Questionable business practices. We went in to buy Samsung phone that is on sale and was told we cant have it at the special sale price because the phone we already have has not been an active number for 3 months yet. We went to a Metro store and got it through the company itself. My best guess is they would sell it to us at regular price than after we left would re-do the sale and pocket the extra money we paid. I will be letting Metro Corporate know...I dont think this place should be authorized dealers if they are going to do things like this..

This place seems to be open early all the time. Friend went to have a phone turned on and the rep was very professional and knowledgeable making the experience painless and quick.
