Very nice Home Depot. Deanna is always so super friendly and lovely when we come in. Maria is also a friendly person to chat with on my visits. Like this home Depot more then Lowes, and its never really busy.

Wanted a key made. Upon entering an associate asked me what I needed. He told me to go to Aisle 11. By the time I got there, another gentleman met me there to make my key. THAT was a WOW moment in service. Thank you.

Some problems with pro desk, not enough workers on duty to help customers. Some knowledgeable others not so much.

It was well organized and clean, they had plenty of supplies. The rep in the outside area was great but I had a hard time finding someone to help me in the inside.

I came to get some flowers to plant for a really close friend that had passed. I received so much help and ideas on where to plant it. Which would work for the area I would plant it. Only reason for a 4 is that the cashier in the Garden area was rude. Would say anything to us but spoke too everyone before and after like really what the hell. Other then that everyone else was awesome.

Attempted to get assistance with a water heater replacement, needed to be propane because the residence is in the mountains. No one at the store had any knowledge about the water heater. They had a water heater, but needed to be converted to lp gas. They had no idea if it had the components needed and/or what would be needed. This is what they are supposed to be there for, to have some working knowledge about this kind of stuff since they sell these items and advertise (commercials, ads, etc…) that they do. It might as well be Walmart where no one knows their department. Not sure if it is because of the pandemic and everyone has gotten lazy or no longer want to do anything or what, but it’s like an alternate reality. Have never had this experience before. Oh, and the customers service employees would not get anyone to assist and acted like they had no desire to be there. It’s insane. Low stock, really really really really bad customer service….. there aren’t words. Never has this happened before. All I can say if this stuff is happening at businesses like this, we are doomed.

Great place to shop as always, customer service is set as a mellow relaxed environment. You can look around and not have to worry about associates breathing down your neck or staring at you like are they gonna bother me well Im trying to get my assignments done LoL. All in all the floor associates are awesome and the store is a great place to be at.

Absolutely love this Home Depot in Alamogordo. Everybody is helpful and smiley. The inventory however is lacking a little bit overall almost as good as Lowes

They could possibly use more people that roam on the floor or walk around the store or buttons in certain departments where they can push to call somebody to that department there are times when you dont have an employee nearby that can make a call for you or go find someone for you

What ever project you are working on, you can almost always find what you need here. Staff are friendly and helpful, and if they don’t have what you need in stock they will advise you on where to get it, or you can order it on the website and get it in the store with no shipping costs!!

Friendly staff, more so than Lowes in my opinion. Even the delivery guy. Their website is easy to use and find things. Lately though less of what I look for has been in stock. Used to be this place had almost anything you could need for home or garden projects. Their 2x4 and 4x4 are no good though. They warp, twist, and cup badly. I have 4x4s that are unusable because they are so curved. Never seen wood this bad. Had to start buying elsewhere.

Had a bad experience with the supervisor and a cashier today never had a problem in 10 years across the world until today. The supervisor watched the situation escalade from his cashier lack of professionalism and didnt step in until i was frustrated. Once he finally steps in he realized i was in the right.Then the employee began to talk rudely to me as im paying for item.

God forbid you have to return something, they dont communicate, treat you like a crook, then try to give you store credit for less than what you paid for it. They say that they have the ability to look up receipts online but couldnt be bothered with the hassle and act like you stole it.

Paint Department employees are super-nice and helpful.

Went for a price quote after work, the salesmen get off at three. There was no one to even take my phone number and call me back!

Staff are always attentive and friendly, Ive never had anything less than excellent customer service at this location. They are well staffed, and it is very easy to find someone if you need help or have a questiom. The store itself is organized well. Products are usually comparable or cheaper than lowes. The garden section has minimal plant selection, but there is a good selection of indoor plants inside.

Young lady at check out has been double charging me for materials and nobody can ever help me find anything. I needed a window AC. Everyone in town was sold out, even Home Depot. Except for units that would be very excessive for my art crafts she shed which is 10x16. Stephanie at Home Depot dug deep to find out an unexpected delivery would be made the following week. Then for some reason that delivery was not made. She searched farther and found that the Home Depot 65 miles away had 8 of them in stock. Her manager was ever so kind to pick one up for me at the other store. They called me and said I could come and get it. I was thrilled since I had already paid for it on my Home Depot card. I went to pick it up and paid the full balance amount on my card. Now I will be able to go into my Paintn Place She Shed instead of being confined to the AC in my bedroom during these triple digit high temps. Thanks Stephanie and Manager at Home Depot!

Went to Pick up $2000 worth of windows and suppliesAsk the guys not to load the windows with the pallet in my truck they loaded it with the pallet had to unload myself take out pallet and reload the windows myself 60-year-old man. The girls at the desk were awesome.The boys left me hanging😡

Extremely professional, Extremely helpful, and MOST importantly she was extremely HAPPY like she really enjoyed working at her job helping customers!!!! I was looking for patio furniture and you guys had zero patio furniture😣😞..Vin advised me to go online and shop for patio furniture, because Home Depot usually has awesome deals online for patio furniture this time of year.. If you need assistance expect to wait. I asked for help in lighting, guess no one available, so I waited for 20 minutes. I still bought the item but only because I need it, but if it doesnt work with the wiring that was there I will bring item back for a return. Whenever I do a return here its never easy, its more of a inconvenience for the employee.

We were looking at title and the associate was with another customer. They came over to us and ant told us we could not stand there because they came over to us and said we had to move 6 feet away even tho we were standing there looking at the tile first. I understand that 6 feet away but we were looking and the Home Depot associate was in the wrong and very rude. We were gonna buy the tile we were looking at and a shower but decided to leave for the rudeness. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot because they have help when needed. As of now I will be taking what bussness I do to another location or competitor.
