Horrible, horrible and horrible. I ordered online on September 16th was charged $1 test charge. I went more than 5 times to ask about my book from store and every they had a new reason why I do not have the book. Today, I was waiting more ten minutes for manager to come and talk to me. She said we could charge your credit card. I told her, you did test charge and this is a card I am using every day. No. She asked me if I can buy a new book here. I said no. Told me sorry and have good day. Cant believe it. Here in academic environment you face such thing.Second time:In map you see that they are opening at 8:30. In fact they open at 9:00.

Staff are nice... prices....a little overpriced. Thank God for financial aid.

This bookstore is small, but well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I ordered a textbook that was delivered as promised on time. Sometimes they have items on sale like t-shirts and coffee mugs.
