Lids use to be my favorite store lids is doing terrible now there are never no good new hats in stock everything is old ancient and out of style the embroidery and stitching is completely limited I feel like lids should just go out of business already or do better much better I can’t ever find or get nothing done in this store anymore

Dashawn, what a great guy, excellent customer service, helpful, friendly and joyful, the guys just put a smile on your face!

The associates that was there allow me to browse through out the store didnt follow me around like I was trying to steal something. When I got what I wanted he was very considerate to make sure if found everything I wanted.

Went to look for a fitted hat. Dashawn was an incredible help. He was able to tell my size perfectly at a glance. I ended up getting some custom embroidery and signing up for the access pass for future embroidery. I plan on using it often because I plan on going back to wherever this classy gentleman works. He made me feel like a valued customer. This guy knows his craft and gives exceptional customer service. It was no shock to me to find multiple reviews calling him out by name. LIDS, I suggest you figure out how to clone this young man and put a Dashawn in every store you have. He really adds value to the Colonie Center location and to your organization. Avoid. Was gonna buy a hat but got harassed and insulted by one of the employees just cause I didn’t want help. Go to Crossgates instead.

Worked with Dashawn today on getting some hats made. He is great, helpful and patient when dealing with customers. Ill be back

Decent prices,but the 1 employee didnt seem like he worked their and when I found out he did he acted like he didnt know how to answer my questions. SMH sad people are bad at these easy jobs.
