Late late late the store needs to learn how to be on time from the sign on the door from work schedule

This location is just a dealer. If you want to buy a phone sure go ahead but if you expect any helpful customer service they cant even get into your account. It was a complete waste of time. On top the guy who owns it actually smiled at me when I was explaining the difficulties I was enduring with metro... Im done with metro and their complete lack of real customer service in person or by phone.

Overall experience was good. Took out 1 star because one of the sales seems to be more busy with his phone then helping me. But the other 2 was very helpful and tentative. Price was good and even got a discounted case.

Thank you so much.Before coming here we went to Oakland Downtown MetroPCS where it was the opposite, the lady in Oakland MetroPCS was completely uninterested and she just lazily said a new phone we had wont work with MetroPCS. At the Alameda store we got so much better service and the phone worked with MetroPCS after all.

Loved the place. Ricky has always been helpful the past three years i been shopping there. I live in concord but always make the drive to alameda just for his services. Always recommends the best phone for the price and get me the best plan available. These days its hard to get good customer service so this store is a hidden gem.

The guy running that place has hooked me up more times than i can remember. He always finds a way for me to pay less money. Solid service.

The guy who helped me seemed nice enough but when it came time to pay the price he charged me didnt add up. He got me for at least $60 bucks as far as I can figure. Also no register receipt, just a credit card slip receipt.

Cant thank them enough. They always try to work with me according to my budget. Really appreciate their honesty on the phone and service.

Used these guys for years and never had any issues. No sales push here!! I all need is tell them what I needed and they had almost gave me a good recommendation on the best phone for me. Matter of fact just picked up my new zte zmax pro. Best metropcs store in the bay area.
