Stay away from the extended warranty they sell. It is a hoax. Only covers service at this one shop. Waste of money!

I had an issue with my 2017 Ford F250 6.7ltr diesel while pulling my fifth wheel trailer.The warning Diesel Exhaust Filter Overload-Service Now came on after it had gone thru the cleaning 3 times on our trip from Durango to Chama, NM.I was advised that I needed to have dealer service the exhaust filter and running it much longer could cause the filter to be replaced.Town & Country Ford in Alamosa, CO was the closest Ford dealer. The service Mgr, Joey Youmkerman agreed the service was needed and NOT to drive it. He said he didnt have appointments available until Sat, but I needed it done by Thursday night (as we were leaving Fri). He advised if I could get it to him by Wednesday at 8am and he would TRY to get it done.I had it towed early Tuesday morning and by 4pm Tuesday, Joey had it fixed!I couldnt have asked for better service! Joey was extremely helpful and courteous

I worked with Jeff for several months before he found me the truck that I wanted. I appreciated his patience. The dealership was clean and everything was very organized. Their selection of vehicles was amazing and everybody I talked with or worked with were so friendly. I live in Albuquerque and could deal with anybody down here but after I saw the way they ran their business it was a no brainer I drove a few hours to be treated the way a buyer should be treated. Jeff and team keep up the good work!!!!
