Seriously Ruby Tuesday, its time to replace the nasty carpet! And also....medium rare means a little more blood and a little less crispy sear.Whoops! Sorry Jason! I meant to leave this bad review for the Ruby Tuesday in Pueblo. I am sure Jason is probably WAY better at cooking a steak than them and I know for a fact his shop floor is cleaner than the carpet at Ruby Tuesday. He is also a top notch mechanic and anytime we run in to problems that we cant fix ourselves, we take our trucks to Rogers because he is the best in the Valley.

I was stranded in Alamosa after my KIA broke down. The Ford Dealer referred me to Roger as he said they were good with imported cars. Sure enough! It was 2:30 in the afternoon. The kind receptionist talked to Roger about my problem, ordered a tow which came promptly, and I was finished by 4;30 p.m. How kind, efficient, and helpful to this woman alone with an import car problem. I forget the name of the office manager/receptionist, but she was knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I thought I would have to get a hotel or have the KIA towed to Pueblo. Even though I live a half an hour away, Id rather make the drive to work with these guys over the other places Ive experienced. I have limited knowledge of what makes a vehicle work, and they were so good about explaining the issue to me in a way that made sense. They also brought me into the shop to show me where the problem was. With that information, I was able to do some research online only to find that their prices on parts are also very reasonable. Highly recommend these guys for their great work and excellent PR. I will continue to use them for all of my maintenance needs.

This used to be our go-to shop for repairs and maintenance. Made an appt. as usual online and have supplied my own parts in the past (as recently as a month ago). This time around it was just rear brakes and tires. The same tires are sold by them, I just got them at a cheaper price elsewhere. Got an email back stating that they dont do repairs with parts supplied by the customer. Thats fine, some shops do and others dont. I was just curious as to why, since they did a month ago, and they promptly sent me an email back explaining why -- We are getting away from customer supplied parts due to parts supplied by customers are failing...Thats okay and understandable. However, the last paragraph she included was completely uncalled for -- Can you take your own burger to McDonald’s and ask them to cook it for you? Of course not, so why ask us for the same thing? - Patrisha

I have put the car in the shop and they could not get to it for a month or so which was okay I was not in town. But it cost me way too much just to be looked at to not get nothing done to it. I was not pleased with the outcome. They are way too expensive to just look at a vehicle in not work on it for such a long time that they had it. I dont think they know what they were doing. I wont be going back. Very and unhappy.

Youve gotta love an honest mechanic! Twice now I was in a position where I could have been taken advantage of, but Jason took full responsibility and fixed the problem at his own expense. He has earned my full that and loyalty!

So I needed a new tie rod and realignment and so they did the work and when I drove off I noticed the wheels were rubbing on something on the inside of the wheel well. So I took it back and it explained it to them and so they took it in looked at my truck and was like nope nothing wrong. So after a month of not being able to turn like at all I took it to a competent mechanic who told me that they put the left tie rod on the right and left on the right. So unless you are just getting a tire inflated dont go here.

Had some work done here. Very professional. They did a good job in a timely manner. Very happy with them. I will go back again.

They did not have the machine to properly diagnose my Mazda, still took the vehicle in for the appointment and charged me $100 an hour with no resolution to my problem knowing they didnt have the machine to diagnose it.

So we had a veteran that received repairs here. Only needed a cylinder. Knowing that a veteran grant was used Rogers decided to turn it into a clutch job to milk it.After replacing the clutch (after being told to replace the cylinder) the problem was still there. Rogers then charged the veteran again for the cylinder to be replaced as originally requested. Causing the veteran to have to stay in the shelter for a month because she couldn’t return to her land.The old clutch has since been used on another car and still works today. Very inexperienced and dishonest management highly encourage taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Took my diesel to Rogers automotive they did a good job. Very happy with their service.
