Great value! We found exactly what we wanted for a great price! Frank was friendly, but not pushy, we are very excited with our living room purchase.

Really shoddy products. Bought a dresser, the the drawer slides were half attached to the frame and one drawer would not even open without breaking. The slides that were attached used ~0.5 inch screws and the majority of the holes were already stripped. Recommend buying elsewhere!Edit: manufacturer is Ashley furniture; I would avoid anything from them that is more complex than a table.

They gave a delivery date then stated “we don’t deliver on those days”. Schedule a new time.....still wasn’t delivered. Hope the furniture is better then the delivery service.....if I get the furniture.

This place is yuck! For one they never acknowledged us when we entered... we walked around looking for a bedroom set... 45minutes passed and still no one... it was dirty in there yuck... we bought our bed somewhere else. We wont ever go there again.

How can you allow that older secretary to be mean and boss that young gal you all have. I was in there last week and heard how she spoke talking about she’s off the clock because she needs a break due to the young gal leaving. Customers hear everything and not because we want to. If I were the boss or manager I would let that lady go poor gal just stood there in shock. For that reason my wife and I will not be returning there.

DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!! Under new management is a Lie. The latest manager left, according to the store, and a personal friend of the owner is now running the store. The management isn’t the problem it’s the ownership, specifically the one who runs Alamogordo. Until that changes, Alamogordo National Furniture will continue to deceive and deliver horrible service. Go to El Paso. The store in Alamogordo, deceives by raising prices to get discounts, takes payment and Will deliver broken and smoke damaged products, to save money. That’s why they make you pay ahead, with a NO REFUND POLICY. Not ordering merchandise until 2 weeks later, and lying to their customers about orders is the normal. And this is at the direction of the owner according to the people who work there!!! Pretty sad when current employees warn you! Do whatever you can to avoid this store. Multiple lawsuits are currently being perused by customers, because of their shady and horribly ran business. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The manager is so very wrong. He does not even try to make things right. After not having a couch for 5 weeks he could have made things better. He never calls he never apologizes. He has told one lie right after another.Some of the employees do work hard and try to accommodate the customers. NOT the manager. I can’t comment on the furniture since we don’t have it yet. May be in another couple of weeks. So sad.

Got some great prices on the furniture

From the sales people to the delivery guys, we were more than happy! The sales person Frank was very friendly and gave us a GREAT deal on our new furniture which we love. We got next day delivery and it came right on time, and the delivery guys were super cool and helpful. The whole process was painless and I definitely plan to come back and buy more pieces from them!

Worst experience of my life. Damn near having panic attacks dealing with these people. They are so incompetent I dont even know how they are still open. Bought 3 thousand dollars worth of merchandise from this establishment still dont have anything I purchased. When they came to deliver I got my furniture broken and missing pieces. Had to wait another 2-3 weeks and I still have missing furniture. Also its been twice now that they were supposed to deliver and they never showed or called. Im beginning to think they stole my money and Im never going to get what I bought ever. Manager Frank has no answers and has not done anything to help the salesmen Maurice is just as bad seems like they dont care as long as they have your money and you get no items! Go anywhere but here please save yourself from all the stress, lies, and being cheated.

Terrible company. Has lied to us multiple times. They delivered us our couch with rips in it and said they would replace them, after the first missed delivery we rescheduled and they never showed up. It’s been months and this poor quality couch is falling apart

I give no stars. Waited on a bed said it was in Stock didnt come for about two weeks. When they said to us many times it should be here the next day. Was not. Told us they give a better bed at the same costs of the other one we originally got around $350. Find out we are paying not that price. We are paying $400 something for the bed. My husband called and to him it has been charged by the card and to him there is nothing we can do about it. We did this with layaway and they gave us a credit card when they did tell us it is a credit card. Always ask if their layaway is by credit card or you will be paying through your own card. They seem friendly because they want to make sales in this small town. Be careful of their lying services.Instead of searching up your customers by their Google name. Maybe leave a name and a number to whom to call and get it resolved.

