The service department was so helpful and went way beyond to get us the help we need in a very timely manner. We were 2-1/2 hours away needing our diesel truck repaired to pull our RV home. Thanks to Dalton and the great team we were able to get repairs done and on our way.

Took my Flex in for oil change and brakes. Paid for a whole new set of brakes, but six months later, and at another shop because I was out of town, was told that the rotors were warped and worn so badly that they need to be replaced. This after 9,000 miles. No need to go back to them ever again. They charged $150 service fee before the first minute of work was done.Find another place of business for service work. Integrity just isn’t on the list of services provided.

Liars and cheats--they sell vehicles with defective parts and engines, and DO NOT DISCLOSE it. They commit fraud blatantly, will sell you a defective vehicle and claim its good to go, protected by a lie that no warranty means they can sell you a car and you cant bring it back when you find out its defective. Fraudulent sales illegal, the no warranty claim, cannot return thing they tell you is another lie. Get a lawyer and go after them. Also, contact Ford Corporate as I am; the management needs to be replaced here, they are crooks.

I was shopping for a truck for over a year and was looking at dealerships all around Colorado and in surrounding states. I live in a big city and have access to large franchise dealerships locally. I ended up purchasing a new F-150 from Town & County in Alamosa and drove over three hours for the truck. Their customer service could not be better and made the process extremely easy. Their sales team was extremely accommodating and made the commute well worth it. I would highly recommend this dealership for a vehicle purchase.

The lady that works in the service department was very rude. Did not get a chance to ask my question. She was so rude I left. Will not go back. The 2 1/2 hour drive to Durango will be worth it. They are much nicer there. I want to give No stars.

I had the WORST car buying experience EVER! I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee “Altitude”, I ran the car fax and it came back as a Laredo. I’ve spoken to Jon at Town and Country on multiple occasions and he swore up and down that it’s an Altitude package. Car fax doesn’t lie. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and went back Monday and was told they wouldn’t help me. All I want is for Town and Country to do is make it right and if they don’t, I’ll have to take matters into my own hands.

I cannot be more disappointed by the performance of the Ford service department. I have visited this Ford department four times. Usually excellent service at the desks, however poor performance in the shop. I brought my truck in for a major inspection and over $100 later, all I received was an “it’s all good”. No paperwork regarding the inspection or anything. Nothing. If this is their standard, how can I trust them to do any work on my vehicle?

It takes FOREVER to get in for service!!! We bought the Ford service plan with our new truck. Made an appointment for December (two week wait when we made the appointment). The appointment was for a recall, oil change, and tire rotation. We had to reschedule because of an emergency. My husband called and took care of the schedule change. Now we had to wait another 2.5 weeks. He took it in and they only addressed the recall! Called again to get the oil and tires taken care of and now another 2 weeks out! Super frustrating! Why get the service plan when you can’t use it within an appropriate amount of time or get the correct services done!? Not happy! Ended up taking out pickup to another shop to get service done that should have been covered through our plan.

I had dealings with the parts department for an older vehicle. After going to every other parts store, they were able to pull up a schematic and tell me exactly what part I needed. Ordered and had it in three days. Very polite, very courteous and very helpful.

Joaquin Chrysler Service Advisor provided excellent customer service. Hes patient with customers, listens well to their concerns regarding their vehicle and takes time to address concerns to the customers satisfaction. Additionally, he is attentive to phone calls for scheduling appointments. The Techs are good too, every time I have brought in a vehicle to be repaired they have solved my vehicles problems.

Cant imagine any worse service. First call for warranty work had a service person tell me he couldnt touch the vehicle for a month. When the manufacturer service desk called them, they revised that to early the following week. Had the vehicle towed onsite from another mechanic to have Ford warranty work covered and they said since another mechanic had already looked at it, they no longer wanted to touch it. The other mechanic had not done any work, just verified the issue. Poor reflection on Ford, but definitely wouldnt use this dealership for service.

On Thursday June 14th I was traveling from Texas to southwest Colorado for vacation. While driving over the pass on hwy 160 pulling my travel trailer with our 2011 Ford F-250 diesel, the engine loss power. I was able to limp it into Alamosa about 1pm stopping at the local Ford dealership. I walked into the service department & asked the service writer if they would check the engine code on my pickup so we could have them repair it or purchase the parts from them to repair it ourselves. The service writer said they were to busy to help me & I would have to make an appointment for them to check the code. He stated his first available appointment was Monday June 25th.His only suggestion was for me to go to Auto Zone & maybe they could help. He was very indifferent about giving us any help & did everything he could to have us leave as quickly as we could. As we were walking out another employee, I’m pretty sure he was a manager asked if we had been helped. I explained my pickup issues to him and he told me without looking at the vehicle that since I was from Texas the problem with my truck was an exhaust filter & I should drive the truck 30 miles & it would fix itself. Long story short he was very incorrect. I was able to get to Pagosa Springs Co & found a very good repair shop BuckSkin Towing & Repair they gladly repaired the broken hose from the turbo charger after ordering the parts from the Ford dealership in Durango Co. I’m glad all Ford Service Centers aren’t like Town & Country Ford.
