Extremely friendly and thorough. I had an issue with my payment and they were very willing to give me time to sort it out. The Lady on the prone and the man who performed the service were incredibly friendly and easy to do business with. Not to mention, they were on time and kept me updated on availability.

I would highly recommend Mr. Windshield to anyone who has car Windshield issues. My Windshield was really damaged by a rock on Thursday morning at 8:30 AM. By Friday at 2:30 the repairman came and by 4:00 I had a new Windshield.The worker was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to reattach my inspection sticker, registration and mileage stickers, which I thought was a nice touch.The prices were reasonable and the customer service people were great. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted this business in regards to getting my front side window evaluated/fixed. Before I could give a detailed description of my issue I was denied service. I was explicitly told that if it’s a side window issue that it’s most likely the regulator and they do not handle those issues. I tried to explain that I believe the clip might have snapped and was told they also don’t do that. I then asked an absurd question, if the company works on side windows at all, and was told no. One would believe that if such was the case that I would be told that in the beginning of the conversation. Interestingly enough I didn’t blindly call the business but did some research into my issue. I’ve inserted the pictures detailing information opposite of what I was told. I’m not sure why I was denied service, could have been my AAVE that was sensed, or someone having a bad day. Either way it was a disgusting experience. BBB review sent in as well.

I am impressed with how Mr. Windshield operates. Not only was I kept informed when my windshield would be replaced, I was treated with respect and provided with fantastic service. It began with Susie who arranges and manages all the office logistics scheduling work to be done. She was efficient and kind. I had my my car assessed within a half an hour after I called by Eddie. He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He comes to you to assess vehicle and do the work. The next day Susie notified me work would be done that afternoon by Eddie. Half hour before his arrival I was again notified he would be arriving and what to expect. Eddie was on time, completed a 3 hour professional installation of windshield and provided information on aftercare.He exceeded my expectations of good service. He provided top notch quality service from start to finish. I highly recommended Mr. Windshield to any consumer. They made a stressful situation and repair comfortable and smooth. Hard to get an appointment as this time of year they are so busy but they work with you. The employees are great, they got the work done quickly but well and the price was on par or a little lower than the competition. Small but comfortable waiting area, and yes they will go to you. Would use this service in future.

Called a couple days ago to get my windshield replaced. They called a couple times before the appointment within the span of 2-3 days to keep me updated and informed on everything. Called them on Tuesday afternoon and they came to my apartment Wednesday afternoon. In less than an hour my car was ready to go.I was especially happy that they were able to transfer my registration and inspection stickers!

I was very impressed from the start with Mr. Windshield. The dispatcher is a very nice women who explains everything well. I had multiple follow up calls before service. The gentleman who came to replace my windshield was very nice. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly. He discovered rust underneath my windshield, which caused the crack, and sealed the rust to slow down further damage. I would highly suggest using Mr. Windshield if you need repair or replacement. Same price as safelite but its a local company.

Got me in faster than every other option near by, for cheaper than every other option. Tech was willing to travel extra to go work on the car under a nearby overhang (rain prevented it from being done in driveway), and was very fast and professional.

I didnt want to leave any stars. This place does not run like a business should run. I called several times they answer and sound friendly then never schedule or communicate. Now 3 weeks of waiting just to schedule is off the hook. Taking my business elsewhere.

Window repair was fine but caused problems afterwards. After the technician put my inspection registration and parking stickers back on, it looked very flimsily done. A week later My registration sticker flies off my windshield. Now I cannot use the car without being ticketed huge inconvenience just use safelite.