Love this store!! Polite and professional staff. Bought my daughters bed from here and the price is unbeatable!! I love that they have financing options as well as in store layaway options. I feel they do their best if there was an issue or for some reason a customer is unhappy. I do all my furniture shopping here!!

Purchasing Process: There are limited furniture options here in Alamogordo, but my family and I are happy we chose National Furniture Liquidators (NFL). We visited ALL of the furniture stores here, with NFL leaving the biggest impression. They offered a large variety of furniture from living room, bedroom, and dining room sets. Not only did they offer a large variety of options, but the prices were i.n.c.r.e.d.i.b.l.e!We worked with Mark, who I believe, is the Manager. He was upfront, honest, and extremely helpful. What I TRULY enjoyed about working with Mark is he was not pushy. He wasnt following us around the store saying look at this, check this out and trying to make a sale. He was providing information, gave us insight, and let us roam. He was there when we needed him and gave us space to breathe and explore. He was very professional and extremely helpful. Loved working with him.Moving Process: So our furniture arrived with two very respectful young men, Dominic and Devon. They set up all the furniture quickly and correctly. The only problem, which wasnt their problem, was some of our furniture was already damaged inside the packaging. Dominic got on the phone with Mark, Mark said hed take care of it. And guess what? Its being taken care of. The process was easy, smooth, and painless. I cant say its an inconvenience because it is being handled. Mark is pulling through and the movers were extremely helpful.Id recommend working with these guys. If I need anything else, this is automatically the first place I am going to go to in Alamogordo. The honesty, openness and ease of communication, purchasing process, the delivery - EVERYTHING - I loved it. Only part I didnt enjoy and felt bad for (since the delivery dudes have to do a lot of back and forth) was the damaged furniture, but again - that is being taken care of.Check this place out!

My husband and I were shopping for living room furniture back in October/November time frame, so we decided to stop by and check the store out. Our sales rep that worked with us was Caesar. This guy has great patience and is super informative. We went back three times before finally purchasing our living room set (Im very picky) that I am very happy with. The guys that delivered the set were very friendly and careful with bringing in the stuff. We were recently in the market for a new mattress so of course we went back and again got the same great service and got a new mattress and box spring! Definitely check them out for all your home furnishings.

So terribly disappointed the furniture quality was good and the price was good but they kept me waiting for two days with no response other than me waiting on the phone. They kept calling me on an old phone number instead of the one I repeatedly gave them and had excuse after excuse not very good communication skills.

The manager Frank and AM Maurice have lied to me the I paid 3000 plus dollars for some furniture and I never received it they took my money and kept it and never gave it to me and theres nothing I can do about it the manager and the assistant manager wont help me they wont refund my money and they want to give me broken furniture to pay for my $3,000 Plus so if you want to get ripped off and your money stolen from you and not get none of your stuff come here its the best place in the world where you can get stuff sold to you by crooks I just filed a complaint with the better Business bureau of New Mexico so lets see how this goes. UPDATE 2 months later got most of my stuff but still have problem with wrong stuffed ordered now I have to wait another month for Cal king box springs I will never come here again and Im tell everyone I can do d thats alive to never come here

Purchased mattress & box spring, then ran into difficulty with my landlord about furniture size; LSS I needed to cancel my purchase- I called them and was told a manager would get ahold of me- manager never called- bed now sitting in the garage because I cant use it- anyone want to buy a brand new firm queen mattress set?? Ill make you a deal.....

The furniture in there is nice, and they have alot on the floor but its really not the issue that causes two stars.. i i went in and it wasnt to busy, i was looking around.. But the sales staff follow you everywhere and even when you mention you just want to look right now you dont want help at this point, they keep following you. and asking Everytime you stop at a piece of furniture. its a little annoying.... and when i did speak to someone the young guy, couldnt answer anything and spoke like he was very unsure of what he was saying so that didnt really put any confidence behind what i was looking for. the last few bad reviews seemed to have gotten mixed responses from the owner, from really rude to semi polite so.... but like i say in all my reviews, they can change! so depending on what is said here. ill go back and see

I bought a whole sectional and dinnet came in on time with no issues great customer service with updates on expected delivery time and just overall awesome experience. I love our furniture now and still in very good condition was worth the price!!! Awesome awesome! did not have to leave town to get it either!

