This is a wonderful shop. I placed a somewhat particular order with multiple themed arrangements, and needed to have them delivered at different times. Dandelion went above and beyond and really nailed it. The service was excellent and friendly. Thank you so much for making my anniversary special. The flowers were beautiful!!

I initially had a poor experience at Dandelion during the holidays last year (I felt pointedly ignored by an employee when I was the only customer in the shop) and was hesitant about coming back.I decided to return last Wednesday in the early afternoon because a gorgeous little bouquet had caught my eye at the plaza entrance.I walked into the shop with the bouquet and a very courteous and friendly gentleman wrapped it up for me to take home while kindly answering any questions I may have had.If my experiences here continue to be this positive, I look forward to returning.

None of this 1800 flowers default bouquets - every flower in the arrangement is incredibly fresh and perfect! Most amazing florist! Karims aesthetic is just perfect and everything she creates is stunning. This is not a carnation/daisy/rose/babys breath/fern kinda florist ... she creates beautiful kind of Napaesque arrangements. I think the pricing is right on par with other florists, it isnt crazy expensive here at all. She even has medium bouquets premade and priced at $20. Gifts and cards inside the shop are curated equally as well with Karims great eye. You cant go wrong ordering here and letting them do their thing!!

UPDATE: I updated to 3 stars. Reached out and requested a full refund and was given it immediately. Still disappointed with the service, a simple phone call could have prevented this. They seem to have beautiful flower arrangements but would not recommend ordering online, I would go in person or call to insure you receive what you want, flowers are a very personal thing.They didnt send the arrangement I ordered online, in fact, it wasnt anything close to what I ordered! I ordered bright & cheery, they delivered soft & frumpy. I understand that during the current situation certain flowers may not be available but a courtesy phone call and options would have been appreciated. Further, I thought the arrangement was a little pricey but was willing to pay it as the arrangement looked unique, what was delivered was not unique looking and I didnt feel I received the value for my dollar. I have received better arrangements from other florists for the same cost. I dont recommend ordering online, call to ensure you get what you want.

I needed flowers sent to a resident in Alameda and I live In Arkansas. I called right before closing and told her my situation, she assured me that the flowers would be breathtaking and she would deliver them herself after she closed for the day. Impeccable customer service. I could not be more pleased. And the flowers were the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen.

Came across this shop spontaneously and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was and incredibly well stocked w some of the most gorgeous flowers, staff was very welcoming and so kind! i will definitely be returning to purchase more flowers here in the future!

Dandelions customer service was above and beyond. They were very accommodating. I called past their 2pm cutoff for same day delivery but they were able to get a same day delivery request within a couple of hours! It was a quick and seamless order process over the phone. It was really a pleasure and I am glad I was able to find Dandelion.I will be going back here for future flower needs just based on their customer service.

Dandelion is easily the best flow shop on the island. Beautiful flowers, wonderful new shop and location, and well worth a detour to support this wonderful business.

The arrangement looked exactly as promised. Good value for $70. I ordered flowers at 2:00pm and delivered by 4:00pm. Reasonable $15 delivery fee. Did this all through Dandelion website. Thank you Dandelion!

Beautiful items, insanely high prices. A corsage a very simple one was $48. Went elsewhere. I did not get any services from here, so take that into consideration.
