Wow!!! I didnt walk out with anything in hand but that does not say anything about the AMAZING customer service I got from Lyle Mariya and Esi. They were attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. I came in a few weeks ago on a Tuesday afternoon and the same motivation was not rendered. Actually felt kind of embarassed when the man seemed not intetested in my business and a females voice yelling from the back. Only reason I came back today was hopefully the other day was just a bad day. But once again KUDDOS to the 3 Lyle Mariya and Esi. If I come back Ill deffinetly work with one of those 3.

I stopped renting for maybe a year, and then I needed a dryer during the covid epidemic they took care of me over the phone my contracts took my first payment and delivered the dryer to me directly. Yes I had to move it in for covid my self, but they made sure I had everything I needed. Still a great store my

**IMPORTANT REVIEW - -PLEASE READ**This store is under investigation! By Rent a Center Headquarters and the Better Business Bureau . Total Discrimination!! I successfully paid off a Rent A Center Agreement in February 2020, according to terms. I was congratulated by the local store personnel, along with several emails from Rent A Center Headquarters. Called the store in April 2020, the manager told me that I was not able to rent there because of my payment history(???) and my attitude(???). At this point its personal because the only attitude that I may have would have been toward the manager who was ALWAYS THREATENING, INTIMIDATING AND VOLATILE.In the course of my first and only agreement with Rent A Center, they sent damaged goods and had to be reverse. The staff and delivery are the best, but the manager is a racist old bat! Too bad that Alamogordo has a bad stain from one person. Hopefully, this will be resolved with the BBB and the Rent A Center Headquarters, BUYER BEWARE!

The manager Carolyn and her staff are wonderful. They make you feel at home. There is never any pressure. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Miss Carolyn and the entire R-A-C staff are amazing! They went above and beyond to help resolve the issue we were having with our dryer. While this was my first time using a R-A-C, based on my experience it won’t be the last.