We stopped just to look around and was hounded until we finally bought something. We wanted to buy the floor model but they wouldnt let us. After getting home, we changed our minds and wanted to cancel it but found out we werent allowed. We at least thought we would be getting it in a couples of days. It has been two weeks and we havent heard a thing about it. I will never buy anything here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

At first my service was a little rocky communication wise, but the delivery staff was very accommodating and helped me get my stuff in a decent time frame. I would like to make a shout out to Mr. Maurice Noah and Mr. Martin for making sure that I was well taken care of. I just moved to the area and was in desperate need of furniture and National Furniture Liquidators made it possible. Thank yall very much.

Not even one employee acknowledged my presence in the store. Was not impressed at all.

We stopped in looking for a sofa. Our salesman was professional and helpful but not overly pushy. When we found the one we liked and were about to buy, we discovered it was already sold. Bummer, but not the end of the world. We decided to walk, but before we left the manager began quizzing us on why we couldnt find something else we liked in their store, as if that were going to convince me to buy something that didnt fit my needs.

Frank was the perfect non-pushy salesman. I think it was my fault on scheduling the delivery but they made a last second change for me and got it to me while I was off work. Gotta give credit where credit is due.

We bought a recliner that was supposedly leftover from a set that was sold. They said because it was the leftover piece from a set, there were no returns. In the store, the recliner worked but the moment we put it together at home, the entire top frame snapped. We never dropped or abused the top in the move. The frame was absolutely cracked before we bought this. It was obviously dropped but we werr never told about the damage. We were under the impression that it was a leftover piece, not a damaged piece. We have a broken recliner worth half what we actually paid. If you want an honest sales manager, go somewhere else. We are headed straight to the better business bureau.

ALAMOGORDO BEWARE!!! I am updating this post to reveal more about this crooked business. First off, if you read the face book reviews you will see one on there by Desiree Hacker. Five stars. SHE IS THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE STORE!!! Major red flag. Any business that has to have employees post positive reviews is shady. On to my experience. After calling and complaining about the box spring they sold me, which was nothing but a pallet wrapped in fabric, they agreed to get me a box spring that actually had springs. They were supposed to deliver it and take back their junk. Well they got a used one and made me bring back the old one and pick up new one so no stars for standing by their word or professionalism. One last thing AND VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!! Do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES accept any offer by them to get you financed. Curtis Hacker is a con man who will take your banking info and use it to get a loan from shady, fly by night, loan companies in places like Georgia. These companies grant high interest loans and once they have your info they will refuse to allow you to pay off the loan early and if you tell them not to take money out of your account they will agree but then they go behind your back and do it anyway. A good friend of mine has had his account overdrawn by the loan Curtis set up without his permission three times. Curtis told him the loan was in house but it was a lie. All that creep wanted was to get his money for the furniture, regardless of the reputation of the loan shark he was giving my friends info to. Bottom line, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY SELL JUNK AND ARE THIEVES. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN HONEST BUSINESS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I will be working to get others in Alamo who have been cheated by these guys to join together in a civil suit to get monies returned and hopefully rid our community of this underhanded organization.

Terrible customer service and atrocious prices. Prices are way to high for damaged goods. Scratches, paint loss, missing pieces from sets. Would not recommend to any military members. Save your money time and energy and shop else where.

Bought couches from them that fall apart within a year. Went back and bought a new sectional that I havent even had for a month and already has seams coming apart. Both times Ive gone to them they have told me less then two weeks delivery time and I didnt receive my orders for four weeks or longer. Nothing but garbage from them.
